My daughter wanted simple polka dots, but we were told that would cost an extra $30, which felt excessive. I said she'd do the dots at home, but during the second hand, the French tip was done diagonally, leaving no room for dots later. When I asked if it could be changed, I was told it was already drying. They offered to add the dots, but still wanted another $30. I just wish there had been better communication before the nails were finished. A quick check-in about the design would have helped, especially for the price. Nice salon and staff, but the experience left us disappointed.

Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.
