I received a haircut as a Mother's Day gift, and it was the worst salon experience I have ever had. During the haircut with Annette, over three inches of my hair was cut off, despite my explicit request to maintain the length. I asked for fluffy, face-framing with lots of layers, but the result was nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. As this was my first haircut in eight years at an actual salon, I was very upset. I cried on the way home and spent my Mother's Day extremely upset about all the length that was cut off after I had spent over a year regrowing it since cutting it postpartum and had finally got it back to a length where i felt like myself again. When I contacted the salon to request a refund, I was met with resistance. I contacted their salon through their Business Instagram and got ZERO response. Their website lacks a clear refund policy, only stating a 50% cancellation fee (which i asked if they could honor so i could get some money back but they refused) there was NOTHING discussing any return policy through services provided. Initially, they didn't offer any refund at all and just for me to come in and "fix" it, when the damage was already done. Then offered barely a refund of the tip and blowout cost, totaling $34, which they confirmed multiple times over the phone after me asking . However, I only received $23 back. Upon calling to inquire about the discrepancy, the staff was incredibly rude. Throughout all our interactions, including when I initially messaged their Instagram page (which received no response), the customer service was consistently poor. There was no apology offered at any point. On the phone they told me it was my fault because I did the math wrong on the amount to be refunded even though I clarified the amount on the original call and they agreed. After this I told them I would be leaving a review and to which the manager Jamie replied "okay see you on google" and hung up the phone. Overall, this was an awful experience marked by a drastic, unwanted haircut and appalling customer service. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER be coming here again. I wish I could leave a zero star review because I don't even feel as though they deserve one. The photo evidence below consists of my hair before the appointment, the inspiration photos I shared with Annette, and lastly the hair cut that was nothing like I asked for.

Absolutely the best nail experience I have had. Extremely professional and a talented individual! My first time I got something classy for a video shoot I was participating in that night. He did such an amazing job I treated my mom the next week. I get compliments on my nails even from other gentlemen. Any color option you could want he has. I'm on my second fill and the colors remain shinny and glossy for at least a month even if you work with your hands as a hairstylist like myself. They did everything they could to correct the cuticle work, reshape my nails, and make me comfortable again. While they couldn't undo nails that had already been cut too short or heal an injured toe, they absolutely salvaged the experience. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every visit is thorough, meticulous, and never feels rushed. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in doing quality work rather than just getting you in and out the door. Pro tip: If you're planning to walk in, call ahead first. They're popular for a reason and can get busy, but every time I've called on my way over, they've either been able to fit me in or let me know the best time to come by shortly afterward so I haven't had to sit around waiting. I have never gotten a gel pedicure, nor do I need it, saying that they don't have the color to match it and other confused facial expressions and broken English. I sit down, and then I'm choosing the type of pedicure I'm getting, and last month I got the same: Mojito pedicure. She proceeded to say this doesn't include nail color removal and told me to do the one above it, which is ~$15 more. I looked confused because I have never seen it being told that, ohh, to remove the color on your toenails, you need to get this pedicure to do so; otherwise, the one you chose doesn't include it. It's a freaking regular nail color gets removed by the cheapest nail polish Aston and mind you, I got the same services done 4 weeks ago here with them. So I did comment and told her this is very weird, and I have never seen this before, not even here on my last visit. I have done my nails in Beverly Hills & West Hollywood CA where I used to live before moving to Dallas and even in 2 of the most expensive cities of America, I wasn't told this ridiculous thing. Both the older lady and the younger one who's working now on my manicure were silent. The one who does my pedicure ends up doing a 1/10 job with this service, even though she bamboozled me into a more expensive pedicure service due to the ridiculous reason she stated. She doesn't cut the sides of the nails, she doesn't remove nail color stain even though I have asked her to and she now talks perfect English and said it doesn't need and doesn't tell me why she doesn't want to do it. She then proceeded to huff and muff and talks under her breath and seemed annoyed by me. I'm a person who tips 20% anywhere I go, but this was the first time ever in my life I have decided to tip significantly less due to this older lady's scamming behavior. So with all of this being said, I won't be returning again to this nail salon, and unfortunately, they have lost a regular customer!

Overall this nail salon is amazing and has so many colors to choose from. I heard another employee telling someone getting a service that this salon just opened up a few weeks ago but by the time I was leaving the chairs were filling up! There's also plenty of parking nearby. I will 100% be back!
