Dip powder she demonstrated to me! I was unsure of the color I wanted so she picked three that was closest to my wish :)

I needed to get my Nails taken off and fixed again! New dip set! My Nails looked like a hot mess! And ANN did such an amazing job on my nails! I was on a layover here in Dallas and looked them up on Yelp! They are a family business and really take their time to actually talk to you! Ann and I had a great conversation! Will definitely come back on my next visit here in Dallas.

Obsessed is an understatement. Nails by Steven!!!

Beverly Hills in the name is very fitting. Never received a nail service in Beverly Hills but I would assume they would mirror the same quality as the work done here at Dallas' Beverly Hills Nails & Spa. I received unforgiveable treatment at a nail place I had been frequenting for the past 4 years, so I decided to look elsewhere. I wanted a place that matched my personality: vibrant, eclectic, and stylishly bold. A salon where they knew the difference between a coffin and ballerina shaped nail, somewhere where the stiletto trend is praised. I used my handy dandy Yelp app and figured I'd give BH Nails & Spa a try. In the heart of uptown... so of course parking is a B word, but the slay game Steven did on my hands warranted a return for sure. I was greeted with a warm smile upon entering on a Saturday early evening and had some champagne in my hand within seconds! I showed Steven my nail inspiration via IG and with confidence, he exclaimed, "Got it. You're in good hands!" Side note: I just realized he made a pun I received a gel manicure with a coffin shape as well as a gel basic pedicure. I also got a design on my nails but $130 total for my services was a little steep. I was going on vacation so I shrugged as I said, Meh, what the hell and swiped my card. Nothing glamorous about the place and I was happy to see that the salon didn't take on the pretentiousness of Uptown. Definitely a 5 star type place but the pricing hurt my feelings. I'll definitely return, but perhaps I'll get something a little cheaper.

This is supposed to be acrylic tips. It's literally the same length as my nail. And most importantly it freaking hurts!

I'm so confused. I used to love this place. It's not the same without Steven. These are supposed to be acrylic tips? This is the same length as my short nail which is too short and now really hurts! There's also a huge gap in between my nail and the tip so crap is going to get in there which is gross and will drive me crazy. I've never had acrylic nails done so poorly or had someone file it completely down so why did I even pay to put on tips if it's the same length as my nail?

Called and got an appointment same day during the week. I requested Steven after seeing so many great pics of the nails he did. I'm very particular about my nails, how the natural nail bed is treated, my cuticles, the shape, and the thickness and smoothness of the application of dip powder. Steven CRUSHED IT! Steven was super attentive to every detail and asked me exactly how I wanted them throughout the process. It made communicating what I wanted easy and not awkward. He specializes in nail art there, but I asked for something a bit more simple. It is a family owned business, run by him and his wife. They also ask that you wash your hands upon entering the salon, and wear a mask -- cleanliness is a high priority. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for the job done right the first time. Very pleased with my service and the staff.

This salon continues to do such great work. The technicians are willing to try new styles and always have ideas to elevate your manicure, and pedicure. Favorite nail salon in Dallas :)

Absolute 5 STARS!! So I'm new to Dallas and I desperately needed a new set. Like 2 weeks overdue! So I hopped on yelp, found some great shops and wanted something close to Oak Lawn area. Saw lots of folks recommend "Steven" so I went with it. Pre service: Called about 2hrs ahead and scheduled an appt. When I arrived everyone had on masks and gloves. I was asked to wash my hands prior to service. Note: No wait, but I did come Thursday around noon Service: I was offered something to drink which was kind and my pedicurist got right to work. The fees were communicated to me in advance so I knew exactly how much I would pay. Steven did my nails and took his time, listened attentively to feedback and concerns. Overall: The place is really clean and I can tell they value their clients! Very happy with my nails! For sure my new nail space!

I went to BHNS less than 2 weeks ago looking to get a gel manicure and spa pedicure. When I arrived, I went to look at the gel options and the woman at the front desk recommended dip instead as it costs the same but lasts longer. She also told me I needed to get tips on since my nails were too short - so I thought "why not?" I found a dip color and got tips on. The service was great while I was there and everyone was relatively friendly and left me be, however the work was poorly done. As far as my pedicure went, it was very standard and no complaints. The dip manicure has turned out to be very problematic. I used to get my nails done frequently, with tips and dip or gel, so I am aware of standard service. The man who did my nails failed to trim down my natural nail before applying the tips, which isn't always needed but I was not intending on getting tips and followed the woman at the counter's recommendation, therefore my tips were not secured to the full length of my nail (pictures attached) so there was a gap between my natural nail and the tip (potential for infection increases exponentially). This gap caused one of my nails to pop off less than two weeks later when I ran my fingers through my hair. Then, he failed to shave down the solidified dip so my nails are extremely thick and uneven (pictures attached). This service had already taken just under two hours, and I was in desperate need to get to an appointment so I didn't want to have to take time for correction to even out the top of the nails. I hadn't noticed the gap between my natural nail and the falsies until getting home later that day, or else I would have asked for them to be removed due to risk of infection. Since my nail has popped off, I noted there's a bit of a greenish tinge to my natural nail that was not there beforehand. With all that said, the manicure alone was ~$75 and didn't last even two weeks. The color is beautiful but the work was shotty and expensive. I am certain the gel I originally wanted on my natural nail would have lasted at least that time. I will need to get these removed ASAP.

Hard gel, almond shape, extensions with hard gel, not acrylic or dip and golden flakes $80.00. This is a steal from prices in California.

I found them while searching all over Yelp and Facebook for hard gel. I tried liking dip and acrylic, but, it's not for me. It looks too thick and dries out my skin. Hard gel allows your natural nails to grow healthy without causing damage plus there's no smell. They look so natural and are very durable, I garden all day, cook, clean and wash by hand all my children clothes. Of course you have to find someone who knows about hard gel or it will be a mess. STEVEN knew actually how to apply it without getting gel everywhere and they look beautifully smooth. The shape is on point as well. He made sure to apply the gel on the side of the nails without leaving spots like most do when applying gel due to being in a hurry to finish. I drove from Fort Worth to Dallas to try them out and I am very pleased. I am originally from California where nails like these get done by Japanese nail technicians who have years of practice and only do hard gel, calgel or bio-sculpture and do the best nails and designs. Moving to Texas was an eye-opener, nice state but trying to hold on to the California vibe was hard. I called 20-30 nail salons looking for hard gel and only Beverly Hills had it. *Thank you, Steven. You did an amazing job and took me in late plus took your time and my nails look so natural and beautiful. I'll be back in 2 weeks.*

I've been looking for a new nail shop for a while and I think I've found it! Pros: quiet, nice size staff so it'll be easy to remember a tech if you don't get their name, and Steven is probably one of the best nail techs I've ever had. He was incredibly diligent with my dip and you can tell everyone knows he knows what he's doing because they like to watch him work. He was very meticulous and I appreciated it because if I'm paying a bit more than normal, I'd like the service to be 100% Cons: the parking is bad and the prices are just a tiny bit higher than normal I got a classic pedi + callus scrub (35) + French dip (50). I know it was my first time going and the nails are brand spanking new, but I think I've found the shop.

This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. It's very professional and clean. They are all very very nice and make you feel very welcomed and important. Over all Beverly Hills nail and spa is phenomenal. I wanna give a special shout out to Steven he is the best of the best and I recommend him to any of you who go. He never fails to do an absolutely amazing job

4 out of 10 nails broke after 1.5 weeks I'm spending way more money getting them repaired. I was just passing by Dallas for work and all I can think is what a waste of money.

I love the treatment and generous service I got here for my first time! Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed , I got the tropical spa pedicure and his voice was soothing and made my tired heel wearing feet feel great! ( ask for mimosas ) Steven was just as accommodating and I love my nails. I hate when nail salons file too rough but he and Justin are both professionals it was relaxing . I will def come back again!!!

I know this is a lengthy review but if you're thinking of getting your hair cut here i recommend…read moregiving it a read. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I received a haircut as a Mother's Day gift, and it was the worst salon experience I have ever had. During the haircut with Annette, over three inches of my hair was cut off, despite my explicit request to maintain the length. I asked for fluffy, face-framing with lots of layers, but the result was nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. As this was my first haircut in eight years at an actual salon, I was very upset. I cried on the way home and spent my Mother's Day extremely upset about all the length that was cut off after I had spent over a year regrowing it since cutting it postpartum and had finally got it back to a length where i felt like myself again. When I contacted the salon to request a refund, I was met with resistance. I contacted their salon through their Business Instagram and got ZERO response. Their website lacks a clear refund policy, only stating a 50% cancellation fee (which i asked if they could honor so i could get some money back but they refused) there was NOTHING discussing any return policy through services provided. Initially, they didn't offer any refund at all and just for me to come in and "fix" it, when the damage was already done. Then offered barely a refund of the tip and blowout cost, totaling $34, which they confirmed multiple times over the phone after me asking . However, I only received $23 back. Upon calling to inquire about the discrepancy, the staff was incredibly rude. Throughout all our interactions, including when I initially messaged their Instagram page (which received no response), the customer service was consistently poor. There was no apology offered at any point. On the phone they told me it was my fault because I did the math wrong on the amount to be refunded even though I clarified the amount on the original call and they agreed. After this I told them I would be leaving a review and to which the manager Jamie replied "okay see you on google" and hung up the phone. Overall, this was an awful experience marked by a drastic, unwanted haircut and appalling customer service. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER be coming here again. I wish I could leave a zero star review because I don't even feel as though they deserve one. The photo evidence below consists of my hair before the appointment, the inspiration photos I shared with Annette, and lastly the hair cut that was nothing like I asked for.
