The appointment, which lasted nearly an hour, felt disjointed due to frequent breaks to respond to messages, leaving me feeling overlooked and that there wasn't full attention on my nails. Additionally, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. The nails were very flat, which is not ideal as they should mimic the natural curve of the nail. The nail polish coverage was incomplete, and the acrylic application did not seamlessly meet the natural nail. If you're looking to do eyelash extensions, you should schedule with Hannah. I have always been scared to have someone touch my eyes and heard some horror stories about techs using incorrect type of glue. When Hannah does my lashes, it was so gentle that I didn't even feel the lashes being glued on. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. When it was done, my eyes looked so beautiful and make me look so much younger. I also had my nails done and both lasted over 6 weeks before I needed to get it filled against. I originally started seeing Hannah when she was working at Rose Nails in Murrieta. She did a nice job on my nails but gave me a hard time about cutting my cuticles, was always late to our appts and I felt like she rushed our appts a bit. I was getting at least one broken nail at some point after each appt which she tried to blame on me. I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle so I'm not using my hands/fingers for anything outside of normal daily activities majority of the time. This was my first appt at her new business and my last appt with her. She texted me at 8:52am telling me she encountered an accident on the freeway and that she would not make our 10am appt. That didn't make sense to me as she had a whole hour to get there. She said her 9am appt was already there and asked if I could reschedule. Normally I would not mind, but I had a whole day of errands planned prior to leaving on vacation to Florida, including another appt right after my appt with her. I was also frustrated because she already had a bad habit of being late and this was no different. When you are commuting, you have to try be early, especially as a new business owner. You can't just hope to arrive exactly on time or a little late and have it work out. You're going to encounter traffic sometimes. As someone who has commuted in the past, I'm very aware of this. Again, I know an accident is out of her control, but given that she had always been late to our appts, I had little sympathy. Had this been the first time she was late to an appt, I probably would have been a lot more understanding. I told her I could not reschedule. She said her ETA was 9:47am so I assumed that she rescheduled with her 9am and that she would be on time for the rest of her appts that day. I came at 10am to find her doing her 9am appt's nails. I was astounded. She said she arrived a little earlier than her ETA so I thought she would be maybe 10-15min late. She was almost 30min late. No apology, no nothing. She said her other client drove from an hour away to see her and that's why she wanted to reschedule. While I completely understand and normally would have been willing to reschedule, it speaks volumes that she plays favorites with long time clients v newly established ones and does not treat everyone fairly. I had to call to push back the appt I was supposed to be at after her. She did my nails but did not dust off the powder residue from the acrylic filing well enough so that particles got trapped in the gel when she put the polish on. I pointed this out to her and she said it's not done yet. I waited for her to finish and the particles were still there trapped under the gel polish. Two weeks later, she reached out to me saying she could no longer take me as a client and she hoped I would find someone who could meet my expectations. I'm a reasonable person, but you get what you give. She did not respect my time or my business. My expectations are simple: be on time, be accommodating as best you can to your client (within reason of course), charge reasonable prices and take constructive criticism. I never tried to be mean or malicious toward Hannah. I always tried to say things in a kind manner. I think she needs to be willing to take accountability and make improvements for future clients. Three weeks later a few days before my next appt, another broken nail. read more

Hannah has been doing my nails for years. I like that she listens to what I want, and she also gives suggestions, which is great. She would let me know ahead of time if she is running late, which is understandable. Yes, sometimes, I would have to wait a little more time, but I am okay with that because she normally does nail arts, and most of the time, it requires longer time (every details of the design matters). Hannah has literally been the most amazing nail artist I've ever had. I get medium length acrylics and have literally never broken a nail since I've been going to her in the last 5 YEARS and I work as an EMT so I'm constantly lifting heavy and working with my hands. I can do full blown CPR without breaking a nail. I swear she's magic.When I used to go to other artist my nails would MAYBE last 2 weeks but my nails easily last 3 weeks since I've been going to her and still look amazing. Hannah literally treats her clients like family. She'll make time for you even if she's super busy. But if you're busy and have other things to get done in the day she works FAST and the quality is STILL amazing. I would drive hours just so she could do my nails. That 1 star review is filled with lies. I've been with Hannah for 3 years now. There is absolutely NO WAY Hannah provides excellent service to many and horrible service to this ONE client. Hannah is consistent and has been consistent since the first time I went to her. I am at about 36+ visits and EVERY TIME I GET THE SAME RESULTS! She is talented, precise, professional, detail oriented, friendly, personable, and rarely behind schedule.
