A good choice if you're looking for a nail salon in the area of Madison and Los Alamos, in West Murrieta, near Smart & Final. It's a family business that has been at this location many years. They have 8 pedicure stations and several manicure stations as well. Usually there are 6 employees working and they are open on Sundays. Easy parking and reasonable pricing. Tania speaks good English. She was my nail tech today while my husband had Nancy doing his pedicure. They both did a good job, but you should know they don't take any cards for payment, not even debit, cash or check only though they do have an ATM machine in their lobby. read more

Took my girl here for her birthday and got her the #1 mani/pedi (pictured) and she is very happy. Julie took care of her and fully relaxed and pampered her. The workers are extremely nice and helpful. The entire treatment made her feel relaxed and spoiled. I highly recommend this place and of course Julie. I hate to do this with a company, but I am so unhappy with their service. I paid $50 for a pedicure. Yes it was gel, so I understand the upcharge. But regardless $50 is a lot for a pedicure. So during the service I kept getting cut, I didn't think much of it. When I got home and realized how much pain I was in just to put shoes on is what upset me. The bottoms of my feet are extremely rough. My heels, my toes... seems like I haven't been to the spa in a year. And my toes hurt so bad!! There's little cuts everywhere! Definitely not going back nor recommending to anyone read more

I am thankful this nail salon was recommended to me. The quality of their work is refreshing and their charges are very reasonable. It is easy to get an appointment within a couple of days when I phone. I have not been nicked by their electric tools and I have never had the tips of my acrylic nail polish stay on from appointment to appointment, until I came here. The place I usually get my nails done was booked so I thought I'd try InStyle. Didn't have to wait at all and the general atmosphere was decent. I requested a full set, purple sparkle to black ombre. Instead of polish, they used an ombre powder, which is fine, I told myself to trust the process. I kept thinking, ok, she's going to smooth them out now, but at the end, my nails are super thick in some spots and just a lumpy mess and one of the nails is already coming off. I'm pretty nonconfrontational and I appreciate the effort but I won't be going back to this place. read more

2 months later and still going to Lani. Love her attention to detail and thin thin acrylics. Last visit we couldn't find the milky purple I was looking for, so what does she do? Update*** I went back and got them redone and Ann redid them for me! They are amazing, I found out the lady's name that did the horrible job her name is Julie. I watched her do a lady's nails next to me as Ann redid mine and they looked so awful and thick! Just avoid Julie at all costs! Ann is so sweet and amazing tho she redid them at no charge! read more

as a 5 year client of this nail establishment I was shocked when it turns out I was charged $20 extra for gel polish when in fact it was just regular polish I did attempt to go back there again yesterday and was met with a rude polisher asking me if I had an appointment, I said I've never come here with an appointment She then exclaimed that it's a very long wait I said ok, I'll go elsewhere and she said "good" Rude!! With ALL of the nail places in murrieta, I was shocked at her attitude If you get gel here, make sure it's gel!! read more

I had an appointment for a fill and pedicure at 3:30 p.m. They didn't see me until 4 p.m. I spent 2 hours here and got the worse fill ever. I asked the technician three times to trim my nails which she said she would do and didn't. She gave me a fill and when I went to wash my hands, the nails were already lifting. I brought this to her attention and she said I should have gotten a new overlay which I proceeded to tell her that she should have recommended. She was just in hurry to complete the job and move on to the next person. My nails were of course all chipped by the next day so I had to go elsewhere to get them redone. read more

Today's experience got knocked down stars sadly to say. My go to gal is NINA shes magnificent unfortunately she is still not back. Now I will say spotless, clean, and they have set up protective plexy boards to guard from covid. Although the gal sitting to the left of me was not wearing a mask if you are going to reopen make sure EVERYONE is wearing a mask NO EXCEPTIONS!! But clearly they took her in because they want to make money $$ No mask No service!!! Now to get to the main reason why I am writing this, I have been coming here for 10+ years and never have I been approached by not one but two employees following my mom and I outside and asked if we paid! ( already in my car mind you) I don't know the front desk girl she looks new and young. While my mom and I got our pedicures I also noticed she questioned another mother and daughter in regards to being charged incorrectly. Message to the owner* Looks like you have new staff, perhaps new cashier I'm going to tell you this maybe your employee should pay more attention to the money I paid her and the change She gave me since I clearly asked for ones to tip instead off doing her coworkers nails. I came in to check out location at 3pm and to make appointments and she was getting her nails done too by the time it was our appointment at 5 pm she was still doing same. Looks like she got a new acrylic set and her coworker 4th of July nails. I don't appreciate being followed outside and being asked if I paid when clearly I did. Please check your staff if this was my business I'd want to make sure everyone is getting charged right and not being accused of not paying! Very disappointed read more

This is my new favorite place in town! Im usually not one to commit to a certain nail place . These are the best nails I've had in a long time ! I wish I would of took a before picture . One of the worst experiences I've had. I went in last night for a fill and pedicure. I had an appointment and specifically asked for both to be done at the same time and instead they took walk ins. Not that big of a deal honestly but my nails look AWFUL. They are thick, gloppy and I asked for square and got rounded corners. There are no prices listed and for a basic pedicure and fill with gel I was charged $86. Insanity. As a cosmetologist I also noticed they're not following many state board sanitation requirements. read more

Basic short full set took just about 2 hours. My nail tech took their time, which I love and don't mind because the results are usually pristine. But this was my first time here and everything else about this place is a positive. The only negative thing I have to say is that the work I received was low quality. My nails are extremely THICK. My nails are much shorter than discussed due to overfiling. $60 for a short full set with gel... about 5 layers of it on top of thick acrylic. I'm so confused. This was a waste of money and time. I will not be back :( YIKES!! read more

Is there a way to get a zero instead? Two days after my pedicure I spent 4 hours in urgent care because I woke up and couldn't walk. I have cellulitis in my big toe. It's painful, I'm limping, it's red, and hurts to walk. They gave me antibiotics and it's only getting worse I have to back to the doctor tomorrow.... they are going to cut open the pus pocket and change my antibiotics. They also don't use lining in the foot bowls. Don't go here. I HIGHLY don't recommend unless you want to be out of work for a week with an infection. read more

Don't spend your money here. If I could give a Zero star I would. I went in for a manicure and pedicure with my BFF. There were 3 ladies working on us. They were talking in their language and laughing, not paying any attention to what they were doing to us. My $25 manicure lasted 10 minutes and the $30 pedicure was crap. We have been coming here for years. This is the last time we will spend our money here. read more

I needed my nails done. Shit was getting REAL. My usual lady said her salon was closed. I saw the stars on this place and thought why not. I called and they gave me an appt time that very day. (Today 7/31/20) The place was super chill. Nice vibe. Everyone I interacted with were very polite. Kevin did my nails and I must say, that this is my best set ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful -- I came in to get a full set manicure. Everything started off ok until after she laid the acrylic. She then went in a started to buff down the acrylic and started nicking my cuticles. I noticed one started to lightly bleed. Next, she did not put a base coat for the gel color and started in on the color have had others do this in the past and the color never lasts as long. After the color and top coat was done she starts getting the nail file out and is filing the sides of my nails again. At this point I'm thinking okay maybe this is her process. She then proceeded to get her efile out again and is using it at the base of my nail. She keeps hitting my cuticles then gets out the cuticle oil. Rubs it on my cuticles then tells me to go wash my hands. I look down at my cuticles and 2 were seeping blood and one had blood cured under the top coat. I have been to many nail salons and this is definitely the worst experience I have ever had also to note the cost is much higher than it should be. They are charging metropolitan prices for subpar work. I used to live in this area and went to this salon often always having a great experience. This place has gone downhill fast and the great reviews it has must be for 1 or 2 people who do great work. It is unfortunate to have to give a place I used to love a negative review. read more

Loved the color and the service. It was $30 for the pedicure with sugar scrub and lotion massage, $20 for the basic manicure. The only issue was we came with a party of 5 and I think they might've been short staffed because they didn't start working in some people's manicures until after I was completely done so they had to stay much later than me. read more

I have been going here for awhile now. The staff is always nice and the owners are great!!! Being a male, it's sometime hard to find a place that's doesn't give you the Strange look when you walk in! I have been getting both mani and pedi here and have been extremely happy. Now no place is perfect and there are a lot of people who write bad reviews without trying to resolve them with the businesses. I did have a gel lift on my hands one time. I went back and the corrected it for me free of charge and without having to wait! I would recommend them to anyone! They recently got new pedi chairs and tables. Place is always clean! And they do great Matte colors! read more

The service was fine, she overcharged me for the pedicure with no explanation, I chose the $45 and she charged $70 with no answer when I asked why. The gel on my nails started bubbling that night when I got home, not even an hour after I left the salon. I wasn't told they didn't accept any form of card payment until I was done and I asked before she started with yet again no response. Today was my first time coming here. I had a pedi/medi and I have to admit it was the best I've had in a long time. Lucy was outstanding, she did such a good job. Upon getting home I see that I got overcharged still and I got charged for a $28 eyebrow wax that I didn't even receive. Wax never touched my eyebrows , a tweezer did!! And to get a couple hairs. Ridiculous. I'm never coming here again.

This place is sooooo amazing. Every time I come here it's so relaxing . I have been going here ever since they opened. I saw one of the comments saying they are racist? WHICH IS SOO NOT TRUE! They treat everyone with the same respect and are very respectful. This person who said instyle is racist was VERY wrong , that person also said that they where talking trash behind her back in another language , which really confuses me because unless she speaks their language she would know what they where talking about . I have had nothing but great experiences every time I have come to the salon. I love how they do my nails and the way they do them. That being said I was there yesterday to get my nails done, as it is a cash only establishment I used their ATM to pull cash to pay for my services. I woke up this morning to almost $700 missing from my account with multiple charges to places like Detroit gold, and soulboy apparel. I went in this morning to warn them and just wanted to give a fair warning to anyone using that ATM that it may be compromised. read more

She started talking in her language, sounding irritated and left. I might go back and make an appointment for the two original girls, but I will never let that woman touch my fingers again. I still tipped well, but I honestly feel robbed of what should have been a relaxing experience. I rarely do self care and I work a lot. This was supposed to me my special time. My toe nails were not to par either. I wish I asked for the two techs names. My toes were done by a man and my fingernails were done by a woman second chair to the end of the building on the right. Very disappointed. Bill was $120-Normal for me. Still tipped each despite the rudeness and quality of work.
