Went twice in the past month and will never be back. The girl that did my pedicure cut my nails so short and dug into my skin so much it drew blood. I pulled away three times asking her to stop being so aggressive. Ended up in the urgent care with an infected toe and a 54$ pedicure. Ridiculous! 2 weeks before that went in for a gel manicure and only 10 days later all the gel polish is peeling off already. I get my nails done monthly and this never happens. They also charge 5% extra if you're using a card. With a nail salon on every corner these places should take better care of their customers if they want us to keep coming back. read more

I have been here before once and decided not to return because of the horrible job that was done. Somehow surprisingly they are super busy on any day. Called them to make an appointment for polish change. I didn't have much time and decided to just do publish change. The technician kept asking if I wanted to have a pedicure or gel. I asked for polish change and regular. I needed to do it fast. So anyways she did it and the big toe was not polished right and so I Asked and it was "fixed" by putting more top coat which didn't didnt fix it! I knew they weren't gonna do much to fix it so I just left. Before I had called, I was told it's $15 for polish change. So I paid with Credit card and they charged $2 extra! Usually it's 3% not 13%!! I was not happy and decided I would not return here. The polish was really poorly done! Like a kid did my nails who doesn't know what they're doing! waste of time and money. However my niece comes here and has specific nail tech that does her nails and called the same day to get a color change of her toes, well Natalie wasnt there and somehow they put her with someone who seems very new and doesn't have much knowledge of how to take care of your nails. My niece was suppose to get a color change and so somehow it turned into a pedicure and she didn't even do the massage part. So did bare minimum of doing pedicure to the feet and the color. It Took 1.5 hours and I was getting frustrated as it was. Even a full pedicure doesn't take 1.5 hours! and the tech Michael was doing one toe at a time and missing some steps and coloring vertically. It was annoying to watch and feeling time is wasted. So I brought it up the manager the issue and he got offended. I am unsure why! It's a customer's honest opinion. Where is the problem! Find me someone else to finish the job or you finish the job because it's a horrible job! He's slow and we're late! So he was very unpleasant manager to deal with and saying to my niece who is a minor that he has her number as she called to make an appointment. What are you going to do with the phone number. Is this a joke! Very hostile environment and Chairs are super close together. All I can say I NEVER AGAIN! I'll take my business elsewhere read more

Every time I come here for a manicure it's never a good experience. If you value your nails and cuticles DO NOT BOOK WITH RYAN/BRYAN I requested to just remove my acrylics because I'm letting my nails "breathe" after getting them done monthly for the past year. I get that they don't get paid as much for removal, but I consistently come here for pedicures and they get good business from me. Met my mother here for manicures and pedicures and I was about 15 minutes late; so my water was cold and my technician was annoyed/bored looking? She handed me two of the color books to choose, and then had to ask me two more times which colors. She didn't tell me her name or really speak to me, just tapped or poked me to move my hands or feet. (Not a huge deal, non verbal communication is easier sometimes.) But I'm knocking the stars because she did seem annoyed by me getting regular color, only wanting a callous remover versus a package upgrade, and then cut my heel during the pedicure. My manicure was 2 days ago and I have been trying to be mindful of my nails - gloves for dishes and all! Already chipped and I'm noticing she didn't do much to my cuticles, but instead just painted for shape? My Mom had Jeff, I think, and she had a great experience! The chairs are a little older and the facility could use a deep cleaning, but all of the TVs on the news was also an interesting choice. For my pedicure they took off the gel, shortened my nails and did great on my cuticles. I did not have an appointment and waited less than 5 minutes and was done within an hour. This place has terrible service. The owner is completely rude and out of control. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and once I arrived the owner assigned me at a chair with Micheal. The poor man is old and looks like he should be retired by now, already first red flag. He's doing a very bare-minimum job, like putting the base after color , and acting as if he knew what he was doing. I asked for the shape to be very squared and he still made them round. My aunt went to the owner to tell him that he's taking long and that we needed to go and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He claimed that we were the ones being disrespectful towards his technician, stating that 'the technician had been doing his job since before he was born'-- well if he really had been, he should be good at his job by now. He threatened me by saying he had my phone number saved, mind you I am a minor. I'm uncomfortable, the service is seriously terrible, and I will not be going back. This was supposed to be my relaxation time after a very stressful exam and having to deal with immature, inconsiderate people just ruined my day. People deserve to receive the service they're paying for, no matter their age. Do not book here!!! read more

I sat down with Dylan after I booked an appointment for gel. I showed a picture and long story short, he didnt do any of the designs, cut my nails slanted (WHEN I DIDNT WANT THEM TO BE), did no shaping, painted with the wrong colors, and offered a star but then didnt put it on? No communication was offered during it, and the manager told me I shouldve said something to Dylan, who seemed to not even be an English speaker, instead of criticizing his employee. I am not a girly girl by any means (I can't stand the color pink, lol), so I don't go to nail shops on the regular as do most females. However, I go once in a great while and when I do, it's because I want the leg massage more than anything, haha!! I prefer to do my own nails because I'm very particular with how I want mine, and most times I don't like the way they are cut or shaped by these places. I also don't ever feel like they clean them the way I do, so I made sure to do all that before I went in. On a Saturday afternoon, I texted my gf and asked what she was doing. She was heading to her nail appointment soon and I asked where it was. I didn't have an appointment so I called in to see if they take walk ins. The lady said I needed an appointment, but when I said my friend had one and I didn't, she was able to pencil me in for the same time. Nice! Fashion Nails & Spa is located in the French Valley Village Center off Winchester Road. It's got a big parking lot so no problem there. Once inside, they will take your temperature and they require you to fill out their covid questionnaire. They also require masks or they will refuse service. All employees are masked and they are covid prepped. The nail stations for both manis and pedis are not spaced 6 ft. apart for obvious reasons, but they did make every effort to properly divide each station with plexiglass barriers. I applaud them for doing so, as every small business is doing their best to stay open and running during these hard economic times. My gf and I were promptly seated in the far back corner, side by side. Tracy did my pedi and she was great! Before she got started, she kindly asked which one I wanted. I chose the Classic Spa Pedicure at $30. I would have went with the one they named after me...the Joy Spa Pedicure at $35, but that included a callus treatment which I did not need. The massage chairs were great, and I like being able to choose what I want. Kneading, percussion and combo is usually my jam! I fell asleep for a few minutes because it was so relaxing, especially while she was rubbing my legs and feet. I was satisfied with my pedi and thoroughly enJOYed the process. This is a pretty good nail salon and they also offer other services such as waxing, nail enhancements and eyelash extensions. They even have the cutest little girls' pedi seat for you to get your nails done if you have a mini! Best part about it was they didn't try to push other services on me. That's another reason I don't go to nail shops often. I know what I want and what I want to spend. No surprises here, thank God! I tipped accordingly and will keep this shop in mind for next time. Why is the gel cracking and I can see all these little bubbles plus she went soooo far under my nail filing it hurt now when these come off my nails are gonna be so f-d up. I also asked for them to be very skinny and thin these hoes ate a whole Big Mac these nails are not thin girly pops we're not even gonna talk about the cuticles lmao just look at those things, the lady didn't even put the acrylic to the bottom of my nail they looked grown out slightly already when they were finished. So, this is my second time coming & it was for my 10 year old niece. She's 10 & wanted a full set, so we came to the closest one. I had been here once previously & the nail tech who did my nails was nice but didn't do all around a great job on my almond nails/& black french tip. I came back the next day after paying $70 for that first initial visit, and asked them to repaint them just all black since the french tip was so janky & uneven. They wanted to charge me another $40. Ridiculous. Coming back here today for my niece I figured a kids set would be cheap considering she just wanted some butterflies and yellow color. They are charging her $65. You can take a look at their pricing & honestly it does not match up to me price wise as to why these are so expensive. We will probably never return sadly because of how close this is to our house but just based on the upraise in pricing pretty much everywhere. Sad days. Save your money & go to the Temecula mall to get them done. Update: She said the nail tech Mary was quite rough with her nails. Sigh. read more

I set an appt for my niece and I on Monday. Everything went smoothly upon arrives. We arrived 5-10 minutes early and the man at the counter immediately sat my niece down to begin her fill. A man named Danny started my fill and assured that I was going to be able to save my natural nails and do an acrylic overlay or dip powder... not the case!!!! He cut my nails all the way off and said I needed a complete full set! I was hesitant but then thought ok, maybe he knows what he was doing... NOT THE CASE! I have acrylic so far past my cuticles that I now need to go have all my nails redone to correct! My final cost for a fancy pedicure and manicure with gel polish and French tips was $83 After about a week I noticed my nails were already showing what looked like air bubbles under my gel polish. Went here for a pedicure on my birthday! I needed to find somewhere that could take a walk-in quickly and I appreciate that this place could accommodate me. The pedicure itself was very well done. The nail technician Dylan obviously has a lot of experience and did a great job while also working fast since I didn't have much time. The massage chairs there are awesome! Best I've tried at a nail salon in California. I like that this salon seems to have a lot of regular customers who enjoy being there. People seemed happy and relaxed there! Granted, it's not the most luxurious or upscale salon around, but it's good quality and the price can't be beat for the value. read more

I love the girl that does my nails but almost every single time I get a text less than an hour before my appointment asking to come in early because my girl booked someone at the same time as my appointment. I have always dropped what I was doing and ran over to the nail place. This time I could not drop what I was doing and hurry over and in fact by the Waze app I would be 3 minutes late. So the girl who answers phones and texts tells me if I am late by 3 minutes, I will need to reschedule. WHAT?!! It's not my fault that my girl was overbooked. Not acceptable. So they give me the first available which is today at 5:30 and I tell the lady on the phone that I can not come early. She texted me at 4:30 ish to ask if I can come early, no I can not and in fact I am pretty sick and probably should not expose anyone to whatever I caught. From there everything was my fault not theirs and they took no responsibility, did not try to make it right and refused to budge. Their overbooking became my fault. So now I have to find another place to go and all they said was thank you to my comment about how their nail girl is by far the best I've used and it's a shame they won't make their mistake right. So I do not recommend this salon. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a regular client and I love coming here. Great staff(some) and the atmosphere is great. Until today, I went in and got almond white nails and I will include a picture of them and Srey(nail lady) did my nails. Today was an experience. Srey redid my nails 4 times and each time she blamed me. She claimed I kept hitting my nails on the side of the nail dryer when she was the one pushing my hand inside. Then she said that my nails weren't dry and blamed it on me. She later said the reason that happened was because SHE forgot to start the nail dryer. Next one of my fingers smudged and I told her if she can add another coat to cover it and she proceeds to say," I'm gonna have to redo all of them now". She did not have to do that when only one was messed up, she was being snarky. (She did end it redoing all my nails btw). Then she could see I'm getting irritated and she says another comment "your fingers are too long" and giggles. That didn't bother me it's the fact that she constantly blamed me for the nails not being dry when it was on her. (I'm getting to the end don't worry) on her third attempt of doing my nails I ask her "do you want to make sure my thumb is dry" considering the amount of times she redid my nails. She said no it's fine and guess what happens. She hold up my hand and said "see this it what happened when it doesn't fully dry" and proceeded to redo my thumb AGAIN. By this time I was annoyed and was tempted to tell her to take them all off so I can just leave. What got me was towards the end of getting my nails done she was getting more impatient and annoyed and as she was putting stuff back on her cart she dropped her basket of nail equipment on the floor and the glass broke everywhere. Not only did she have no expression she did that at first, her coworkers came over and she seemed not to care. Overall I'm very irritated. I do love coming here Micheal and Ana are one of the best nail techs and I usually have them do my nails. But Srey was not very nice and could have done a better job on my nails. My nails were also $52 I believe which isn't bad but the services today were. read more

Gave the nail place another chance but this time wanted a mail break... so I asked that the coating on my REAL nails be removed. Instead of them using acetone to save my finger nails they decided to use a fake nail to peel off the coating on top which cause my real nails to also peel to almost paper thin. Reached out to them on Facebook and they decided to apologize then block me from their Facebook. Would not recommend going there ever. read more
