I am so impressed with Natalie's gentleness and attention to detail when it comes to shaping and painting my nails - everytime I walk out I can't believe how good they look! I don't wish any nails were longer, no misshapen fingers, no uneven or messy paint job - I don't like being difficult and pointing out mistakes when it comes to nails, but I am also VERY impressed when there is absolutely nothing to point out! I also got a pedicure with Minh, who might be a bit shy (hey, me too!) but does her work very well. I am very very particular, and came in after having a negative experience at my current salon, with my gel builder set pealing and lifting and cuticles still sore from the "cuticle care" after a week. It's taken me a long time to post this review but I think it's necessary. The employees here are nice but I got a fungal infection in both of my big toenails from this establishment that was so stubborn it took 2 years to get better. I spent hundreds of dollars on doctor's appointments, medications, and remedies to get rid of it. No amount of kindness can compensate for lack of sanitation so severe it caused this. I've gotten dozens of pedicures done in so many establishments and never once have I had this issue before. Up until coming here I had never faced any issue even related to fungus. I'd avoid this place and save yourself from the same fate I incurred. read more

I was able to get in with Hanna and she did a Gel-X full set for me. I have never had Gel-X before. She did such a great job!! I wish I lived out here so I could go to her all the time. Salon manager is prejudiced against disabled people.. refused to do manicure for my 36 year old daughter with cerebral palsy. When I came back to fix it later, the owners were rude and do NOT care about their customers. If your paying nothing your trash to them. I asked Lynn if she could just surprise me and do whatever she wanted, to my surprise she said yes and went for it. Most of the times when I have asked that before the manicurist says no to show them a picture of what I want (understandable). So this has been my 3rd time now going to Lynn and not giving her any input but letting her do what she wants and I love it every-time!! I have been coming here for years and have recommended others to come here because of the great service I have had. Unfortunately, things fell short the last time I came in. I got a gel manicure (I come in every 2 to 3 weeks for one). This time I wanted to try something different and chose different (5) colors to use. The nail tech never told me it would be extra or else I would have changed to just one color. She charged me an additional $5 for the different colors (told me after the service was done). I brought cash and planned for what I normally pay plus tip. I understand you may have to charge an additional fee for the using multiple colors but it's frustrating when it's not mentioned before starting the service. I probably won't be back because the lack of communication and unhappy with the service from the nail tech I had this last visit. read more

Super bummed. I've seen all the great reviews and decided to give this place a try. I got a gel pedicure and manicure. My pedicure went well, slightly angled toe nail shape but no biggie. My manicure, the shape of my nails I love and the color. The painting is so thick/clunky/uneven. Some paint blends into my cuticle. I brought it up and when attempted to fix, my nail is left worst than before. After 2 hours there (having had to wait between my pedicure and manicure) I needed to leave. I see their work for acrylics and dips and it looks great but a standard gel left so much to desired. There are a ton of staff, so maybe I didn't get the luck of the draw. I will repeat, I loved my shape, just the polish wasn't done right. Based on the business review, I'm making an update. I did allow one nail to be fixed and it ended up worst than how it started. That didn't leave a vote of confidence nor did I want to send another hour at the salon for them to fix all of my nails and remove the gel polish. read more

I am a regular here and I typically have a good experience but today wasn't it. I always make an appt ahead of time because they get pretty busy. I made an appt for 11:00 am and arrived at 10:55 am. When I got there they were packed and I was told to wait a few minutes, which I didn't mind and understood at first.. about 10 mins into waiting 5 other people came in 2 with an appt time for the same time slot as I.. and 3 did not have an appt. They took them all in and 20 minutes later I am still waiting. The guy at the counter came over and said they were just finishing up one other person. I left... The guy at the counter was nice and he noticed that I got up to leave and he followed me to try to assure me it would only be a few more minutes. However, I would have understood if they were just running behind and didn't take in the walk in. It's Sunday and I don't think it's efficient use of my time to wait an extra 20 or more minutes because they took an appt and couldn't manage their time. I didn't appreciate the inconsideration. read more

I love this place for several reasons. - When you book an advance appointment they honor it on time!!! - Best place for Dip nails. I have tried 9 local places. ( Natalie) does mine. - The owner doesn't do nails. Amy or her husband have this place dialed in with organization. Because they don't do nails they make sure when appointment times are booked you get right in and are managing the phone appointments as well actually turning people away if they are booked. Usually salons say pick your color and you sit waiting for 30 min while they finish the walk-in they put in your appointment time. - Quality products I have never had them lift even after a month. read more
