They were running a little behind schedule, but were so nice and informed me when I walked through the door it would be a little bit of a wait. 15 min later 1 tech, who was waiting on a client to come in started removing the old gel color from my nails so I wasn't waiting for long, then when her appointment came in I was immediately taken by Tina over to her station. After an awesome weekend, I know I have to share my love of Color Nails & Spa. I made an appointment on Friday for Saturday (before easter) Morning and the appointment was kept exactly at 10:30am. Color Nails & Spa are more expensive than normal salons but everyone there works extremely hard, it's clean, they offer beverages (even mimosas.. woohoo!), they play very calming music, they have really great pedicure/ massage chairs and everyone who works there has really great personalities. I'm always giggling while in the chair. One of my many favorite technicians is Tom. He's is very personable & caring, and does excellent work. I get many compliments on my nails after Tom has worked his magic. Color Nails & Spa will try to up sell the Gel Polish and after the first few times I didn't want it but later regretted it. I also double checked to confirm if it was $7/finger or for both total. In the end it didn't matter because she charged me $30. When I tried to get in touch with the owner/manager I was told that they wouldn't come in until later in the day. That they could take a message. I called multiple times to try to get a response from the manage/owner, but to no avail. Ultimately I found this institution to be dishonest and disappointing.
