Every time since then the quality has just deteriorated. There is no point in bringing up any issues with the staff, they just dismiss you and say oh we can fix it but you can't un-cut me. Today my wife & I got a pedicure, I was cut repeatedly, with my toe still red and now swelling. My wife' toes were filed down to the point of bleeding. Photos to come. There's a cut halfway under my wifes nails where they tried which we just noticed when we got home. Overall the quality, cost and the service just isn't there to be paying $150.00 each time. Here's to hoping I don't have an infection from the cut. We went on 08/25 at around 10:15AM. 2 pedicures with gel. Premium Cost, Cheap Quality. Updated picture to show swelling and redness. We had to go to the doctor to get our feet assessed and have a possible infection and were prescribed medication. We've now spent the same amount getting treated as we have with getting our toes done. I've reported them to the state. They are removing our review on google even though we actually were serviced and customers of this location. I've provided photos of the injuries on day of as well as day after. It is extremely important to book correctly, if you want a detailed design you have to book "Nail design" and if you have nail removal you also have to include that when booking. To account for the time you need. If you book incorrectly, the nail tech wouldn't know until next client arrives and then they rush or switch you to another nail tech to finish. Although they are still very kind about it, it is clear you have to book correctly. I came for birthday nails in late April and expected it to be pricey but didn't realize nail asking for a 3-D nail design increase price significantly. Normal French tip charge at Adore is $20, so anything additional like polka dots or another color is added on the $20. Total nail design was $60, gel x short is $70, nail removal $10 = total of $140 for nails alone. Although I realize you are paying for art, for their time, dedication, expertise and their patience to design the nail how you want. It is pricey in my opinion. I would go back but only for solid color or French tip only.
