Until I met Marcela, I was bouncing around salons and different techs. Getting my nails done was a nuisance but necessary. Having met Marcela a year ago has transformed my life. Every time I get a new set I get an outpour of compliments and questions on where I got them done in person and on Instagram. Every couple weeks I'll think of ideas for my next set, send her pics and we collaborate to create nail art. She takes her time on her clients because she's a perfectionist stopping at nothing to ensure you're satisfied. An added bonus is her personality. Not only is she personable and easy going, she's the best person to seek advice from and talk to. It's such a pleasure getting to sit and talk to her while I get my nails done. I look forward to every appointment I make with her. I can't forget to mention this woman gives the BEST pedicures!!! Practically a deep tissue massage for feet and legs. Her hands work like magic. When they do my manicures, my nails and just right, not thick like a lot of places. That's why I go back, because of consistency. I usually call before I go to make sure I don't have to wait. I…read moreunderstand that but today I went for my usual - I have a dip manicure and pedicure every 3 weeks- I needed to use the restroom - no toilet paper, broken paper towel dispenser! I told the receptionist! I went back to use the restroom before leaving- toilet paper now sitting on a the bar next to the toilet---paper towel dispenser not working! I told the owner who completely ignored me. Gave my tech the same tip as always - don't want to punish her for bad management, but REALLY-how about providing the basic necessities to customers- should I take my $100+ every 3 weeks and find someplace else??
