Gave this place many chances. But they just can't give a good service. They messed up my appointments every single time. This last time I was there the product they used was cheap where the color started chipping the next day. I went there to get it fixed and they did a horrible job on my nails. Omg. This place knows how to provide customer service! I called the day before Mother's Day but I couldn't come in at 4pm so I said that I knew they were busy and I'd call later in the week. They called back and got me in! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Employees were wearing clean white smocks which looked so professional. They put me in a chair soaking immediately. Who's gonna leave when their feet are in warm water & the chair is massaging you? I soaked for longer than usual, but I wasn't unhappy about it. I chose a basic pedicure and she didn't leave a step out, even when I told her that I was ticklish and would rather not have the foot file & pumice sponge. I kinda do that in the shower daily. I would have liked it that she spend that time on a firm foot massage. I'll have to be more clear on my expectations next time. Overall great experience & I'll be back! read more

If you have acrylic/gel nails, do NOT come here!!! I wanted a French ombré fill and called the shop twice just to make sure that they could do it. They said yes. The nail technician did not know how to do French ombré at all. She dusted the powder onto my nails - not what you're supposed to do. She left it streaky, was arguing with me the whole time & gave me attitude. She then said "I can't please you" and quit doing my nails. Oh, she also cut my finger cause she did not care at one point. I recently moved so I am looking for a new nail salon. I came for a gel powder fill, fix some broken tips, and a pedicure. Pros: the staff is extremely friendly. Everyone was so nice. It's clean, close, and they have a lot of colors. My pedicure was nice. She did a good job, but the lotion they put on was so cold. I'm used to warmer lotion, that salons keep heated. It was shockingly cold. For my hands: I asked for coffin shape, and as you can see, this isn't coffin. I repeated it a couple of times and she said ok, but nope, this isn't coffin. My nails also weren't filed straight enough. I had to show her the uneven nails, but some still aren't right. They charge a lot more than other places I've been, but it doesn't feel worth it. I wanted to like it bc the owner and her staff are nice, and it's close, but it's definitely not up to par. read more

I made an appointment for a gel full set and a pedi. This was my first time in this nail salon and the staff was super friendly! My nails turned out perfect. 3 days later one of my nails broke off and my thumb was chipping really bad which never happened to me 3 days after getting my nails done. I called the shop and they told me to come in and get it fixed. Once I arrived I was able to be seen immediately. Quennie replaced my broken nail and repainted my thumb that was chipping. Typically salons will replace/ fix a nail if it happened 5 days or less. Once my nail was fixed I was told it would be 10 bucks for the fixed. I was shocked. I initially paid close to 200 for a gel full set ... Delux pedi... and my mother in laws gel full set. And 3 days after I got my nail fixed my thumb started to chip AGAIN! I went for a" no chip" and my nails all chipped and or broke within 4 hours. I went back to have the lady fix the nails and she said she didn't do my nails. Then said she would re- do them for free, so she did and they all peeled again. In the middle of my mani pedi, a "long time customer", came in and I was made to wait with my feet in cold water for 25 minutes while my nail tech. took this "walk in" changed her polish and fixed two of her chipped nails. while I sat and waited, after waiting an hour to even get in. Don't know if it was old no chip polish or technique.... But a bad experience made worse. Plenty of other places to go. read more

THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE ‼I had to come in here three times to get my nails done and i was very disappointed. A technician named queenie did my nails and it chipped in one day! I was very dissapointed and hurt that i spent my time and money to this place. I came back to get it fixed and they laughed at me for apparently having "oily nails" i believe this was just an excuse because i've went to many places before and never had this issue. For my first visit, I got a no-chip manicure and a regular pedicure. Unfortunately, the no-chip manicure chipped within one week. I went back to get those chipped nails repaired and the very next day more nails chipped. I'm not rough on my nails and I've been getting gel/no-chip manicures for YEARS. When we originally called to ask for prices, they told us $35 for manicure and pedicure. Then when we arrived they said it was $40 and the $35 price was for kids! Eventually they said they'd take care of us for $35. Ok let's get to my pedicure, I told them I like my water a little warmer than they had when I put my feet in the water. The lady said ok and began to scoop out water with an old 7/11 cup ‍, but she turned on the hot water to the hottest it could go and it burned my foot because she wasn't watching . It was so hot I began to cry. So the lady continued to tell me I was ok because she put some aloe vera gel on it. I kept telling her I wasn't ok and she continued doing my pedicure. Never did she say sorry or even offer a discount since she burned my foot, but charged me full price and told me to come again! NEVER! That's why I stick to the same place, but I like to try out new places because you may find an amazing place; however this isn't one of them. read more

I was really hoping to have a much better experience. Arrived at 10am there were 3 employees, 2 customers and no one waiting. Being my first time here i assumed walk ins were welcome since the neon sign said so. Very sweet woman told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Slightly confusing since there was an employee not with anyone but no worries. A few minutes later i was called over and she began my full set. My daughter got her nails painted as well. From the time i got there until we left at 1230, 6 other customers came and went. This was the slowest most disappointing 2.5 hrs of my life. My nails are nothing like i asked for, they're thick and wide. I asked for narrow and thin. The no chip itself took 45 mins to apply, the owner was working on me but kept leaving me to help others. I get it. Small place, but 2.5 hrs for a full set and no chip when the place is not on a wait is just ridiculous. I expressed my dismay to the owner who said it was because I didn't make an appointment. I'm not accepting that, i was in a chair being waited on that entire time. I have 4 tiny cuts and ugly nails, that you can see through because the acrylic is so thick she had to make the polish thin. 3 people worked on me and each one did the EXACT opposite of what i asked for.
