By appointment only. Text her and she will text you back! I wasn't expecting her to respond so quickly. I had reached out after 9pm expecting a response back the next day but My (pronounced May) got back to me within minutes and we booked an appointment for the day. All I can say is that I appreciate her promptness and communication with me. She's a hustler and works 7 days a week. She books all her own appointments as well so don't mind that she will make calls and text while she's also working on you. I like that she's a one woman show. She is located inside the Body Spa salon and has her own space which I really like versus a traditional salon. It's a private space and I felt relaxed. When you enter, you'll need to find her name on the computer and sign in. It will let her know you have arrived. I got the spa pedicure for $42! read more

I needed a last minute nail salon before the weekend and My agreed to an appointment at 7:30 pm. Although the price was a bit higher than I usually pay, I realized that it was completely worth it. She really takes her time and makes sure that you are happy with it. It was the cleanest acrylic set I've gotten and while I always get cut at other nail salons, I did not bleed once with her! She also has a 14 day guarantee where she'll fix any nail for free within the time frame. read more

I got acrylic since Gel-X burns when I put my nails under the light. She is by appointment only! Extremely responsive & just delivers great service. Offers 14 days for anything to be fixed at no cost. That's 7 days more than salons. My came out to the lobby and took the other lady back. She apparently doubled booked us. No genuine apology given or an offer to fit me in. Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had! My really knows her stuff! I get pedicures every two weeks at home in Southern California. I asked our dinner server for a recommendation and she told me about Nails by My - Summerlin. So glad I went. My is welcoming, very professional and extremely thorough. I wanted to get a full set of gel nails and decided to call My based on her great reviews. I texted her early in the morning, she texted right back and offered me an appointment for the same day. I loved that. I showed up for my appointment and My was ready for me. She is very nice and has probably every color you could want. My is fast and very precise. She does a great job and makes sure you are completely happy with everything she is doing. My does nails and pedicures and works by appointment only. I love that she has her own room and you are not out in the middle of a salon. I am very happy with how my nails turned out. read more

I recently had my first "Nails by My" experience. There were definitely pros and cons. First I will say that she did the final quality on my nail dip was excellent. It's been close to a week and they are still perfect. If you like a quiet manicurist who is very focused, you will like that in My. Feel free to put your earbuds in and just chill. That said, there were a few things I felt could be improved. Primarily the booking approach. She asks you to text her for an appointment. She will then ask you when you want to come in. You tell her a range and she tells you she's busy. That's to be expected. This happens repeatedly before she gives you a time she's available. I feel like it would be so much easier if she just said "I've got these times available, which would you like?" It took three days of rather frustrating texting to get an appointment. ‍ - at one point, I thought we had agreed on a time and shortly after she texted me again to say the time was gone because I hadn't answered in 20 minutes while I was tending to my son; she gave the spot to someone else. I could go on but I will just say that the communication could be much much much better. I was also asked about six times which nails I wanted. If you have the patience for this booking approach, and understanding that she is working alone without an assistant or receptionist, this might be a great option for you. read more

If you see Ruby I suggest be tough with her on what shape you want, she's very stubborn and quite bossy. My nails, my money, I decide!

I chose my own peace when I cancelled your appointment, because I do not believe you are the kind of person I want sitting in my chair. And this is MY business, not a walk in salon, so I choose who comes and gets to sit in my chair. Your money will be refunded but because I had already cancelled your appointment and deposits are non refundable my booking app is going to take longer processing it than usual because I had already opted to not refund it. I had to call customer care and ask them to refund it manually. Now I ask you one last time, please leave my salon receptionist alone. You have no business with her or the salon, you only have business with me. Thank you.

It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I tried this place out a few weeks ago as its on my way home from work. When I arrived they were not busy, but said about 10 minute wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes, not sure why, but figured what the heck, already waited this long and I just wanted to get my nails done. Right after I start to get helped, another customer comes in, and she jumps up to help her instantly. I waited and waited, finally finished my nails, paid and left, but it really bugged me for the next few days. I called to complain and they told me there was no manager in, but I'm pretty sure the woman who helped me was the manger and the same person that answered the phone. Live and learn, I"m never coming back here again. Quality was ok, price was a bit high especially with all the other other places that offer much better customer service. read more

I was very pleased with her choice or product, definitely upscale. She has all of the good stuff for nails. I have already scheduled my appointment for individual lashes. The pedicure was great, I had no complaints, but then we started my manicure and the woman who did it was very sweet, but she answered like 10-12 phone calls during my appointment. She had to keep getting up to put down people's appointment requests and also had to keep getting up to get equipment. It felt like she really wasn't paying attention to my nails and sadly it shows. The worst part is because she was answering the phone and having to get up so much, it took FOREVER. I'm used to hard gel taking a while but this was crazy. In the end I left at 7 pm. I ended up not getting my underarms waxed because I just did not want to be there any longer. I get chrome and hard gel all the time, this is not a great quality manicure. Again, everyone was so nice so I wish the quality was better, but for me, I will not be returning.
