I've been in here twice now to get my nails done. The first time was right before 4th of July and I got a powder dip, the second time was a few days ago and I got a gel mani and deluxe pedi. For the powder dip, when I went in, I was initially unimpressed. It's an older shop, the lighting isn't the best and the seats for pedicures are visibly falling apart. But, the girl who did my powder dip did a really great job. They don't have a ton of powder dip colors, but she really knew what she was doing and I was really impressed with how well my nails held up. The second time I went in, I was there right after they opened and got a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was GREAT!! The tech was really detailed and took her time making sure everything was great. The deluxe is like... mid-range of the types of pedicures they offer. I expected it to be like 45 minutes, but she spent about an hour with cleaning, scrubbing, massaging, and painting. The gel manicure... my nails have held up but not going to lie... My cuticles have been treated better. Usually I don't have a lot of little hanging skins after a manicure, but I did here. I wouldn't mind if I hadn't specifically asked for a manicure not just color. I think their prices are pretty standard. Gel Mani & Deluxe Pedi cost me $65 (+ tip) and the powder dip ran me about $45. Overall, this place is good. It's not the nicest looking, but everything seemed clean and sanitized. The techs are nice. Prices are average. read more

I have been going to 'Perfect Nails' for many years. It should be called 'Defective Nails'. Daisy is the worst ever. I was leaving on a 2 week vacation to Europe and was really disappointed that the 2nd day after having my nails done that they all started to chip and break including the pedicure which I can on average go a few months before needing a new job. This Daisy was miserable. When a person gets a decent tip they should say Thank you. Nothing. I'm done with them. Good thing there are plenty of other places to go to. This was my worst experience ever! Plus, I was left with 2 ingrown toes. Very painful! I would not recommend Perfect Nails. read more

This used to be my go to nail spot but that is coming to as about stop after the horrible service and experience I had recently with Danny. I asked to see 3 colors to compare them by bottle he refused then pulled a random color stating it was the same. What he pulled was a different brand completely random just something near by. He continued with service even though I should have walked out there. Then hands me the color swatches again to ask what color so I just picked one to get it over with. Then when done with my nails he said something rude like ya you're welcome. Never coming back & it's a shame businesses have terrible customer experiences like this and don't care. read more

I asked for a french tip and they ended up transparent and bubbling! One week later they are slowly lifting off my finger and it shows how my nails are growing. I asked my lady to fix it and she didn't. The white on the top of the nails is coming off too. Overall wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I came in to get my dip powder off and just a regular polish manicure. The removal was fine and tools were clean, the ladies were nice however, I think the manicure was poorly done. I definitely would have been better off doing it myself. She nicked two of my fingers cutting my cuticles. The polish was applied so thick after 25 minutes it still wasn't dry. How do I know it was 25 minutes? That's how long I sat waiting to get checked out. They definitely would have made me wait longer had I not started to walk out... there are a ton of other nail places in the neighborhood, go somewhere else. read more

David gives a great pedicure! The salon has been re-modeled, it looks great, everything is very clean, organized and hygienic. A sealed set of sterilized implements are used for each customer, and disposable liners are used for pedicures. I was visiting Vegas and I needed a quick polish change (on my foot). They weren't busy at all on Saturday and took me in right away. The lady at the front was very friendly and nice. The man (I didn't get his name) changed my polish. He didn't say a word, but he did a good job. It's been a week and a half and the polish still looks great! Tiffany always does a good job on my nails! Tiffany is a perfectionist and really takes her time to do the best job possible. My mom, dad and I go to her regularly because she is good at her craft. I usually get the deluxe pedicure gel and manicure. The pricing is just and my nails always last at least 3 weeks with no chipping or cracking. The ambiance isn't the nicest but they always do a great job. Staff is always friendly and nice. They are practicing social distancing guidelines inside and are by appointment only now no walk ins. So I was able to make a same day apt which is great but when I got there they acted like they forgot I was coming. I was first seated with a female tech but mid way in I ended up being switched to Jason. First bad sign was he huffed and puffed and sighed and groaned at every change and correction I had. I even paid and tipped before he was finished and he still rushed through and left me unsatisfied.I stated I wanted square and as thin and natural as possible. What u ended up with was wide and thick unnatural mess. He did it so far from the cuticle it looks like I've already had them a week.. I don't want to write them off just yet I plan to go back and see if they will rectify the issue. UPDATE so I just stopped in to see if someone was going to fix his mistake. All I got from Jason was attitude. I told him they were way too thick and wide and they already looked like I had them a week and needed a fill.. he gets loud and states that this is the best he could do. He said he could either reshape them at 6pm or take them off and give me my money back and walked off..So I have 5hrs to decide if I want to give a 2nd chance or if I'm taking my $50 somewhere else.. Went to get my nails done today at Perfect nails. It was my first time going there and David is the one who did my nails and he did a horrible job. When he started I told him how I would like them shaped and he did a horrible job with that and I told him I would like it more round and he told me can u wait. He was very rude and very unprofessional. He charged me $59 for a horrible job he did. My nails ended up looking horrible. He was rushing too because he had a customer waiting. Nail salons are always hit or miss depending on which cosmetologist you get, but sadly I had a terrible experience here and would not come back. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing, fun, enjoyable experience...but it's hard to relax after being made to bleed not once, but twice, during your manicure. My nail tech was a very sweet lady, but I could tell she was not really paying attention to what she was doing while she was trimming my cuticles and buffing my nails. It was not until after she made me bleed that she slowed down and took more care while painting my nails. In terms of the actual manicure, I asked for a light blue french tip. The color was nice, but I've been picking out little fabric shreds from my nails since I got them done, and overall the french tip is very thick and not what I asked for when I showed her what I wanted. Mediocre quality. My pedi was ok, she trimmed my cuticles a little close so the alcohol stung a bit, but at least no bleeding! And the color turned out nice :) Overall, there are so many nail salons, I have a hard time saying I'd give this one another try. Decor is mediocre, but the shop is clean. read more

She would not allow me to reschedule and Completely disregarded the fact that my son was not feeling okay. So unprofessional and rude. This nail salon is far from being named "Perfect Nails"! It is the most filthy nail salon I have ever been to in my life! Their prices are like $5 less than any other nail salon and that's how they attract their customers yet once you step foot here you'll never want to come back. The employees are nice but the owner is way to aggressive and rude to run this place. I scheduled an appointment for two. She made us wait for over 45 minutes then took someone else to do her nails. When I questioned her she carelessly looked at me and said you can leave if you don't want to wait. I told her but I have patiently waited for over 45 minutes she didn't even bother to look at me to resolve this issue. Apparently there was miss communication between my nail tech and the artist who's able to create designs. I really do like this place. Loved coming to this place the first few times, I hit it off with David! However the last few times i have went the customer service has seem to go down with every visit. He makes rude comments, told me my hands are dry and I wash them too much.. I work in healthcare. I would hope I kept my hands clean! Awful service. Very rude. Asked her to not cut my nails when i was getting a new set and she 'forgot' and cut one so short I bled. Also bled when she took a chunk out of my cuticles. When I told her that I asked her not to cut my nails and pointed out that one was so short she made it bleed (while a much nicer woman was doing my pedicure) she told me to get my nails done somewhere else then... I had to leave with no polish since she didn't want to do my nails anymore and sat back down to play on her phone so I only tipped the sweet lady that could barely start taking polish off my toes. I felt bad for the nice one and I'm sure she'd do a way better job but she unfortunately has a very inappropriate boss. I tried to give this place a chance today being that I admittedly probably waited until the last minute to get my nails done the day before Christmas Eve. Sadly the service matches the overall vibe of this place. I booked an appointment online for a full set and pedicure yesterday and called to confirm it (the day of) and the person answering the phone seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, but proceeded to tell me to come anyway at the initial requested time. Upon arriving I was greeted with a short and unfriendly "what service you want" After kindly telling the technician I had made an appointment and had just called in she just looked at me and said to pick a color. I decided to wait it out as every chair was full and there did not seem to be any sign of anyone leaving so I tried to tell myself to just be patient as it was a busy Saturday. Once I started to look at the books with colors I realized the quality of this place. They were very tattered and at least 5 years old. Everyone in the place had a very sad annoyed look on their face. I sympathize and greatly respect the profession and hard work the people in this position do. I realize this time of year can probably be very draining and hard on anyone in that position. I smiled more than once at a few techs and almost felt like I wasn't welcome as it was never reciprocated. I tried to give the place a chance and after about 15-20 mins I decided to leave and couldn't help but feel that maybe I was judged or not taken seriously because of my appearance or simply based on not wanting to service me. I can't speak on the work or the quality of the services at this salon but I can say that this is not the place for good customer service . I don't get my nails done very often, but when I do I pray that the overall experience will bring me back. I made an appointment two hours ahead of time just in case it got busy, but it was not needed. By the time I arrived for my scheduled time, I was seated right away with no wait. Helen was the woman who did my nails today. She was great, very kind and fast paced. I have never gotten gel nails before and really wanted her opinion on colors, however she wasn't very helpful in that area. I didn't mind, overall she was an amazing nail tech who got it done in 20 minutes. Helen also signed me up for the awards program - every dollar you spend you get a point. I really appreciated her effort to try and get me to come back. I paid $35 for gel mani, while my mom paid $40 for the mani/pedi set. It is affordable, I just wish the gel nails were a little cheaper considering my mom got a whole set done and it was similar price range. read more

I really love this place. I have been going here since 2008. I've seen Tony, Daisy, Mike, and Mindy. They are all great! They always make sure I leave here loving my nails. If I don't love them, they will redo them without problem within the week. They also always offer promotion/perks to try out new products. In addition, I have received numerous compliments from strangers on my nails. They continue to keep my natural nails looking strong and able to grow without using acrylic products. However, this time they offered SNS products which are part gel/acrylic but have vitamins that strengthen nails as opposed to damaging them, but once again , I was told if I don't love them to come back and they will change it back to gel only. These nails do not live up to their name. I was not happy at all with my time there at "Perfect Nails". I was taken back by Simon and discussed what I wanted done with my nails with the gentleman and everything was understood. I'm not an over bearing, micromanaging person but I did have the sense to tell him what was clearly up with my nails that I did not like along the way (as seen in the photos). The Polish was suppose to change colors which he originally asked, "have you had mood change polish before?" Which I have before and it worked beautifully by change of temperature. He failed to mention that by asking me that he supposedly meant the one I picked out didn't work. Lol. The glitter I wanted wasn't the one I picked out but he insisted it was. So okay... I go to the restroom after my service to check the polish change and it didn't work. I kindly told him that the polish didn't change color and he said "well that's why I asked you if you had used it before". I told him I wasn't happy with my nails and he told me there wasn't anything he could do about my problem. I paid for my service and tipped but when I called after to ask if they could just remove the gel the following day I had to ask multiple times if I had to pay for the removal until they finally agreed I didn't. I removed them myself cause I didn't want to deal with the trouble. I've worked in a nail salon as reception at Miki Nail Bar and they have always been happy to fix and accommodate to services people weren't happy with. I will not return here. read more

The Owner/Manager approached me and inquired if I was there for a Pedi/Mani. I informed her that I was the 6pm getting a Gel Polish change. I was told to wait in the lobby area. I noticed the other 6pm client (Pedi/Mani) arrived and she was immediately asked to wait in a Pedi chair. Hmmm....so 6:15 rolls around, 6:20 rolls around and I'm left with not much acknowledgement. This made me feel picked over. I left and was serviced as a walk in elsewhere. I won't be back as there are waaaaay too many GOOD nail Salon's to choose from. read more

I get my nails done here all the time by my favorite Jenny she is amazing from start to finish. Her staff is professional and knowledgeable compared to other nail salons I have gone too. Not to mention there prices are reasonable and they care about there clients. I even got my mom addicted to getting her nails done here also and she loves it. If you wanna try a great nail salon that provides great service and products that last you should definitely check them out. My nails last a month even longer so you know there products are worth spending your money on. Ask for either Jenny or Daisy I like them the most but there are also other wonderful nail tech's that are also impressive based off what you like. read more

I gave them 5 stars but they really deserve 10!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They sat me down for a mani and pedi along with a wax. The first two visits Lenny did my nails. Lenny was good. My third visit Lenny was out of town so the new guy, Jason, did my nails. I'm extremely critical and I expect perfection. I expect the shape to be consistent with the other nails, I expect that they'll be thin and filed straight. I expect that the overall top of the nail will be smooth with no dips.
