The whole thing was just awkward and the massage was terrible. It was a super quick pedicure for like $55. Like why was it 40 mins for THE MOST EXPENSIVE PEDI they offered?? I got regular polish after getting the paraffin wax, which apparently was a mistake but they didn't tell me that cause they had no idea. The polish was shrinking on my toes and it was just horribly done. It looked awful. I had to walk back in like 10 mins later after my appointment and request for them to redo the polish. DO NOT get reg polish after paraffin. Only gel! I didn't wanna do gel, cause you have to come back for them to take it off. The whole thing was a nightmare and a waste of money. It felt weird and rushed! Save your money and time! Sooo so not worth it. See pics. There was polish "shrinkage" apparently. Ridiculous.

I pre-warned them that I'm a bit sensitive on my big toes and she still pulled the skin to wear and made me Yelp. They don't have OPI so I had to try to find a color that was similar to Cajun shrimp. They never offered anything to drink, even though it says they offer complementary beverages. They also will not allow you to tip on your credit card so if you don't have cash prepared to use the ATM or hopefully the technician you're with has some sort of Cash App. Pedicure came ok nothing I would brag about. People around me started before me and we're still being worked on when they had the same service as I after me. It's OK. The spots around my big toe are still dry and there was no cuticle oil or anything along those lines. When I went to pay, the guy told me it was $85 when I told him that was impossible because my service was $35 for the pedicure plus $15 for gel that did not equal $85. He said that he must've misread it. So I paid the right amount and headed out.

From the moment I sat down, she never made me feel rushed. Instead, she made me feel like I was her only client, taking her time with every step and paying incredible attention to detail. I had to ask for extra coats for both my mani and pedi. (I used the same color). Sadly even after the extra coats some small parts of my nails are still showing through. Luckily it's not noticeable unless you're looking closer, no one is going to do that, but for the price...‍ While some employees weren't particularly busy during the visit, they were mostly on their phones. It would have been nice if that time was used to clean up the unused areas which could elevate the overall atmosphere. At check out the lady was about to charge me 40 dollars over the amount it should have been. When I corrected her and the other employee who was standing there they just went "oh" and changed it to a smaller number. I was told to pic a color, but, I have to be honest here, there was really no choice to make for me. They had very dull color choices and not very many which totally surprised me. Might I add that this was the most expensive pedicure that I ever paid for and I have traveled all over the world. It was so basic, they don't even trim up the cuticles around the nail, they do nothing to the areas around the nails. NEVER had that happen before. They look horrible to me. My personal favorite services: a classic full set with nail design AND the Éclat signature pedicure with gel polish (smells like milk/honey and leaves my legs and feet feeling silky soft). If acrylics aren't your thing, dip powder, gel polish, and professional press-ons are available. And when I say that the interior is sublime... Truly one of my favorite places to visit. It's calming with the perfect ambiance, but isn't stuffy or pretentious. You feel like you belong. Also important to note: clean asf. I just don't like the fact that I made an appointment, they call an hour and a half prior to verify my appointment; yet they didn't get to me until 25 minutes after the appointment time. My time is just as valuable as theirs and no one even acknowledges when they're late or apologizes. It's a beautiful place and they are nice but the customer service is lacking. I'm spending my hard earned money and feel like they should respect and appreciate my patronage
