-new to salon: some good, some bad -was taken as a walk in -lots of chit chat among workers (in their language) & salon phone rang constantly, so was not relaxing at all: suggest some calming background music to give a more spa like feel & answering machine - also technicians not working on clients sat in pedi chairs scrolling phones: very unprofessional (install a screen or such and a couple chairs and be out of sight) - had a guy who didn't pay attention during pedi. During foot prep (constantly looking around) and then I felt and noticed an actual bleeding cut on the side of my foot from overly aggressive scrubbing (& pointed it out to my technician who played the 'I don't understand' card - language was not the problem, the fact I was bleeding was!!!) -I also want to see this salon open instruments to be used on me from a sterilization bag opened in front of me (I'm in health care & this is needed in this day and age). It made me uncomfortable not knowing if what was being used on me was actually sterile. -polish application was done well & the overall price good -checking out told woman in charge of my cut & showed pic as it was no small wound: only got a "sorry" -no compensation offered so no tip and out the door & can't in good conscience recommend Needs much improvement!!!! read more

THE PLACE to get your nails done in the area. Clean, talented staff at every chair. They are always so busy but continue to accommodate as many people as they can without having a long wait. Over priced, they won't file your nail as you ask, their kids are always there running around making it not relaxing at all. They are unprofessional talking about you and others in their language and not even talking to you almost your entire appointment. They run 15-30 minutes late all the time but will call you if you are not the at your appointment time. There are just better, nicer and more professional nail places around. read more

Really disappointed after reading all the good reviews. The man who did my manicure was pleasant, but my nails are horrible. I asked for almond shaped and only 2 are shaped decently, 1 nail is even crooked. None of them look evenly shaped when comparing left and right. There was no base layer put on under the gel polish and some areas are so thin you can see through the acrylic (gel polish I chose was black). read more

I might be spoiled from my place I use in Florida. Average pedicure, fair price. The employees were friendly.

They double-book and leave you sitting at a station while they run around finishing other customers, never washing hands in between, leaving instructions for you to work on your own mani, (how long to put gel under light, how long to soak fingers while they leave, etc ...), dirty and grimy stations, most importantly, polish was thick and goopy and came out terrible. I was visiting Maine on a trip with my stepfamily, my stepmom and I didn't want to go fishing with the others so we decided to get our nails done. They told us they could make an appointment for 1130 since they were packed and couldn't accept a walk-in for acrylic and dip so we came back and the people working were so kind and did an amazing job on my nails and my stepmoms. I have been here a few times and have been lucky enough to get Cindy-- she is great! I just went and had a man (Ken?) and got one of the worst manicures I've ever had. He didn't push my cuticles back, wasn't going to file (until I asked) and then filed AFTER painting which made the tips look terrible. The decor is ok, but much needed repair are in order for thier message chairs and the wrist mats..the man who did my mani/pedi wasnt very talkative as a matter of fact I didnt even get his name. I received the basic, but wasn't even offered any other packages maybe they don't have any. My toes came out great but my fingers were just ok. Pricing was average both for just 40$. I was given a card for them to fill out each time I go after 10 pedi or gel nails they sign it and your given one pedi for free.I will go back and give it another try. read more

Today my mother in law and i went for Mani : Pedi's and we couldnt have had a better experience. Everyone wears masks, social distancing and plastic between the chairs where foot baths are and plexglass at table. But the real reason i want to review was how absolutely sweet they all were and especially with my MIL who has Alzheimer's. Kyle spent extra time im sure getting her feet back in good shape. And was as kind as could be. And Grace took care of me. I really felt pampered. The foot and leg and hand massage was excellent and i felt it was longer than most places. I went to Cindy's with 4 of my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. We had made the appointment a couple weeks in advance and were assured that the 5 of us could be in and out in about 2 hours. When we arrived we were skeptical because there were only two people working - but they did a fantastic job! We got 5 perfect mani/pedis in just over 2 hours, even with each of us mulling over every shade of pink for far too long.
