I am in customer service and still left a 20$ tip but she did not do a good job. one of my gel nails already fell right off 2 days later. they are thick, messy, not filled to the cuticle, she never had me wash my hands, never took the dirt from under my nails, she did not follow the photo I showed her of the sunflower but rather made her own flower up. it was just a disappointing experience as this was sentimental to me and I was obviously not a priority. I'm sure they do amazing work for their regulars and I appreciate them taking me but to get a 20$ tip for a 15 minute rushed job was frustrating. so maybe before you go, make sure they have the time.
