Both times, I've gotten a pedicure and both times have been great. The pedicure is worth the money. The salon itself is laid back, and I loved all the purple accents throughout--it gives the space such a fun vibe. Sam took care of both my manicure and pedicure and was wonderful. I called Polished around 4:30 PM on a Saturday, and they were able to give me an appointment for pedicure only at 5:15 PM. The shop closes at 6 PM, so it definitely made sense that they couldn't fit in a manicure also. I arrived a few minutes early and was able to get checked in. They have comfortable couch seating for people who are waiting for service. My nail tech came to retrieve me and got started on my service pretty quickly. It was a wonderful pedicure experience, and they allowed me to sit at the drying table past closing time as they were cleaning the shop and finishing up service on a few other manicure clients. The staff was extremely friendly. They were offering up restaurant advice to several clients who were out of town, visitors, including myself. I learned that people are allowed to bring their own beer or wine into the nail shop to consume while getting serviced-- maybe be a helpful tip for someone. Also, this shop has Sunday hours, which is often not the case with nail salons.

Now, I'll stop in for a pedicure. They just got new chairs and they're very comfortable. Everyone always does a great job. On my last visit, my nail tech checked to make sure I liked the polish color before continuing. They also made sure that they weren't hurting me while they were working magic on my toes. They are clean and have great prices and do a quality job.

Pedicure- My husband and I came here together early on the weekend. I had made appointments ahead of time and we were seated right away. I loved the range of colors they offer. We both really enjoyed our pedicures and I thought they did a great job. The woman who did my nails was so nice. The chairs were comfy and it was such a nice way to relax at the start of the weekend. I would totally get a pedicure here again! Manicure- We came back here together and this time I got a manicure while my husband got another pedicure. The woman who did my manicure I think was just having a bad day or might have ben distracted. She was really rough when it came to pushing back my cuticles and even nicked me a few times. My fingers were bleeding during the manicure just a bit. It quickly stopped but wasn't off to a great start. She did a great job at massaging my hands and I love the shape she filed my nails into. When it came time for top coat she accidentally spilled the whole bottle and it got my my hands. Again, I think she might have just been having an off day. Overall, I was happy with the color and they looked nice but wasn't the best manicure I've had. I know nails salons work so hard which is why even though my manicure wasn't the best, I still wanted to give them 4 stars because I'd come back for a pedicure.
