Anna slayed and brought my confidence back to life after having to completely remove the previous acrylic set that was poorly done at a different nail salon in the area. We were driving to pick up Our order at wing stop when I saw them putting their sign on by the door. After a week, my daughter and I decided to give them a try. My problem has always been my ingrowns, so when I called Hallie the owner told me that they can do that. We went in the next day, and I had Annie do my toes, I opted for a VIP pedicure and that was a treat. Annie did an awesome job with my ingrown problems. I tried the gelx for the first time, and Hallie did a good job. While my daughter had Tony for her mani pedi and she was very pleased with it. The place is small but has enough rooms for clients. The restroom is always clean. The staffs are courteous and respectful. I came in for a nail removal after two weeks and Tony took care of it along with manicure. And he was very careful and thorough. Price is reasonable, likely the same as the others. The only cons is that they only have three nail techs as of now, so there will be a wait even if you have an appointment. But in my case I didn't have to wait since I go the moment they open. But if you really love their works and service I guess waiting is not bad at all. This will be our new go to nail salon. And it's just 5 minutes from home.

Adequate parking available near salon, but no sign other than 'Nails'. I entered and noticed it was a full service salon for men & women. I think it's a business that offers contractors a spot to work & create their own client base. The owner of Heidis might be the property owner AND a nail tech. I needed my feet spoiled, so I ordered the Royal Pedicure. The entire process was just over an hour & included: gel pedicure, paraffin treatment, foot massage, leg massage with hot stones, chair massage with heated wraps for my hands & shoulders. There was a Korean face mask (moisturizing), but I opted to do it at home. Payment is easy - ApplePay or Zelle. While getting the pedicure I read a book, but once the massage started I just closed my eyes and listened to the different languages and music. The hum seemed very friendly The only negative was when a man who was familiar with the female nail techs came over & changed the tone from classy to trashy. His gutter style encouraged the women to join in by using foul language. Yes, entiendo y hablo español. The lack of professionalism was a turn-off and a good reason to find another salon instead of feeling excited that one found a gem.

I like everything French tips, so I would bring her an example picture of what I like and she would recreate the exact ones or revision a better style with a modern twist to it. They have a lot of tables set up that aren't being used that just takes up a lot of space and makes the client sitting area look more like a messy maze with only 2 to 3 tables being used the same with the pedicure seat seats along row, but again only three maybe four being used they have more people working on pedicure than manicures and insisting on pedicures when you walk in the creating isn't welcoming. It's more starling the way they shout at you. Also, the customers are all looky lou's looking just as angry as the nail tech the minute you walk in they're yelling what you looking for when you tell them they want you to shot it back out to them for the whole salon to hear and then before accepting they want to see what your nails look like which I don't know what difference that makes and they always have this sort ok take a seat as if they made an exception to work on you I don't understand this concept, but it's very discouraging as you're waiting. They start all talking in their language with a really unfriendly tone behind it. I was just trying to be nice. They continue to push OK but what color again and I had to say that I was still indecisive so then another one comes up and insists on me to choose the color. They have plenty other nail rings that they have. The nail colors they offer so it's not like I'm holding up other clients from taking a look at it, but when I had told the second woman that comes to ask for the color, I'm choosing that I was still looking the start up in their language again and she stands there with her hand on her hip basically not wanting to budge until I choose a color. I don't know why that is such a huge deal to them. Some women are eating at their workstations one employee, I seen picking her teeth with her fingernail, then started to work on a customer when they walked in without washing her hands. Upon my arrival, I asked if they take card they said yes, but after my nails were done and I was ready to pay the woman says when she sees me pull out my card oh no cash I need cash. I said I asked this woman if you guys take cards and she said yes no no I need cash. Can you pay cash? I said I'll have to go to the bank thankfully there's a bank right across the parking lot. She said OK hurry hurry you Go. This was another unnecessary inconvenience. Luckily use the bank that is in the plaza. If not, I don't know what they would've done. I guess they would've accepted my card then I hope to end this I'll give my opinion on the quality of my full set. I found my acrylic nails to be very thick, especially at the tips. They look like duck bills one of the nails was crooked and I pointed that out to her while she was doing my nails and she said no that's your finger. lol my overall experience and outcome of my nails I would not suggest this unprofessional disorganized, rude salon to anyone.

My goal was to let my natural nails grow for a few months. I was assigned to a new nail tech who spoke no English - not usually a problem. The frightening part of this experience came when she tried to sand down my nails with electric tool used to remove the gel. She began using this sanding tool on my nail which caused instant sensitivity to my finger. I asked her to stop & the owner-manager came over. Not much was said to me & no apologies. This woman showed the tech how to remove the remaining gel polish by soaking my nails with a cotton ball & acetone, wrapping in foil, and then scraping with hand tool. The tech didn't understand the technique, so she poured more acetone on my nails. The owner-manager removed the polish, cut, & filed my nails. The tech began trimming my cuticles & area around the nails but caused pain. I tried to pull away & she held my finger tightly. I stood up & walked out because of the poor communication between all of us and the fear that this inexperienced tech would injure me. New techs need to learn, but they need to be responsive to the customer. There are health & safety risks to these procedures. This salon does not value the voice of the customer & is NOT committed to safety protocols. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
