I don't usually write less than great reviews, but I thought I would for this salon. I would agree with the other reviewers, the price is cheap, however, you do get what you pay for. My experience here wasn't unpleasant, but it was awkward. The pedicure was adequate, but the entire time I was there, I was just looking forward to leaving. The staff are not friendly, which is ok, but they were totally silent the entire time I was there. The woman was reading a magazine while sitting directly across from me (I was the only customer there) and the man did the pedicure. The only time they spoke to me, other than to select my nail polish, was to ask me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Which, I found interesting because I have very thin, blond eyebrows. Any way, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a basic pedicure and there is no wait. It also wouldn't hurt to go with a friend to liven up the place while you are there :) read more

I gave these guys three chances. The first was ok, a simple pedicure, but then again, I don't do them often, so it was what it was and I was forgiving because they attempted to resolve the issue I had with the quality of the nail painting. Second time, they basically called my girlfriend hairy! Again, I complained about the polish job. But, I'm not that vain and still felt it was a rare treat. My friend and I have had many laughs over the hair comment. Yesterday, however, I made a huge mistake trusting them with eye-brow tinting during a pedicure. I tried to ask questions and tell them that I didn't want them too dark, but it was apparent that no one understood what I was saying. Thank god I didn't leave the dye on as long as she said, but I still look like a freakin clown! I know it will fade, but I thought I'd warn you! Oh, and by the way, another shoddy job of polish!!! I read reviews on here before going, but I saw that were all dated at least a year ago so I thought "eh, maybe things have changed" For starters, the place isn't aesthetically pleasing. That's fine though, if they do good nails, I'll still come back. She was really considerate of my cut on my finger, I appreciated that. And I like the thickness of my nails, but that's where the good ends. This was probably the longest I spent getting my nails done, and I don't like how they look. My edges are frayed, they weren't filed as good as they could have been, and my gel polish is lumpy. But it doesn't end there. After I washed my hands, she says "do you want to go ahead and pay me now" I knew at that point nothing good was going to happen. I say sure, I mean I already have the nails on my fingers, I have to pay. She told me they would be 30. Tell me why when I got my receipt back it said 40. Not to mention the board says 35. I would have gladly paid 40 for a good set, but these aren't good. And when I started to argue with the guy over it, he told me no and just said "it's a mani pedi price" which mind you, wasn't even 40, that was also 35. Go at your own risk. read more

I've been here several times. They're not perfect, but I've never been to a nail salon that was. Its $10 for a simple manicure, though I go there for my acrylics. They are very nice people and sometimes they have offered me complimentary services before (free nail art or brow wax) for no reason! I don't get pedicures so I can't rate that, but I haven't witnessed anyone complaining except for one lady who didn't like the color she chose. People have to remember that nail technicians are looking at your NAILS, not your face. Sometimes they will get a little rough in which case, speak up. Don't make a face cause they're not looking at it! They speak another language but they're smart people and they know what "Ouch! That hurts!" means.... I love this place, though some services they do differently than others. if you very particular about the way your nails get done and have a hard time accepting not everyone does services exactly the same, you will probably get disappointed. read more

This is my new mani pedi spot!!! They were able to fit me in at 4:30, even though they close at 5pm on Saturday. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also the place is very clean. I am an esthetician and know all the state board regulations...cleanliness is my #1 priority...and they have good colors :) Will definitely be back!!! read more

I like this salon. Rose the owner is very nice, gentle and good with my nails and feet. She is the only one who can do my in grown in my toes. They make me feel relaxed. I like the work of her husband too. I have been going to this salon for 5 years now. My friends have been coming here long too. Me and my mom went here because we had a coupon. NEVER GO HERE! They did a horrible job on my mom's pedicure, the man who did it took about 10 minutes of his time and then he was all done. I seriously could have done a better job myself. THEY REUSE THEIR TOOLS ON EACH CUSTOMER. THEY USED THE SAME TOOLS THEY DID DURING MY MOM"S PEDICURE ON A LITTLE GIRLS PEDICURE. The health department should really shut this place down! My mom's toe started itching like crazy a couple days after we went there....... she had gotten a FUNGAL INFECTION from this place. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job, but my manicure was meh! The lady put way too much clear coats on top. She put three coats on top of my already polished nails and about a week later the nail polish just peeled off. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This place is awful!!!! Terrible customer service . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!! I have only been there twice I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but once again it was an awful experience. Nail Tech Anna was extremely rude and every time I asked a question regarding my service she would answer me abruptly and then converse with her co worker about me in her language. Not a bad place, Mani/pedi for $24 bc I had a coupon. It got the job done, the workers were nice. They did however clip my cuticles a little too much on one toe, wasn't bleeding but stung a little when I took a shower. Would I go back? Probably especially for the price. read more

Terrible Job! They cut too close to the cuticle, causing it to bleed and sting for a couple of days. They also filed the crap out of my skin, and now I have scabs on about six different fingers. The polish was a bs job, and many edges and corners were left undone. I kept reminding the worker, but they kept messing up. I was told that the appointment would take no more than 30-40 mins, which was great seeing as how I was on an hour lunch break. The mani/pedi took 1hr and 15mins long, making me flustered and late for work. To top it all off, the place was overcrowded with customers due to the owner overbooking everyone, AND one of the employees quit after an argument with the owner (in front of all the customers). Such an uncomfortable and physically painful experience. Never again will I go back. read more

I have been going to this salon to get my nails and toes done since 2003. I have always found it to be a good experience. I see some of the other reviews said the smelled smoke, I never have. I have found that they are always willing to be accommodating and do a good job. I've never had a single problem with my nails or toes. And I keep going back. Thanks Rose and Nick! read more
