I am giving 2 stars only because my first experience here was great. I took my adult daughter here Friday afternoon after I had a fabulous experience my first visit. This time the staff was different, they seemed so inexperienced that I actually have to question if they were even licensed. We both had significant lesions to cuticles and nail bed as well as a very unprofessional looking finished product. We each had shellac on toes and nails. I hope the owner will work harder to ensure a consistent quality staff & product. read more

I've been coming here for about a year and everyone has been nice. During this visit, they were nice, too. However, my nails came out looking awful. I ended up with nail polish on the tips of my fingers, and my right thumb ended up messed up so she had to start over. However, my cuticle on my right thumb had been pushed back too far, so the re-do was especially painful. My nails look awful, but because shellac is so hard on nails, I wasn't about to ask her to redo them. The whole shellac manicure took about an hour and fifteen minutes, which is too long. I'll be finding a new nail salon, unfortunately. read more

Really disappointed with my experience here. I was looking for a salon that did a great foot massage, and after looking over the local neighborhood Facebook page, found that this one was recommended several times. I was optimistic going into it, and decided to pay extra to upgrade to the "Tropical Pedicure" which included hot stones and 10 minutes of extra massage. The massage literally lasted 1 minute and 30 seconds for each leg (not exaggerating, I timed it), and had absolutely zero pressure behind it. I thought to myself, "how was this different than the basic pedicure that was $15 less?". She also did not use the exfoliating pad to remove dry skin on my whole foot, only did one 5 second pass on my heels. On top of that, my massage chair quit working 5 mins in. I wanted gel, which costed an additional $25 (!!!), and I am left with polish all over and around the skin on my toes, and she didn't even go all the way down my nail, so they look grown out on Day 1. Beyond that, the place just felt gross. Old, wet towels on the floor, water damaged ceiling...basically just overall old, outdated, and dirty. Won't be going back. read more

I have been going here for over two years. This past week I went in for a mani/pedi. I arrived at 11:00 and didn't leave until 1:30 pm. The girl that did my pedi was great and thorough. She keot asking the girl that was doing my mani when she was going to start on me. She ignored her. This girl was so rude to me. She yelled at me for not coming in sooner and kept stopping to walk around and do nothing. I wish I had gotten her name to warn you but I didn't. After finally almost finishing my nails, she left again. After waiting and waiting, I finally said "could someone please put my top coat on?" I was fuming. I won't go back. They lady did adequate cuticle work on my toes. Friendly service. However, the paint job on my toes is subpar. The color selection is VERY slim. The foot massage was okay but not anything special. It's functional, no more. I stopped in for a manicure at lunch. No problem getting in and the place is clean and well-organized, but definitely not high-end - the wallpaper is curling at the edges, for example. Not a huge deal. The manicure was fine, nothing standout in a good or bad way about the service itself. The atmosphere, though, leaves something to be desired. There is a radio that was playing holiday music at a decent volume near the door, but by the pedicure chairs a unoccupied staff member was watching tv news at a similar volume, so you couldn't really listen to one or the other or just tune it out - too much noise. Similarly, my manicurist stepped away from my service several times to get the phone or write down a reservation. I don't mind, but maybe the woman watching TV could do that while she has a customer? My nails look nice, and if that's all you want, they get the job done. If you want pampering too, look elsewhere. read more

Horrible service! They always take more clients than they have staff for and keep people waiting.. or leaving customers in the middle of their treatment to attend to new ones! This lady between my service insisted after scrubbing one foot to let my feet soak and went and started cleaning the place.. she came back and started to touch me with same dirty gloves and I had to remind her to change her gloves because she had used detergent and cleaned with the ones she was using. What a disaster! We pay and get pedicures to relax and feel pampered but this place really stresses me out! Second time here and same thing each time... I guess I learnt my lesson, I'm done! I had the dip service for my nails... my nails were clean and bare when I went in, so no soaking necessary. Not only did this take an extreamly long time (almost two hours) the dip didn't even last for 7 days! All nails lifted and peeled off! Went here on a whim to get a full set of acrylics. My nail tech completely ignored me and talked to the other customer that sat next to me. She talked a lot and when she did, she put the tools down. She also kept looking up and watching the tv. It was horrible. It took her over 3 hours to do my nails. They were super uneven, some nails were thicker than others. The other nail techs were nice and sociable but mine was rude and slow. Would not recommend. read more

It's hard to find a place that does shellac well that actually lasts 2+ weeks but I always have a great experience here. The shop is really clean and I never have concerns in that department. The ladies always take their time - I truly love it here! Pedicures include a scrub and hot stone massage...to die for! I get my eye brows waxed here, so ladies, I think that shows you how much I trust them. There are a lot (like a crazy amount) of nail salons in Woodinville and I've tried most of them. So far I'm loving this place! I got a shellac manicure yesterday and they did an amazing job! High points: Three coats of polish instead of two, two separate soaks in the water, lots of detailed cuticle/hangnail work, hand massage, price, and they look great! Low points: waited 25 minutes despite an appointment, sat for a half hour with the foil on my fingers, not given the shellac color samples til fingers were wrapped in foil, overall time was an hour and 40 minutes. I understand they were busy but they didn't even give them the option of waiting. I was continually told the shoes I wear are too tight based on callouses, etc. I am a runner. First time into this salon on 6/15/2021. I brought my 2 daughters in with me - our appt was at 5:15. They were running a little behind which was acceptable (30 mins). While we were getting our nails done some regular customers walked in and all of a sudden "they" received preferential treatment. They left one of my daughters nails soaking in acetone for approximately an hour while they tended to their "regular customers". Our nails were rushed so they could get to their other customers. We didn't receive any cuticle oil or hand massage after our gel manicures. Not once did any of the ladies apologies for the delay either. I was hoping for a better experience from this salon. I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning. Hopefully, their returning customers can keep them afloat. read more

I have to make an exception for this wonderful salon though! It's my favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure. Affordable, clean, and spacious. The owner is super friendly as are all the nice ladies who work here. They make me feel welcome and my business appreciated. I am always happy with the quality of the services I get here. The manicurists speak English and don't try too hard to upsell you with products or extra services like flowers on your toes. Never been here before but was beyond disappointed. Had to go to another salon to fix the awful fill I received. I called to ask if they had time for a fill and was told they did but shortly after arriving and getting my nails started many people came in it was clear to me the lady doing my nails didn't care and would rather tend to the others walking in. Normally I wouldn't mind but she completely rushed me and left me waiting for 15+ min while helping new guests not to mention she never said a word to me the whole service but chatted it up with them. My nail was completely crooked and she put on a color I didn't choose maybe the next color over but I hated it. At the end of the service 1 1/2 hours later on a fill she left me at the station to take her new clients and told me to put my nails under the light 2 more times and didn't ever check in or wipe them with alcohol like any nail tech who does acrylic shellac does. She noticed my crooked nail but didn't have time to fix it. Will never go back and had to go to another salon to fix her awful $65 work. I never leave bad reviews or even complain but I am appalled at this horrible experience. Wrong color, crooked nail, terrible customer service and 1 1/2 hour wait to leave absolutely ridiculous. My daughter went in alone for a pedicure and had a horrible experience. She's had several pedicures and manicures and knows how it's supposed to go and is very polite. She made a reservation at 6 pm and when she showed up they had her sit and wait for 30 minutes without saying anything. They finally told her to pick her color and they started the water but started the appointment 40 minutes late without really saying anything to her. The water was FREEZING and when she asked them to turn it up they barely turned it up and it was still cold. When they were cleaning around her toes they were hurting her. She said it hurt so bad. Then the bottle of nail polish broke in the girl's hand and she held it over my daughter's foot. They didn't even apologize or make sure she was okay. I realize it's homecoming time, but come on, these are your future customers! At the end, when her toes were drying they just started closing down the store and then asked if she was going to go home now. I realize she was alone and a teenager, but she's a mature and kind girl. Please don't treat kids like this. read more
