I'm giving 3.5 stars. I made an appointment the day prior as my regular place couldn't get me in due to a scheduling conflict. My thumb nail had broken and a couple of my others had the polish lifting. I have very long natural nails and I get gel, for reference. My appt was at 10am which is when they open on Sunday. They were still doing opening tasks when I arrived like sweeping and getting items gathered. I didn't mind. I will say some things look a bit run down inside or stained. They sat me down right away and brought the basket of colors over to me to choose. The selection was pretty good, I'd say. Most importantly, my girl did a good job but it honestly could've been more detailed. My polish is a bit bumpy, I had to file all the edges myself after I left as there were lots of rough spots. And the almond shape is not consistent imo. It was only $41 before tip which is significantly less than I pay at my regular place. However, I believe it's worth it for the high standards. But I would go here again in a pinch. read more

First time here and unfortunately had a bad experience. I went in for a shellac pedicure and a basic dip manicure. The shellac pedicure was fine, I have no complaints other than they were not particularly gentle. The dip manicure was the worst I have ever received, and I get manicures monthly. The technician wouldn't let the polish remover sit and instead chose to use the nail drill to remove the polish, which flew everywhere and burned one of my fingers. The dip powder wasn't setting so she dabbed it with her fingers. The layers of powder were so thick they were caked into my nail beds. I told her it didn't look right and she insisted it was fine, she just wasn't done filing yet. I maintained that it did not look right and finally another tech confirmed that she had used the wrong solution. At this point I my hands were a mess and the entire manicure had to be redone. The second tech fixed the mistake but rushed through it. The edges of my nails are ragged and catching on things but I wanted to get out of there since I had already been there for 2 hours. The staff was certainly friendly and did apologize but it did not make up for the lack of skill and stressful environment. I would not go again. read more

What a hidden gem! The service is top notch, the ladies are so friendly and attentive. Twice I've accidentally given them the wrong number for the color I want, and both times they laughed it off and went about correcting it in the best possible way. I absolutely love this salon and have been coming here since they opened, about 5 years. I get the deluxe volcano pedicure, and Kelly and Michelle always do such nice gentle Work with my ingrown toenails, with a caring touch. And she knows what I like. I get a powder dip manicure, pretty basic, my nails aren't usually long. Kelly also does the Brazilian wax for Me and is just fantastic, as far as that can go :)) I highly recommend this team of nail specialists. read more

The pedicure went great and as expected. The manicure with shellac polish was very disappointing, cracking & peeling by day 3 which is not something I experience ever. It seems like they thin out some of their polishes, there was not full coverage and was very watery when I've used this color exact brand and color in other salons and it was vibrate and bold. I saw some negative reviews on here and wanted to remind - If your manicure is applied correctly (which is easy to tell while you're still in the salon) and it comes off in a week: your lifestyle needs a different type of manicure. Talk to them about what your needs are! Im an RN and they got me into AntiMicrobial non-porous dip - meets all work requirements. I'm one week deep on these - no complaints whatsoever I will say that the manager is one of my favorite people. Just leaving the salon now after a really unpleasant experience. When removing my old shellac the technician was very careless with the tool and finally got the cuticle on my right big toe so badly it started to bleed. I asked her several times to please be more gentle but she just continued to be rough when exfoliating to the point I almost got up and left. The "massage" amounted to less than 30 seconds on each foot to rub in the lotion. The polish on all 10 toes is sloppy and all over the cuticles. When my cuticle has healed in a few days I'll be going somewhere else to fix the mess before leaving on vacation Thursday. This is the first time I have EVER not left a tip for service but this person should NOT be touching people. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I've been here a few times and decided that I would treat myself to the Volcano Luxury Pamper Pedicure for $60. Here is the description: Pamper and enjoy yourself with our exclusive bubbling volcano Pedi, a fun bubbling and fizzing explosion on the feet. In bold letters it reads including Callus Treatment and with Extra 15 minutes Massage with Hot Stone and lotion. This is the main reason I picked this treatment. What I received was a 10 minute massage with maybe 2 minutes of Hot Stone massage. When I asked about the extra 15 mins with hot stone I was told no. You only get 15 minutes of lotion massage and a couple mins with the hot stones. This is not what was in the description. I'm not sure where the Extra 15 mins are. The lady then started rubbing my legs with the callus lotion that started to burn my legs. I told them just to take it off. The other lady called the owner and handed me her phone. I told her that I did not receive the treatment as described. After several minutes of arguing my legs were on fire and I said please just remove this from my legs. She took her time putting her gloves back on while my legs are clearly red and bumps started to appear. I said just take it off and I'm not paying for services that I did receive. Im not coming here again. I want you all to know that they are FALSE advertising and overcharging their customers and then seem to do a torcher treatment for speaking up. Two positives: the other lady took over and did a great job painting my toes and gave me $10 off. But still... read more

I was really excited to get my nails done here after seeing all the great reviews, so I went in on 11/24 (the day before thanksgiving) for a gel manicure and a normal pedicure. Everything went great and the customer service was good, very sweet ladies in the salon. Except today is now 12/5, only 11 days later and my gel manicure has already chipped and is peeling off. Usually my gel manicures last 2-3 weeks with no issues other than typical nail growth, so I am truly disappointed and frankly upset at the quality of this manicure. I had hoped for it to last thru thanksgiving, holidays parties I had this weekend, and another party I have on the 11th, but sadly I think I'm going to have to get them redone before next weekend. This is not the quality I expect for a gel manicure at all. The chipping on my left index finger actually happened 2-3 days ago after just about a week. And the peeling on my right index finger looks awful, my hair keeps getting caught in it. I would have given 1 star, but gave the extra one for the customer service and the pedicure, which thankfully is lasting. This is truly the worst gel manicure I've had in a long time. I will not be returning, even if it means I have to drive a bit further from home for better quality. read more

Ok, to start with, have really challenging feet. Everyone is gonna say that. But I have this skin condition that really makes them build up a thick callus across like a third of the foot. I always feel TERRIBLE for any technician I bring them to cause it ain't easy. I am SO glad I brought them to Pamper. They are professionals who treated me like any other client and yet did exceptional work specific to my needs. As much as getting a pedi is a health issue for though. 85: the colors that make me a happy little kid inside. They have SO many choices and paint a strong base coat before adding the sparkly color I will inevitably choose. The most notable part of my experience was how the ladies took their time to make sure their work was correct. At previous nail shops, I have felt like people rush through my service if they have people waiting and do not do a good job because of it. Although they were busy when I came, I left feeling like I got the full service I paid for. I normally book appointments through yelp and get replies within 10-20 minutes.
