The staff are flexible with the type of style that you want for your nails and have a wide variety of colors, Cateyes, and chromes to choose from. All types of walk-ins are always welcomed at the shop! All the techs make the salon a calm environment and always have great conversations to make time pass by. Ken and Johnny do such amazing work. 9/30/25 Crazy that tomorrow is already October!! Getting October nails!! called to see about getting an appointment right now, if they had availability. The worker was kind and told me to come on in. Getting Dorothy-like nails (Wizard of Oz) and showed the worker what I wanted. Sat at station and she got to it. Cleaning up nails to start... Great, calm atmosphere with fun music playing. Before you know it, chrome red was added along with ruby jewels on ring fingers and she was finished. Turned out exactly like I wanted with a lot of shimmer!! LOVE! Checked out shortly later and that worker was very kind too! Gave me a reward card to get stamped to fill and get money off on a visit in. Wished a good day before walking out too! The only nail salon I recommend!! Everyone who works here is so friendly and kind. When you first walk in you'll notice how clean and modern and welcoming the salon is. I've never been poked, stabbed, drill burned or cut getting my mani or pedis. Everyone here does amazing work too. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Your time is not valued. I've set appointments multiple times just to arrive and wait for a ridiculous amount of time. I've walked in at opening with no customers inside and still told that they could not help me. I've never gone back. read more

I do not recommend. They are unprofessional. I called today to book an appointment for this afternoon and I was told that they were free right now and asked if I can go right now and I said yes. Took my mom and niece for mani/pedi. We don't go often but it was special event for them. Mom got gel mani/deluxe pedi $45/$55. The lady did good. That's the best I've seen my mom's feet in a long time! My mom is hardworking, active and always in sandals. Her heels def needed that TLC! Mom says she liked this shop quality and I'll take her as often as she will allow me. Niece got gel mani/pedi w French tips 60/40$. She took their time and made sure it was good. I got regular pedi $35. Unfortunately, my lady was still learning. My polish was streaky and I asked if they could fix it, which the lady who worked on my mom, did right away. Thank you! It was a bit awkward the whole visit. Quiet. No music. They didn't try talking to any of us. They should consider playing music so it's not awkward silence the whole day. It's affordable and the quality is good. I would return but will request for the more experienced ladies next time. read more

Although they do good nails here, staff needs to know how rude, tacky, and unprofessional it is to FaceTime or talk on the phone while you're doing a customer's nails. I have observed this several times with various manicurists and I am dumbfounded as to why they think this is okay. They should be attentive and interact courteously with their clients instead of being on the phone. This is a bad business practice and poor customer service. read more

They will accommodate you if you have any issues (they fixed a nail after it broke and on another occasion fixed my polish after I smudged it at home). I would advise you to schedule an appointment with the nail artist of your choice, by name, for the best experience. Bao is the only one I will let work on my nails here. I "get around" when it comes to nail salons because I'm just naturally curious but I always come back to her! My last nail set was a little messy, I got a fill today and she fixed the shape and cleaned the edges perfectly! She is definitely ocd when it comes to nail shapes, so you can expect a good job. I have teeny tiny nail beds so she takes her time to get the shape just right. Much appreciated! I have been going to Sue for probably almost 5 years. Even with all the clients she has-- she knows how to do my nails right! I'm super hard on my nails so she knows exactly how to form my acrylic to make it last. Design is important but nail structure is more important. I go every 4 weeks and my nail designs are still incredible. She went on vacation for a bit and I had to go to other places who charge more and hated my nails! I'm so grateful for her. I love sitting there and listening to her banter with her family who work there and are also amazing (and so fun). Sue has created an amazing following and for a good reason. Everybody there is great service. The salon is always clean, the service is great and the price is SO reasonable! Sue is also a perfectionist so I never leave the shop feeling uncertain about my nails. They're ALWAYS amazing. Highly recommend. read more

Sue is unprofessional, she schedules ppl and when you show her design, she let you know after you arrive to your appointment that she doesn't have time to do what you want.
