The shop in tucked in a fully occupied strip center so it doesn't have that abandoned feeling like many of the small centers in and around Sun City. The techs are a family, like all of them. I made an appointment the day before for 10am, arrived at 9:59 and checked in. Waited 15 minutes while they started two other clients, not sure if they had an appointment or not. I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down and put my feet in the water to sit around for another 15 minutes. During this time, two other ladies walked in and were also waiting, but I found out later they were walk-ins. Another lady walked in after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, looking to be a walk-in, but they said it was gonna be a while because there were people waiting, so she was trying to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. I ended up getting up and gathering my stuff and told the lady that she could have my appointment since I had been sitting around for 30 minutes with nothing happening. I looked at the lady who had scheduled my appointment the day before and who had checked me in the day of and she gave me no response. I went out to my car and the lady ended up making an appointment and following me out. Just asked what happened and I explained the situation and she had told me that most people were walk-ins for this establishment.Also the other two women that were waiting left shortly after I did and I asked if they had an appointment, but they said that they were also walk-ins. I don't understand why you would take an appointment and not honor it. There is a reason for appointment, mainly so we can keep our schedules for the day. After seeing the empty books and being told that most people are walk-ins, I believe the two ladies they helped before me were also walk-ins (not verified), and ended up taking my reserved time. It's very frustrating at the lack of professionalism with businesses nowadays. Nothing was done to honor my appointment, nothing was said when I voiced that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and nothing will be done because I am just one person. I am not telling you, whether you should or should not use this company for any service, I am just providing a rating of my experience. I have a place that I normally go to, but it is 30 minutes away and they are fantastic.
