Honestly one of the worst pedicures I've gotten. I went in hoping for the best regardless of reviews but I knew I should've trusted my gut. I originally wanted French tip, they came out horrendous (wish I took pictures) and was told they couldn't because my nails were too small. Asked them to paint it all white instead, and well, as you can see, they could barely do that. I really was going in with a positive attitude since I rarely get my toes done anymore, but I am disappointed with the amount I spent. Customer service was fine, the employees were nice! read more

I scheduled an appointment for 11am and when I was sat down to start my nails they stopped me to do another persons nails and just expected me to sit on the side for the entirety of getting her full set. I was out of town and wanted to do something with my aunt. I decided to get a new set and picked this store. We walked in and the lady didn't give us a chance to discuss prices or if we wanted to stay she just had us sit down. I did have almond nails before and wanted my new set to be coffin.. i thought she would be able to remove the previous nails properly but she just tore them off, and even ripped one of my real nails off. My nail is still bleeding 3 hours later and showing in the side of my new nails. She damaged a lot of my nails and even after ripping one of still proceeded to be aggressive with them. I went to get my nails done over this past weekend & wanted to try this place but I will not be coming back. Everyone was nice & all but the lady that did my nails didn't take her time & my nails came out the opposite of what I asked for. The work was very sloppy & rushed, as well as the shape was not how I had asked either. I appreciate the time but there was barely any effort put into the work unfortunately. My nails are also already lifting a lot & I just got them done on Saturday! Also not to mention they don't seem to have any sanitation at all, it even showed on the nail tools which is scary! read more

I've been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. The prices are very reasonable compared to some other salons in the area. I've never had a bad experience. The staff has been super friendly and they do a good job. I don't feel like the salon is dirty like others have said, with that being said some of the chairs are worn, but not dirty. read more

I have been a long-time customer for about 3-3 years now. I love that my appointments start at the schedule time, I love that the technicians all go out of their way to make sure that I am happy with my services. The prices charge are always communicated up front and the prices are fair especially compared to similar services offered by competitors. Are used to get my nails done with the gel polish, now I primarily use the SNS powder so that I can have longer lasting nails and also I can have the ombré look which I am in love with right now. I love that I can bring in a picture and my design will come to life thanks to Amy! I get my nails done once every two weeks they don't chip or break regularly; i broke one while i was on vacay but that's a different for a different day lol!! Although my toes were a little on the rough side, I had about the same results from February. I went in for an express pedi and I was still hoping for good results despite the results from February. I gave it 2 shots; I was trying to save $ vs herbal nails and these were the results. the filing was not even, nor was the polish; he failed full nail coverage on all 10 of my toes. I had dead skin left also. I wish I could do a half star or no stars.. But If you must, I would request one of the ladies, the younger (teen) gentleman was very kind, but he obviously did not pay attention to his job at hand. read more

At first I was alittle scared to come here, I only go to a certain lady but I've recently moved far away from her location. I've been to Nails Of The World before, but they came out TERRIBLE, refused to go back. But that was 3 years ago Lol. I gave it another shot & the whole atmosphere was completely different. I love the small set up and the staffing is wonderful. I LOVE my nails, there's not one nail that upsets me and I don't think I've ever gone some where without being upset about something, whether it be crooked or not filed down enough. WORST INTERACTION WITH A NAIL TECH I HAVE EVER HAD!!! 40 minute wait with an appt. Rushed through the entire service, resulting in all types of dents and chips, when I pointed out the unevenness in the coat, the 1st CHAIR NAIL TECH HAD A COMPLETE MELTDOWN. She kept demanding that I show her where the dents were while refusing to look directly at my nails or even feel the lumps in the coat for herself. She even told me several times that I was imagining it!!! Every time I would hold up my hand to show exactly where, she would literally look the other way, like a pouty child. The kind of public tantrum onlookers record on their phones. Left incredibly stunned, 40 minutes late for work, WITH WRECKED NAILS. First and Last time coming here, NEVER AGAIN! read more

Went here for a pedicure. Extremely dirty. It's sad because the people there seem nice but sanitation and cleaning is a must for a nail place! The tools do not seem to be sanitized. The seats and arm rests are dirty. They don't even wipe down after each customer and there's garbage everywhere left by other customers. I hope my legs don't fall off. read more

Popped in here for a quick mani while I waited for the bf to get off work for lunch. It was a Tuesday and there were only 3 technicians working, but I was seated right away. First impressions --nail polish selection was lacking. They only had a few OPI and China Glaze colors, and I didn't see any colors from recent collections. Bring your own nail polish if you're looking for a specific color. The place isn't the cleanest, but I did see my tech spray off the instruments with alcohol before using them at least. As for the mani, it was actually pretty good for $12! My technician was attentive and made sure to clean up any excess nail polish. Cuticles were trimmed well without trimming the actual skin around my nail (hate when places do that!). Overall, decent place to get a quick mani! read more
