I went here for the first time as it seemed to have lower prices than the place I have previously gone to. I wanted the luxury pedicure which included hot towel, stone, massage, etc, and I wanted gel nails, which the service itself is marketed at $50 however, it doesn't note that gel is a $15 upcharge and you also get hit with a service charge as well. Definitely would be nice to have that price transparency. I'll stick to my regular spot for the same service at lower cost. read more

Tony was incredibly rude and disrespectful! My mother has been coming to get her nails done here for about a year. First time having Tony. He tried to give a manicure after he'd already done a full set.........that makes no sense Additionally, when my mom simply inquired about what was being used on her nails and skin, he told her not to be upset (basically don't question him) and that she should "go to Emily next time" because she was being "too picky." I didn't think that paying for a service and inquiring about said service was being picky. To add insult to injury he used something that started to burn. When my mom asked what it was he told her to "calm down" because he "does this all the time." Then, proceeded to try and soothe the burning with ALCOHOL! Just rude! The attitude would probably be okay if the manicure looked good. Her nails are lumpy and ugly, but she didn't want to fight. So I'm leaving a review on her behalf. I would encourage Tony to fix his nasty attitude or perhaps don't show up for work! read more

Avoid this place they charge $3 dollar fee for using debit card, they overcharged me and Everyone who worked there looked miserable the persons who did mine and my daughters pedicure were rude and got upset we didn't want gel, they did a horrible job on mine and my daughters pedicure. Also their was a younger lady doing another women's nails and the customer yelled ouch your cutting me and the nail tech was laughing so hard like I don't get what was so funny you were hurting someone I almost took a video of that and I wish I did. read more

Usually really good salon and friendly ladies, just a bunch of miscommunication this time. All the girls I usually see were booked, this lady had broken English and I wasn't complaining. I asked for acrylic on my big toes, she ignored me. I asked for two layers of pink clear coat, she smiled and look away. I asked again, she rolled her eyes and started doing the French tip. And then my French tips were straight lines, right across the toe. Not to mention I have polish on my skin. Besides this experience, all my other ones have been fabulous. They make sure I am happy with the service, they're able to multitask, work and talk, I love each experience. I will return back, but will ask for previous technicians. read more

Popped into this little spot it's new to the area (sorta) so I thought I would try it out since all the other south side nail shops all have such horrible reviews. I stopped in Friday around 1230 not busy at all waited about 5 minutes needed a fill. Got a guy named Tony he did a pretty good job I must say. I asked for a nail design he had never done before and he did well he said he was nervous his hands would shake but he did great. I will b back to have him do my nails again. I went here for a fill and polish change on Thursday. Today is Saturday and already 6 out of 10 nails already have the gel lifting. Gina did my nails and charged me 60 bucks and i gave her a ten dollar tip. I'm really disappointed at the quality of the product and service after paying. Honestly the vibe was just weird. I took my daughter because it was her first time getting her first set of acrylic nails done. When we got there they had us sit at the opposite sides of the room (totally defeats the whole purpose of a mom and daughter date) I ended up saying no thanks to getting my nails done and sat next to my daughter to watch her get her nails done. This design was supposed to be all acrylic but they did my design with gel polish. So it's not a real French. I actually went in once today and they did whatever they wanted, then I went back so they could do them again cause I didn't like them and they gave me this.... The white one are the ones I showed them, the pink ones are the ones they gave me. Very poor job and very expensive I paid $65 read more

It was a nice establishment but not what I expect. Especially with the current pandemic safety guidelines in place. I tolerated everything that occurred because I needed my feet done. This was a reminder that thank God I can maintain at home. They had clients stacked like sardines across the pedicure chairs halfway through my service. Guests could have their friends/family join them. I'm shocked. Man at front didn't wear mask and kept taking it off while walking around. Some staff did not wear masks over noses. *see picture for both* Minimal sanitation between guests that meets nail salon standards. Let alone fighting off COVID. Went in on a Friday night for a dip manicure. The gentleman rushed through it. When I got home I had chunks of hardened dip on the edges of my fingers and they were snagging on my hair and clothes. By saturday morning 6 of my nails had chipped. I went in monday evening to remedy the situation and they were pretty hostile saying dip nails chip. I said they shouldn't in a matter of 12 hours. The gentleman said he would fix. He rushed through it again. The best or worse part is the customer before me had red nails done. When he dipped my very light pink nails in the same base powder they started to turn red. My nails look like a 5 year old did them and they are already chipping twondays later. Would never return to this location. Should have requested a refund. I'd give negative stars if it allowed it. read more

I'm getting married in 4 days. I have never, in my entire life, received a worse gel manicure and pedicure. Walked in today and asked for the services. Was immediately sat down by a woman who literally completed an entire gel manicure in 15 minutes. My nails were lumpy, my cuticles were bleeding, she painted my cuticles and my fingers, and she used a file after painting my nails with took the nail polish off all the sides of my nails. She then brought me to the pedicure chair where I was able to inspect my nails. I was HORRIFIED at the job she did and politely asked her if she could fix my hands after the pedicure. She became aggravated at my request and got extremely rough with my feet for the remainder of the pedicure. When she was done, she snapped her rubber gloves off and threw them at my legs. Not sure WTF that was about, especially since I was really nice about asking her to fix her terrible work. She the. Slipped my flip flops on my feet, dragging my wet toenail across the sole of my shoe and now ruining my pedicure. We walked back to the manicure table where this lady proceeded to sand off the brand new gel polish, slicing my cuticles open THREE TIMES before I finally pushed myself away from her chair and said "I'm done!" I went to the counter to pay and the manager had the AUDACITY to try and charge me for both the manicure and pedicure. I told her I wasn't paying a dime for the manicure and showed her my bleeding, ruined nails. She said something g in Vietnamese to her counterpart and then said she wanted to put oil on my hands. When she went to grab my hand I told her "Absolutely Not!" And pulled my hand away. I paid the $50 for the super crappy pedicure I received and walked out. I'm attaching photos and video of my hands and feet and plan on calling the Dept of Health first thing tomorrow. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a salon and would never under any circumstances suggest that someone use this business. Hopefully I won't end up with a staph infection for my wedding. read more

I came in on a Tuesday around 11am and it was just me and one other customer . I came in for a pedicure and was seated right away . The technician was nice and gentle. I like that they have a huge variety of nail polish colors. I the basic pedicure and with a 10% off it came out to $22. This is in a new shopping center by the sprouts and right off the 202 so there is plenty of parking. I do see mysself being a regular especially since it's not too far for my house. read more

I had a gel mani & pedi. They did an excellent job especially since they were busy and I was a walk-in. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because they use that metal scraper thing on your foot and I don't know how I feel about that being used over and over again. I always thought those things need to be sanitized each time like their other tools, not just washed clean. Also the price was a little high than what I'm use to but inflation is real so I can't be too upset about it. Service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and the place is clean. Originally got Gel done on a Friday, by Tuesday they were cracking and chipped. I went in and they fixed the broken ones free on Wed but here it's Sat and the fixed nails are now chipping and breaking again! I didn't like how the tech had me keep putting my hands under the light after they were cured- I think that's what made them crack again. Or maybe the white itself was just old/bad. Basic pedicure gets you bare bones. The woman didn't even greet me. I asked her to put my sandals on and then paint, she told me no, she will use their throw away. Asked her to not cut nails too short and please make sure the length matched. Cut all my toes super short and left my big toes long and crooked. Paint wasn't cleaned up so I will have to go home to remove her mistakes on skin. Didn't do what is always customary at any other salon I've visited in 25+ years. 20 min. My toes and hands are different shapes and lengths, I still have acrylic on my skin, some are thin and other are extremely thick, air bubbles, uneven acrylic and the French tip on my toes are different sizes. Came here Monday with my niece for 2 spa pedicure (she got a French tip) with gel was $111. The place was not sanitary, extremely quiet in there and the service was rushed. The tools were placed back in the cart and used on the next client without sanitation. I would not recommend and stay away as far as possible.
