While she was cleaning and filing my pretty lil toes, she ended up filing my skin super rough and hard. Man!!!! My big toe started bleeding. I told her heyyyy my toes are bleeding. She's supposed to file the nail not the skin!!! Smh. She didn't even apologize. All she said was do you want a band aid?? Smh! I told her ummm no and gave her a crazy look. Like wtf lady.. She put flowers on my big toes and they were red. Red doesn't even match lavender idk why she did that... The flowers were ugly too and mismatched!! Sorry if I sound mean. It's the truth though . I told her the red flowers doesn't look cute at all. She goes, you don't like??? I said nahhh just take em off and paint the whole toe lavender. Forget the flowers.. Ok I was always hesitate to come here because of the negative reviews on their yelp BUT they are great!!! I love how responsible they have been in making changes to keep customers safe during this pandemic. They have been requiring masks before it became mandatory by the city. Staff is super friendly and their new appointment only system is great! Just call/text to make an appointment and they will even send you an appointment reminder. So far I've been in for 2 gel manicures and a gel pedi. My nails have looked great! I am moving states, otherwise, this would have been my new spot! read more

So I was charged 115 dollars for poor work. My nails are rushed and the paint isn't smooth. My pedicure is okay but I paid money to have the callouses on the bottom of my feet removed/ smoothed out and they are not. I will not return to this place nor will I recommend it. I returned to have my nails fixed and I decided to just have one fixed and not to get my feet fixed as the trust is broken. If you see that your work is not good or you can't do something a client wants. Let them know upfront and suggest they go somewhere else instead of charging them 115 dollars for poor quality work and not offering a refund or at least a partial one. A loyal customer since before 2015, bringing family & friends and recently made an appointment to have her Mother's Day nails done with Kristine, even called to confirm the day of & was told to come in at the scheduled time, Kristine never showed. Had nail done with another tech & they clearly did a very sloppy job, they rushed it & did not even come close to what was asked in the requested picture. I've added pictures below for references. I'm very upset being that we've been very loyal clients for years & got treated this way, lately their customer service is just not the same. This was a 100+ manicure & I believe it was not up to par. The same of the nails is horrendously done, it was rushed, the colors are way off & it is just embarrassing for my wife. I went to Zen's Nails for an sns manicure at 11am on a weekday. I normally drive to Gilbert for sns, but made the mistake of trying this place to try to save time on my day off. I was helped by an older man (who I found out just started there) and he was horrible. Instead of wrapping each nail to remove my previous sns, he asked me to put both hands in a bowl of acetone. It was all over my fingers and was irritating. After he put the sns powder on my nails, he painted 6 coats of clear polish. Just kept painting them over and over. I kept asking him why he was painting clear polish over the sns and he acted like he didn't understand me. I have been getting sns for 2 years and have never had anyone paint 6 coats of clear polish after the sns. It wasn't even sns polish. He did not let my nails dry, so when he tried to file them a chunk of the polish came flying off. He had to dip my nail again in the powder (this was after the 6 coats of clear). Then he filed another nail and it wasn't smooth so he dipped it again and painted more clear polish on it. It was a never ending process. My fingertips were covered in the sns powder and he did nothing to remove it. He got agitated trying to file them and gave up and got out the Gel Polish light to finish my nails. I asked him if he thought my nails looked good and if he was finished and he said yes. They were very thick and bumpy and looked really bad. I told him that they look terrible and he started giving me attitude. Really??? He tried blaming me for his crappy work and didn't even apologize for wasting 2 hours of my time. Getting very frustrated, I asked one of the other women if she would fix my nails because he clearly DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I moved to her station and she started filing my nails but they were still wet under the top coat (because he painted so many layers of clear polish-which is NOT part of the sns process). She couldn't believe how bad they looked. She kept trying to file them but couldn't fix them so she had to soak the polish off and start again. She did a good job with the sns but finished with the clear gel polish and light. The whole point in getting sns is to avoid the gel polish light. I'm not sure why they insist on using it as part of the sns process. Needless to say, I finally left 3 HOURS LATER. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They obviously hire staff with no previous experience or training. read more

Well I made an appointment and a guy did my nails. There's two guys there. Ones an owner. The other is the nail tech. He was completely rude. Very short in conversation. Yes my nails are beautiful but the entire experience made paying 70$ worthless in my opinion. He refused to speak to me every time I made conversation. He got angry with me when I asked him about a specific design that hes never done so he wanted to charge me 200$ but I said nooo I don't want to pay that much for something you've never done before lol Then he asked me what ombré was like 4 times bc that's what I wanted. Like DUH who doesn't know what that is. No need to be rude. Then when he was supposed to do my pedicure he tosses me into cold water and moved on to do someone else's nails. Completely forgot about me. I sat there for 20 min without a menu or anything and then finally someone came over to start my feet but I didn't even ask for a specific pedi. So I just said no I'm okay give me a towel. Paid and left. I then complained to the owner about his rude and in professionalism and when she gave me my change I told her I want to tip her bc she was nicer to me then he was but she said no so I asked for my tip back and she kept it!! This place is the perfect example of just taking people's money and not caring about the service or product that they are putting out. Being a licensed cosmetologist and knowing all about customer service this whole experience was very frustrating for me.. I did not receive a service because I am very particular and they have done my pedi once and I was not happy. However my girls and grandmother liked them so they decided to return.. let me start here.. one of my daughters is 10 years old.. they are charging $70 for a mani and pedi with gel polish.. and what they delivered look like TRASH.. I just sent her back we will see what she comes back with... I called in to make an appointment because my grandmother is 91 and sitting around for a long time just doesn't work for her. They asked us to come in at 3.. They weren't ready.. I was told it's because some workers had went to lunch and they were running behind.. okay I understand but if u know you have someone coming in don't send everyone to lunch.. I have a friend who is a nail tech so I usually go with her but she lives about half hour from me so decided I try this place around the corner from my house. Right away I realized the quality wasn't going to be that good. My nail tech was friendly but besides that, my gel polish started coming off in LESS than a WEEK! My cuticles look horrible and gel stuck all over my hands and nails... they are shaped weird like a egg, the color is not blended evenly and the gel is super uneven....I showed him what I wanted but I did not get anywhere close to what I asked for!!! I went in for a gel full set. My nail tech was super laid back and cool. Made me feel welcomed BUT the quality of my nails sucked. I had acrylic on my skin which burned when I got home! The nail polish wasn't fully on my nail so it didn't look clean. I went back to see what I can do. I told them the problem and they were like "i don't know I can't see it" which obviously made me upset. There were a few other girls that were able to notice the flaws! The nail tech then tried to fix them but I told her they were literally all messed up. She was very rude and in the end when I asked for a refund she didn't want to give me it. I kept going on and on and eventually she refunded me my $40 back! Keep in mind she also said "if I refund you we have to take them off" so she clipped them and soaked them and I had to walk out with acrylic and chipped nail polish all over my nails. I've come here a few times since my previous review, and was here again at the beginning of the month. I got my toes and nails done on a Thursday. I came back on Saturday because pus was coming out of my toe. The lady that did my toe looked and squeezed my toe while I was there and pus literally Came out of it. I asked for a refund and another lady laughed in my face. The owner came to me about 5 minutes later and said I asked for ingrown to be removed. I had ingrown toe procedure done two years ago at my doctors office and since then haven't had an ingrown. When my toes where getting done, the lady had some tool up my nail and said she was gonna take it out. I told her I didn't have pain do it wasn't an I grown. Then she proceeded and scrubbed my toes after I told her I would pass. Horrible service, and the lady tossed her tools in the pedicure water and wiped them down, I'm assuming to clean them. read more

Get pedicure at a great price! Best salon I have been to in Arizona so far. I walked in around 3pm on a Wednesday and was helped right away. $20 for pedicure including massage, hot towel, and foot scrub. The Next option up at $30 includes the calus removal, but the foot scrub was thorough enough to remove my calluses. I paid 25 to get get a French non gel pedicure done. What I really enjoyed was that the lady doing my pedicure took her time even though I paid for the cheapest option. More time then I got at the last salon for a 35 dollar "luxury pedicure". She also asked if I liked it before finishing and made adjustments as I wanted which was nice. I also got my eyebrows and face waxed at $15, the pretty standard price. The lady who did my waxing was a bit quicker and failed to remove all of the wax from my brows. Also I feel like the eyebrows are now uneven so I wouldn't get your eyebrow wax here. But you can judge that for yourself. But I will keep coming here for my toes! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST FLAT OUT RUDE. DONT GO HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Tried taking my little sister here for a fill. Over the phone they said it was okay to come in for a regular fill. When we get there, the lady Rudely goes " I don't do regular fills after 6:30 only gel". After we clearly called and asked, I told her nicely, next time she needs to make that clear over the phone before someone drives all the way over here for no reason. She then goes on to say that it's okay she will do it this one time. So I drop my little sister off, couple minutes later she calls me saying she doesn't want to get her nails filled because they are over pricing her and the tech lady was being rude and making her feel uncomfortable, the minute she sat down. I looked at their menu online for fills and they were most definitely overpricing her personally. I don't know if they were being this way because she was alone and defenseless. But that's not okay. I normally don't get pedicures, but my feet had been sore from work so I decided to try a pedicure. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the staff and briefed there was a 20 minute wait time. I was helped by Hannah, she was very professionally and courteous. During the pedicure she told Me a I had a minor ingrown toenail and removed it, leaving my feet feeling much better.
