We are not the type of people who like to cause problems, and we tried to handle the situation respectfully, but what is truly upsetting is that we have reached out to the salon and have received no response, no concern, no solution, and no refund. It is unacceptable to spend money on a service that ended up affecting my mother's health while the business takes no responsibility at all. I would absolutely not recommend getting a pedicure with Susan. Hygiene, proper care, and customer service should be a priority, especially when a client ends up injured after a service.

After asking for dip powder he recommended me going back to acrylic but I didn't want to so he mentioned liquid gel and I liked that idea. He proceeded to apply and I'll be honest, they look amazing ! I love the liquid gel look. I showed him a design inspired and he more than delivered!
