Great place for nails! Coco gives great massages. This place is always clean and accommodating!

I went to this nail salon because it is closer to home. I asked for regular manicure and pedicure. The women who took me was constantly speaking her own language and really didn't pay any attention to me. Even with the regular manicure they have to do some kind of hand massage - but I didnt' get it. In addition to - there was never a soaking nails, she just sprayed some water to my nails and proceeded to put nail polish. I asked her to stop and clean my nails, she was not happy with my request. After my nails got cleaned, she continue to apply nail polish and my hands looked horrible. They had very distinctive line between the nail cuticles and the nails where she applied the polish. I asked her to re-do it. She started yelling and talking to other girls in the salon. In my opinion she was swearing. Rude and unprofessional. read more

I came here today with two of my friends to get a simple manicure. I had come here previously in August and had not the greatest experience but, decided to give it another try. I thought everything was fine until the lady had begun to remove my cuticles. She had cut me around 2 times (zoom into ring finger and thumb), because she was pulling them out very hard. Not to mention when she was pushing back my cuticles it hurt so badly! Like one of my cuticles is very stubborn and wasn't moving and she just kept pushing and pushing and nothing was happening! I understand people make mistakes but this is what had happened to me the pervious time I went. I shook it off and thought oh well whatever. However when she was done, she showed me how much had come off and started to laugh and said "lots if cuticles! lots of cuticles", as if she was making fun of me. Like i'm sorry but I come to nail salons for the reason to get my nails painted and to get pampered, not to be made fun of for the way they were previously. She then proceeded to tell me that my skin was "too soft" when she took off the paraffin wax the cut began to bleed AGAIN. When my nails were done I looked a them. They look okay, but there is dried blood from where she cut me, stuck in my nail bed. She did not clean up the top coat and it wasn't very pretty looking to say the least. This is a place I do not recommend. For others it could be great, my friend has said she had gone there for years and had great service but I for one have not. My mom, daughter and I went to this salon as walk-ins. I asked just for a pedicure. They didn't clean under my toe nails. I was not impressed. But, what happened to my mom and daughter was even worse. My daughter asked for acrylics. They were too thick with blobs of acrylic *under* the nail. There were uneven - different lengths, different shapes. They look so bad that we went to another salon to fix them. When doing my mom's manicure, they cut her fingers *twice* with the nail clippers. Neither time did they apologize. After being cut twice, my mom asked for a different person to finish up her manicure. And this person mentioned to me that it was my mom's fault that she was cut because my mom wasn't staying still ... which was a lie. I was sitting right next to her and she didn't move. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. We will never go back. read more

I have been here numerous times now for both pedicures and manicures- including the avocado wraps and hot stone pedicures- and they are the absolute best. They pay attention to detail and your comfort and I find myself so relaxed while getting worked on. They'll even give u an added neck and back massage at the end of your treatment. I came here for a SIMPLE full acrylic set... by that I mean regular square nails with ZERO shaping OR POLISH application. (I paint my own nails at home. Doing my own designs and adding my own rhinestones is WAY cheaper.). The work station was DIRTY... nail dust EVERYWHERE. Globs of dried acrylic all over the table along with old nail polish that clearly had not been cleaned off. (I was the 2nd customer of the day. I got here at 9:05 am so I knew this was from the day befor, possibly all week or longer.) NOT SANITARY...The brush used for my nails looked like a child's old and worn out water color paintbrush. (I am not exaggerating in the least when I say this.). The bristles were so frayed I was shocked it was even being used... The woman used OLD and worn out files and buffers. They did not appear to be cleaned at any time. NONE of the tools seemed to be sanitized. I did not see a single Barbisol sanitizing jar anywhere in sight. After she finished my nails, there were sharp edges that were not filed down. I brought this to her attention several times throughout the process only to be answered with "I'm not done yet." After all of this, for a SIMPLE full set, (zero shaping or polish or even cuticle oil application) the bill came out to to $55... no back massage or hand rub or hot towel. OUTRAGEOUS AND ROBBERY. NOT PLEASED to say the least. DO NOT GO HERE is all I can say. Never again for me. Not even in an "emergency". Thanks for reading. read more

I will always choose Top Nails when I get a mani/pedi. They listen to you, don't rush, and make the whole experience very relaxing. This joint was whack. I walked in at 12 and asked for a gel manicure for myself and my friend wanted FOUR of her acrylics fixed with a new color. Not only were they understaffed, they told us that the third employee wouldn't be in until the afternoon. When we asked what time that would be we were told "no time". I was utterly disappointed at the chaos, lack of organization, and un professional respect that was given. What should have been an hour maybe an hour and a half appt. turned into a three and a half hour appt. totally NOT top nails. read more
