I have to said I love this place being here for 7 years but not every time I get out happy , this time I have the amazing opportunity to get my nails done with Tina and for all my lady's next time you go do it Tina she is your girl Tina she was so patient she is super talented and cares about details my nails came out so amazing I love them

The finger that was injured while getting my nails done.

I want to start off this review by saying the service I received up until I walked out was excellent. The man who did my nails was very kind and I understand that mistakes happen but I was cut so badly when he was drilling my nails that I had to walk out because the pain was just too much. He attempted to stop the bleeding by adding a powder to it that made the pain so much worse and added almost an acrylic like texture to my open skin. I'm going to attempt to treat this at home but the cut looks borderline infected. Again, accidents happen and I've been nicked before but never like this.

Look at the tips! Look at my pinky. So sad

Just left this place. NEVER AGAIN. Doesn't look like a "professional" did my nails. My nails were done by the lady with short hair in the front. My toes by a gentlemen, he did an okay job.

    Gel manicure after two days
    Dina M.

The nail tech, I believe her name was Lisa, was kind at first. When I went home, the GEL manicure didn't seem that great but she was nice so I let it go. The next day though, the nail polish chipped off and my nail tip came off and it looked horrible (pictures attached). I went back and told her what happened. I assumed maybe it was a defect in the polish, so I asked her to change it and she said she would charge me. I told her nevermind then, and she "fixed" it. She filed it all off instead of soaking, and she kept filing my skin, did not replace the tip, changed the color and left streaks of unfinished sections. (Pictures attached). It looked horrible, but at least better BUT then she said if it happens again she isn't going to fix it -- as if it was my fault that her gel manicure lasted 2 days. I will never be returning and I was incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of service. There are so many other better places to go than here.

good prices, fast, efficient. walked in on a Saturday close to closing time and I got a fill and a pedicure very fast and my nails were perfect thanks to Tyler. I will definitely be back!

    Horrible acrylic work
    Maria S.

Just came here and had a horrible experience. I went in for a simple mani pedi. The gentleman who did my nails did not even remove the old polish before he started to paint my toes. Once he finished I wanted a full French gel set with my ring and middle finger with a light pink tip and small hearts for Valentine's Day. I was told to wait for 15 minutes before this older man begun to do my nails. The second I told him what I wanted, he immediately shut me down and offered to do a lazy version which included using white tips on the design fingers and going over it with the French color, instead of painting the tips pink as I preferred. When I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, he said something under his breath and started to do my nails. He used little to no glue, did not measure to see if he cut the tips even and laid the acrylic like a 5 year old. There were corners with no acrylic and lumps everywhere. When I kindly asked him to fix it, he looked over to a colleague and when I asked him to file them down a bit more he moved me to another nail tech. The other nail tech was nice, but made me feel so rushed and I was already so uncomfortable being there with my experience so far. She cut me several times and used two gel lamps to get me out faster. I decided to change my nail idea to just a French tip to make my visit faster and she wasn't even able to do it semi straight. When I told her to remove is nicely she smeared it off with her finger and that was whmade me feel horrible. I told her to forget about it and just do a regular polish and if that was not enough, when she was doing regular polish, she did not even cover my whole nail. I payed full price for this service and cried as soon as I got in the car. This place is literally horrible and so mean to customers. I will not be coming back and also had to drive to my regular nail tech and have her fix all of this. If you are looking for a good nail place that is professional, I recommend Polished Nail Bar on Sheridan an

Love this place. All of the nail techs do an amazing job and are very professional. They also have great prices and can do almost anything. Plus the have every color imaginable.

I've been going to this place for at least 10 years. For the price you pay, you're definitely getting your dollars worth. Kevin is my manicurist and he is AMAZING! He's edgy and fashion forward and has a good taste when it comes to free styling my nail art. He deserves a 10!

The nails are lifting even though the sns is supposed to prevent this.
    Tip B.

The salon is nice but they didn't do a good job on my nails or pedicure. I got the SNS powder nails and they powder was put on very thick. Too thick. Now a week and a half later and the nails are lifting and separating from my nails. The Polish on my pedicure is chipped and peeling after a week and a half. $50 down the drain. I wouldn't recommend.

Dip powder French manicure by Angelina
    Bebiita S.

It was my first time going here. I found them on yelp actually. Angelina was great. Prices are not outrageous. Very nice atmosphere and comfortable chairs. I did a dip powder French manicure, regular pedicure with white polish, and waxed my eyebrows Really enjoyed the pampering. Very happy girl here! Definitely will be back.

Jenny is the best nail tech I have ever had. I get my nails done on the regular. Jenny took her time and did everything right. She is truly a perfectionist. I am very very verrrrry picky and usually my cuticles bleed bc of carelessness but not one of my cuticles bled. She made sure each of my nails were filled perfectly to equal the same size. She used brand new nail tools and files which is by state board standards. The price was very reasonable. Since moving to Florida it has been challenging to find quality work and Jenny is now my nail girl! Thank you Jenny!

This is the best nail salon in miami or Broward county! The owner Cindy and her husband are kind and caring! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a much-needed relaxing spa day at Gaia Spa, and it…read morewas a great experience overall. We booked the lowest-priced ritual package, which included a 60-minute massage (we upgraded to 90 minutes) and a 60-minute sauna session. The cost came to $288 before the tip, after applying a Spa Finder gift card. We tipped 20% for each masseuse, but the "Tippy" system they use for tipping added an annoying $1-2 service fee. It would be nice if they switched to a different system that didn't tack on this extra charge. The spa offers free parking, a delicious ginger shot upon arrival, Fiji water, and free locker access. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, calming, and peaceful. Our sauna session was scheduled for 6:30 PM, followed by our massage at 7:30 PM. The sauna room was spacious, and I managed to stay inside for the full hour, although my husband had to step out to cool off. The heated seats outside the sauna are a nice touch for those who can't handle the full heat. The only downside was that you couldn't play Netflix on the large TV in the sauna, so we ended up watching a movie on one of our phones. The hour flew by, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The TV does display a 10-minute warning timer, and we had to sign a form agreeing to be charged extra if we exceeded the time, so we made sure to leave with enough time to shower and put on our robes. The door to the sauna room didn't lock, which made us a bit nervous that someone might accidentally walk in. After the sauna, a male staff member was waiting outside for us and asked if we were ready for our massages. We quickly put our belongings in the locker, but when we were ready, he was nowhere to be found. We had to go to the front desk, and another staff member escorted us to the salt room, where we waited for about 10 minutes. We didn't pay extra for the salt room, and honestly, we were glad we didn't. It was relaxing, but neither of us felt any real benefit from it. Our massages started around 7:40 PM. The masseuses asked us which areas to focus on and then got right to work. The massages were incredible, with medium to deep pressure--exactly what we were hoping for. They targeted every area, even including our scalp and face, leaving us in a state of total zen. However, the massages were technically supposed to end at 9:10 PM, but when we checked the time afterward, it was only 8:55 PM. The spa does close at 9:00 PM, so we felt a bit shortchanged on our massage time, which was disappointing since we paid for the extra 30 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend the couples ritual at Gaia Spa. Despite a few minor issues, it was a relaxing and much-needed escape!

Pampering I must say!…read more I have been coming to the Hand and Stone Miami Lakes for a few years now. I have been a member on and off a few times. I can't seem to stay away. My original Facial Girl left a bit after Covid... but I've been seeing Claudia! ( but all the techs are amazing) Claudia would be my preferred she is just amazing and knowledgeable. She analyzes the skin and provides options on the services that my skin may benefit. My skin is VERY sensitive so many times I'll choose for the sensitive skin care products ( that's like $20-$30 additional upgrade) . The facial includes extraction of white/black heads, scrubs, moisturizer. Even an upper chest /shoulder massage. I tend to always fall into " I want to get pampered" so I tend to upgrade my services. Facials I will upgrade with something like the LED light (red or blue) I have requested combination and the tech has accommodated my needs with both!! I've upgraded my facials cold stones that feels amazing and helps with puffy/redness. (Me) As for my Massages my lady is no doubt Lydia! She is excellent! She will ask on your expectations and she knows how to target the tense shoulders! She is firm but won't leave you sore. Oh! With my facial service last week with Claudia I mentioned to her if any services that could be added for my sore feet. She recommended the "Foot Treatment" that targets tired soles and restore step. That includes a foot scrub, massage with lotion. ( totally helped me) I would recommend as an added service. Back to Massages... well I have upgraded my massages with CBD oil , aromatherapy, hot stones (amazing) . Highly recommend adding the mini or the Himalayan Salt Stone. Feels so healing! At the end of the service you are offered water or tea. The front desk girls are friendly. Parking free and plenty near the front door. Also they have accommodating hours Sunday-Saturday 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. So it works with busy schedules and preferences on the relaxation time. If you can it's definitely worth becoming a member! The points earned are an extra bonus to add services!

They offer a few different varieties of massages including a stretch massage, healer massage, and the signature NOW massage. There are also many add-ons you can request such as gua sha, deep tissue cupping, hot stones, eye masks, and scalp massage. I've received massages from a few different therapists at both their Fort Lauderdale location and the one here in Plantation, but what keeps me coming back to this Plantation Walk location is literally the best massage therapist on the planet -- Ace. He is very popular among my friends and quite a few of us see him regularly. His understanding of the human body -- muscles, ligaments, tendons -- how to treat the body, how to stretch the body, and how to work out those pesky knots is honestly incredible. The man massages like it's a work of art, which I truly think it is. If I've been non-compliant with stretching after the gym, I can count on Ace to get me walking again. If my back and neck feel broken after stressful long shifts at work, I know I can count on him to help me regain mobility and stay pain-free. If you ever want to treat yourself, you should absolutely come to this location. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. They offer still water as well as citrus-infused water. They also have a bunch of little knick-knacks and creams, aromatherapy items, candles, etc. I used to belong to their membership, but I just can't financially commit to it right now. If I could, I would totally get the membership again. They also are not very pushy about it, and canceling the membership is not difficult. The bathrooms are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The entire vibe of the studio is calming, pleasant, and relaxing. In the background they play ocean waves, which I personally find very soothing. The lighting is dim and the space smells lightly of essential oils, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. As far as the massage spaces themselves, they are not fully private rooms but rather individual areas separated by curtains. There is still plenty of privacy and the lighting is dim so you don't feel like people are looking at you. Of course, guests should still be courteous by silencing their phones and speaking quietly. Before your massage, there is a pre-debrief room where you talk with your therapist about any problem areas, ailments, or what you are hoping to get out of the session. Post-massage you also briefly debrief in that same room to make sure you feel good and everything went well. Ace is extremely popular, so I would definitely recommend booking ahead if you want to see him. Honestly, this place is a little piece of heaven.

After trying repeatedly, someone finally picked up the phone 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time had already passed. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, Alani, immediately claimed they never received any calls and basically told me there was nothing she could do. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern for the fact that I had spent all day trying to reach them. It's unacceptable for a business to ignore calls all day and then refuse to help when their lack of communication causes a problem. The receptionist was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed. Instead, the conversation repeatedly focused on the cancellation policy and fee, without any effort to explore an alternative solution or accommodate a reschedule. Better communication and customer service in this situation would have been greatly appreciated!
