This is my nail salon! I love Henry and his family. My "person" is Susan, one of two daughters that work there. My sister's favorite is Stephanie, the other daughter. I love them both! They are so fun & full of personality and they do GREAT work. They really care that you are satisfied with your nails (hands and/or feet). Henry runs a tight ship and I've never had to wait... ever. Also, I love the movies. I usually have to run home and watch the end or I've even sat there and finished a movie (if I had the time to do so). Strangers will stop me and ask me where I get my nails done, and it is none other than Nails U Love. Got a new set today, absolutely beautiful. They can do tons of different fun designs and the price range is pretty standard depending on what you get done. They also do an AMAZING job waxing eyebrows and all of that kind of salon stuff. All areas cleaned, if you touch something, it gets cleaned! GREAT experience! Then, my nails! Did dipping and loved their process and price. Was ready to leave in less than an hour, which is great! This is such a cute family owned business! They do need to update the interior since I have last been, but they're very clean and patient when doing your nails. I prefer to get gel nails because of how nice and natural they look. I will suggest to book in advance because it's kind of hard to come in without an appointment. I recently moved to Texas and in need of finding a nail salon in my area. I was out on an appointment and pulled up Yelp to find a good salon nearby after trying several in Richardson and not having the best experience. I tried out Nails U Love and had a wonderful experience. Not only is the service great, but very reasonably priced for nail salons in Texas. The salon is run by a family, and they are all very friendly, but also do an exceptional job on my nails. I have since been back 2 times and every time the service is great! I was also introduced to the Next Generation manicure. It lasts almost 4 weeks and has strengthened my nails. I drive about 20 minutes to go to this salon, but it is worth it. I would highly recommend for mani and pedi. read more

I decided to give this place a try since it's so close to where I live and I happened to be out one afternoon, but I won't be back. The staff was friendly enough, so that was a plus. The interior is what you would expect for a nail "place" -- it's definitely not a salon, but that wasn't surprising. I got a manicure with color gel, and the price was typical ($35). The biggest problem with my experience is that the nail technician wasn't as careful with applying the gel as nail techs I've been to before have been. And with gel, you gotta be spot-on. They did have a couple of nice flat-screen TVs, but they were playing a semi-violent movie with the volume up pretty loud (what you would expect if you were watching it in someone's living room), which took away from the relaxing experience I was after. I am 47 and never had a pedicure or manicure done but my wife's comment on my feet motivated me to do it. My neighbor recommended this place. So having the day off I called for an appointment and able to get one the same day. It was a great experience. Their customer service is super. I sat in a massage chair feet soaking. They had 2 big screens. They offered me a drink. No pressure on the different options they offered. The price was better than I thought it would be. Very nice. read more

This nail salon is so unique in the world, you'll absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly, the prices are reasonable and you'll just love everything about it. Every time I go I think that I just got the best pedicure I've ever had. Henry has this amazing ability to exfoliate the bottom of my foot without tickling me. I held off on writing a review until I had visited a few times. I LOVE this place, the customer service is superb. I've visited with an appointment and as a walk-in....both experiences were really great. Love the vast assortment of colors for Nex Gen (like gel but in the form of a powder). Henry and the rest of the staff are so pleasant to be around. Best part about my walk in experience for pedicure was the orange deluxe spa (oranges ad flower petals smelled amazing) and that they were honest about time expectations and asked me to come back in an hour. As a customer I REALLY appreciated that....nothing worse than waiting to be seen when you can do something else in the meantime. As a bonus they painted my 5 yr old daughters nails for way less than other places we have visited. We will definitely be back. read more

I went this past Saturday to get my nails done with my daughter for her birthday, I called the day before to get an appointment but when I called the day of they wanted to re-schedule me for a later time well I had my day planned already so I said no I will stay with my original time because I have another appointment after. When we show up they are booked and we had one person take care of both of us and because the tech new I had another appointment she rushed me and did a really bad job on my cuticles and the gel looks like I had fake nails on it is very thick... I was in town for the weekend and visited this place. The staff was really nice; however, the service could have been improved. I got a simple mani and pedi... I decided not to get a shellac manicure since I planned on changing the color within a week.. well my nail polish on my nails cracked by the next day. There were a few small ones near the end of my nail but then half of the polish came completely off on one of them less than 24 hours after I get it done. Now it has not been even 48 hours since I got my nails done and there is not a single nail that still has full nail polish on it. I tried to go back to get them fixed but they are closed on Sunday. Horrible unprofessional owner. The owner was rude and screamed at me because his nails were falling off 4 days after I had it done. He says that is my fault not his, he is only responsible for making the polish look nice...... silly me thought the quality of the tips he put was included. Despite this there is no way any business owner should treat a client in that manner screaming at me in front of other clients.
