I checked in at the reception desk and was taken to the pedi chair within minutes. Han did my pedicure and he did a great job. Like I said, I had neglected my tootsies and I don't normally do that, but when you're busy and in a bind, you have to get help, lol. He was very thorough with cleaning. From clipping my nails to the top coat, he made sure I was comfortable and even put my slides back on my feet. Pricing is reasonable, the shop is clean and the service is great! I accidentally left one of my lip glosses behind, as it fell out of my pocket and onto the chair when I left. Only after I got on the freeway did I realize it was gone. I called them immediately and asked if they found it. They did and I told them I'd come by on Monday to pick it up. They have the highest quality products and the best staff! I'm so glad that these three ladies were able to find a nice spot in Scottsdale. Due to COVID everyone was wearing a mask and keeping as much distance as possible. Just an absolutely lovely experience. And of course Ericka hooked me up with an awesome manicure and pedicure!
