Not sure this place exist off the reviews. I called several times and left a message and never got a call back!

I don't want them to lose their stars but I also ways to say they aren't open. I called three times during open hours and they never answered. I walked in and it was locked. A young lady said they are not taking walk ins. I kept asking lf they would be openings in the future, is it best to call? And she said she couldn't give me any info, the boss isn't here and she had no idea when he would be in. Just a heads up for those looking to come in -around Jan 2024. I came here based on all the rave reviews and was deeply disappointed. The owner mentioned something about losing some staff in the past week, and there was no one in the salon but me. I asked for a simple French manicure coffin nail. What I received was absolutely horrific, they were square, thick and short. I spent $70 to come home and soak it all off in acetone and do press-ons instead. read more

I found this business on Yelp and was intrigued by their overall star rating. I called for 3 days and I could not get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I was committed because of the location and star rating.... I even left a voicemail. Finally, my last attempt I gave them one last call and I finally got someone on the phone (I key searched the words "she" and "amazing" on their Yelp page and I kept seeing Tina's name in every glowing review) so I scheduled an appointment with Tina. This was my very first visit and I was beyond impressed. From the second I walked in I felt extremely pampered and welcomed. I told Tina exactly what I liked in styles and colors and she knew what to do. I received a relaxing pedicure with a massage and hotstones. I paid $98 plus Tip. It was worth every penny. There are a few good reasons to go to this nail salon over others. They usually see 1-3 customers at a time so it's not crowded and the salon spacious. It is appointment-only so you are not constantly interrupted and they will be on time for you. It's typically Tina doing your mani and Kim doing your pedi or at least staggered with another client so appointments go pretty quickly. They remember who you are and your stories even after a year of not seeing them and they are always very sweet. They are super efficient- fast yet attentive to details. I've never been disappointed with quality here and I think price is really good too. I usually get gel nails but I got acrylics for the very fire time in my life today and I'm obsessed! read more

Business listing said they accepted walk-ins but I also called to confirm and they said they did and when I specifically asked if they could accept a walk-in in the next 1/2 hour they said yes. Walked in 10 minutes later and they said they can't take a walk in because they don't have enough staff. I understand staffing issues, but it should be communicated that they don't have staff to accommodate the service they say they provide- walk ins. At best they are misleading and at worst they are deliberately lying. read more

This is absolutely the best nail salon experience I have ever had. I booked an appointment for the first time for a full set and gel pedi for my destination wedding. I saw the glowing reviews but had no idea how fantastic Tina and Kim actually were until I sat down in the chair. Not only is the quality of service top-notch, but Tina is one of the sweetest, most genuine people who clearly loves what she does. She was kind, gentle, and meticulously detail-oriented doing my manicure. Both ladies really cared about making me feel special and pampered, and constantly checked to see if I was happy with the shape, color, etc. Normally I would be terrified a nail would break in the airport or during my trip, but no such thing after Tina and Kim worked their magic - almost 3 weeks later, everything is still perfectly intact aside from the grow-out. This place is the best!! First, Tina and her mother are always very kind and have a great conversation with you. Tina will remember the conversation and the stories you've told her from your last time in. Second, they are always very diligent when doing your nails. They will check with you throughout your appointment to make sure everything (shape, length, color, etc) is perfect and how you want them. Third, you will not find a place with better prices for this kind of service. My acrylic fills and pedicures always last 4 weeks minimum! It is appointment only, so definitely make sure to call a day or two in advance to ensure getting in. You can call day of, but you may be turned away because they are booked. Everything is clean and proper covid protocol is followed. Tina and her mom wear masks and clean all tools thoroughly. As a customer, masks are not required for vaccinated people. You will be greeted with a cold water bottle to enjoy during your service. If you are in the Phoenix metro area, you have to go here. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else!! read more

I am a man. I have had two pedicures in my life, at different stores, prior to this one. My first was when I was 33 years old, and I feel sorry for the first technicians who had to free my feet of their craggy exterior. The pedicure I just had was the best of the three. It was the most relaxing, and my feet give no reason for special attention from onlookers, as they are clean, callous free, and very relaxed. The owner and her mother are very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend calling to make an appointment though and more than 2 days in advance- smaller place and always busy :) In my opinion is a good thing but also a downfall because I have tried to make appointments 2 separate times (2 days in advance and they are booked) I had come here after a nail disaster from a larger nail shop just down the road and saw they had an awesome yelp page... - Tina was a gem! Extremely friendly and fixed my awful nail job right up! Tinas mom does the pedicures - and they have to be my favorite! She takes her time on everything even the massage!
