First -- Amy and Fenny are still AMAZING. They're professional, talented, and their work is always top tier. This has nothing to do with them at all, this is 100% about how appointments are being managed. I called around 2pm to book and specifically asked for Amy and Fenny. I was given a 5pm appointment and told it would take about 1-1.5 hours depending on design, which was perfect because I had dinner at 7. I got there on time at 5... and wasn't seated until almost 5:30pm. Amy started my nails then, and Fenny didn't start my pedicure until around 5:50pm. At that point I'm already stressed because I have plans. I ended up having to push my dinner... then push it again. I didn't leave until 7pm. So I was there for 2 hours and 12 minutes, not because of the service itself, but because my appointment started 30+ minutes late. Also, because they were closing, I was asked to check out while I was still being serviced. Not a huge deal, but just adds to the experience. What really bothered me was the front. Amy and Fenny were great as always, but the person managing appointments didn't acknowledge the delay, didn't apologize, didn't give a heads up... nothing. If you know you're running behind, just say that. Call me, or at least tell me when I walk in that it's going to be a 30-45 minute wait so I can decide what I want to do. And the most frustrating part -- parking. Yes, they validate, but because THEY were running late, I still ended up paying $12 out of pocket. That honestly made me MAD. I showed up on time for my appointment... why am I paying for the delay??.....I would like to be REFUNDED for that. This place is more expensive than others nearby, which I've been fine with because the quality is there. I'll still come back for Amy and Fenny, but this was a really disappointing experience. If this happens again, I'm not waiting -- I'll just walk out. Management really needs to tighten up scheduling and communication because the nail techs themselves are too good for this kind of experience.

Loved my experience here ! The place is so airy and clean , AC on full blast and it smells great . Even the quality of my fill and pedicure were up to par ! I would deff be back . It's a little on the pricey side but worth it .

Anna always comes through with the perfect refill! She's amazing at doing nails and always makes my nails look brand new. Her steady hand and attention to detail really show in her work. This would have been a go to spot for me if it weren't for the fact that my technician cut me :-( I asked for a last minute pedicure and they were able to get me in within the hour. The space is super big and clean and parking is easy to find! The pedicure was about an hour long, and she prepped and painted super fast. I would've been okay if she took her time longer if that meant I didn't get cut. This was my first time ever getting a pedicure, and unfortunately I think my last time getting it done here.

I discovered this salon about 8 months ago while driving by. I work nearby and somehow have overlooked this salon on many occasions. But I'm so happy to have found them. I can squeeze in a mani/pedi after work or even at lunch depending on my service request. They have a big variety of products and use premium brands. The techs and staff are very good too. They have a 7 day policy for fixes and are happy to fix problems. I highly recommend this salon. If you are willing to pay for good products and service this is the salon for you. If you want inexpensive you can get the basics here too. Make sure you ask about costs upfront if you are on a budget.

I've been coming here since October and have never left disappointed. Annie did my nails and I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she killed it. I usually ask for pretty detailed stuff and the nail techs are always awesome and take their time. Took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time as a Christmas treat and it delivered! Hannah was wonderful. My daughter had a very specific idea of the design she wanted and Hannah was meticulous and took her time to get it exactly right. The results were beautiful and my daughter left the store beaming. The store is clean and spacious. Only drawback is the parking, which can be hard to find and we exceeded the 2 hr validation they provide. But overall, highly recommend!

This nail place has been my go to for the past 6 months! I absolutely love coming here, and Annie is the best!! She takes such great care of my natural nails and always pays attention to the smallest details! I get Gel X on top of my nails and she always does amazing on the designs and they last so well! My last set stayed on for 4 weeks with no issues! You can tell she really cares about nail health as well as the final look! She is so patient and helpful with picking colors and designs that go well together. She'll even do a test on one nail so we can see how they look before committing which I really appreciate. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails and i get so many compliments! I can't recommend this place and especially her enough! Highly recommend!!

I've been researching different nail salons for a while, and I think I've finally found my go-to spot! I called for a same-day appointment, and Khai scheduled me with no hassle--he was super nice both on the phone and in person. When I arrived, he greeted me warmly and even offered me water--a small but thoughtful touch that made a great first impression. Tiffany took care of my nails, and she was an absolute gem--so sweet, easy to talk to, and genuinely kind. She did a phenomenal job, paying attention to every detail. A huge bonus for me was that she also took the time to clean up my cuticles, which I really appreciated since I'm a nail biter. Honestly, I almost don't want to share how amazing she is because I'd love to keep her all to myself! But I must give credit where credit is due--she's incredible. I got short Gel-X nails, and for just $60, it was the best money I've ever spent on nails. I've paid more at other places and never felt this satisfied with the results. While enjoying my breakfast, I decided to do a little digging and found out that walk-ins were an option. Just to be sure, I called the place to confirm, and to my delight, they do accept walk-ins, although they prefer appointments. So, I snagged a 10 a.m. slot, and in just 45 minutes, I was all done, checked out, and ready to go! As I settled in, I couldn't help but admire the stunning "glass" or holographic effect on my technician's nails--it was absolutely mesmerizing! They had a variety of colors, but with the festive season upon us, I went with a vibrant red. The whole experience was fantastic; the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and impeccably clean. read more

So I went a few times to really get the feel of this place. The first time I came in everyone was so nice and welcoming. I called to make my appointment because online was a bit confusing for me. My nails came out exactly how I wanted. The second time I brought my partner so we could get pedicures. This 3rd time I had my acrylics removed and received a gel builder on top of my natural nails. 10/10 would recommend this nail salon to any and everyone. So happy I found a new place. I never write reviews, but this one is long overdue! I've been going to Nails Need Love 2 for two years now, and I've tried a handful of other places in between nothing compares. The staff here is incredible, the salon is spotless, and you can always book online (plus they call to confirm, which I love). The front desk guy is a lifesaver he's squeezed me in last minute more than once. Their towels are always fresh, the massage chairs are heaven, and the whole space has that clean, chic aesthetic that makes it feel like a true luxury experience. For my birthday, I totally spaced and forgot to book ahead, but they still managed to fit me in. Normally I see Tia (she's amazing her shaping skills are unmatched and she nails it every time), but she wasn't there, so I went with Ana. Oh. My. Gosh. She delivered. I asked for a French cream and red look with some polka dots, showed her a photo, and she immediately understood the vibe. She was clear and upfront about pricing, super detail-oriented, and even added a few extra touches that weren't in the picture but made my nails pop even more. Honestly, it was the perfect birthday set. Now here's the real test: it's been a full month, and aside from the grow-out, my nails look exactly the same as the day I left. That's how you know the work and products are top-tier. If you're searching for a new nail spot. stop looking. This is it. Loved my experience here! It's tucked around a corner of the block so you can't miss it. Lots of open air and enough seating to not feel overwhelmed. I came in on a walk in and didn't have to wait at all. $38 got me a basic pedicure but she went in right away with the callus remover and nice long soaking. They time your massage and five minutes went by quick but it was so strong. The massage chairs are dreamy and cozy with lots of options. I loved my pedicure and I knew it would be great by demeanor and her attention to detail. Super happy I stopped by! Thanks Fenni! read more

I came here for the first time after searching for a new nail salon since my longtime nail tech moved out of town--and I'm so glad I found this place! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was great. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Tia did my nails and completely blew me away. Not only did she bring my reference photo to life, but she made it look even better than the picture! Her attention to detail and creativity really impressed me. Fenny did my pedicure and it was equally amazing--super thorough, relaxing, and clean. You can tell they take pride in their work here. They do excellent work every time I come. I also had my real nail split in half, but unfortunately they were not able to cut it so that it would stop splitting, but they were able to put something on it to stop it from getting worse. I will be back here again for sure. read more

This nail salon is the best! My mom and I see Tia and Steven routinely and they always do a fantastic job with manicures. I've had Yuna and Cloud a few times and they also do a great job. Everybody is so friendly and hard working! Tony will greet you as you walk in and you will immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. I was new to LBC, looking to get a fill for my hard gel manicure. Scheduling was an easy, smooth process. I was able to check into my appointment and receive service promptly. I chose Tia as the nail tech for my hard gel manicure. As a first time guest, she did not charge me to have my original hard gel removed; she only charged for the new set. The service didn't take more than 1 hr + 30. The drill file was hot on my nails, so that felt uncomfortable. Over time, my nails chipped and the polish cracked and broke off. I returned a second time looking for that simple, natural style gel fill. The service was similar to the first time: easy and efficient scheduling; the drill tool was hot on my nails again; the result lasted similarly. My real nails were separating from the gel base, the polish was chipping again. I found this frustrating and unsatisfactory. I returned a third time for a fresh fill. My schedule was hectic that day, but the salon very kindly accommodated my shifting appointment times (thank you, so much!). I did not choose a particular nail tech, but rather was open to anyone servicing my nails. I was seated with Anna. She is lovely, and did an aesthetically charming job, the drill wasn't hot at all on my nail; however I had to return the next day to touch up one of my nails because the gel didn't cure fully. When I returned to ask them to redo that specific nail, they serviced me quickly and repaired the nail at no additional cost, as per their 7 day return policy. It has been 4 days since returning to ask for a repair on my nails, and today, I came to find that the nail I needed to have redone has now cracked at the base of the tip. I am not disappointed with the aesthetic of the nails done by Tia and Anna (and the young man that did the repair), but I am disappointed that every time I've gotten my nails done here, the hard gel is not cured properly, leaving my nails and the polish to constantly chip. The result is a set that doesn't last a long time. It's my understanding that a hard gel set done well can last up to 4 weeks. I'm finding the hard gel sets that I pay for here, last less than 3 weeks. I typically pay $55 plus $20 tip. The price doesn't bother me, for what I'm asking to have done, but I really want the nails to last longer than they have been. And that's what I find disappointing about my experience with this salon. If you're looking for a quick stop to touch up your nails, this place would probably work out fine for you. But if you're anything similar to me, I prefer quality every time. I've wanted to visit this salon a couple of times before leaving a review, but I think after 3 visits, my mind is made up and I've gotten all the information I'm looking for. This review is in no way an attempt to shade the hard working employees of this establishment (they really are very friendly and helpful individuals). The space itself is fresh, modern, bright and comfortable to be in. I just wish there was more attentiveness (less rushing) to the process, especially for the laid back nail style that I ask for. read more

One of the best in the city! I have been a customer for about 6 months and I can't go anywhere else. It is so easy to call and make an appointment. I've gotten a gel x set that lasted a whole month and still looked amazing after all those weeks. The pedicures are so relaxing, but the main service I come for is the builder gel manicure. I have done this a few times and the sets always last so long. The staff are always nice and attentive, but my past two appointments have been the best with Hannah. She is very knowledgeable about nails and actually cares about their health. She fully understands the inspo and surpasses expectations. Overall, Hannah is my new girl! I love this place. I stumbled upon this nail place almost a year ago and hesitate to share the awesomeness since I want to still get an appointment when I want. Hahaha. The seasonal pedicures are a favorite, but the staff like Fenny and Cloud who are always smiling and chatting with you while performing the service give us a positive vibe. I trust my hands to Steven who hates it when I ask for something basic but loves a challenge when I want something different and fun. I always leave with compliments on my service and highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. read more

One of the best pedicures I've ever had! Hubs and I try to do pedicures on vaca and so glad we made this one happen on a short trip to SoCal. Lovely interior I love the open ceiling look. I felt very pampered with a straight up mini champagne bottle poured over my legs! Other than that I got a great massage and perfectly painted toes. Tony had great attention to detail. I personally didn't love the massage chairs however as it was a little too rough on me but hubs liked it (I'm someone that will NEVER get a deep tissue massage) so that was disappointing but the rest of the experience made up for it. I've been searching for literal years to find a nice salon with good techs and products. I stumbled across this one on my lunch break and came back after work to check them out. The front desk employee was okay with me taking a walk around and I liked what I saw. A clean, modern salon. I've now been coming here for about 8 months and I recommend them to family and friends. The price point is higher than some salons but you are getting what you pay for. read more

I recently visited Nailaneedlove Studio 2 in Long Beach for a pedicure. The space itself is super cute, welcoming, and has a really friendly vibe. Everyone there was nice, and the overall work they did looked great. That being said, during the pedicure, there were a few moments that were actually pretty painful for me. Other than that, I can't deny that the final result looked beautiful, and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. read more

I've been looking for a nice nail shop that actually does a good job for a long time. Went on Yelp today and found this spot. I'm happy to say my search is over. The salon is clean, currently upgrading the flooring. The chairs feel great, very relaxing. It smells good and music choice makes the experience relaxing. It's on the corner of 3rd and Magnolia. The staff were nice and organized. I told my family as soon as I left, to try them out. I haven't had a pedicure this good in a long time, and it was just the base service. read more

Updating my review again because I am appalled at the owner's replies to my HONEST experience after being a loyal customer who has even referred people to this salon. The owner's response is an absolute LIE and is NOT what happened when I arrived. I have a LAW DEGREE- the staff is too racist to consider the fact that I have a JURIS DOCTORATE and have no reason to lie when I file my formal complaint. Regarding the placement of my foot- I only lifted it after being REQUESTED because they did not believe my toe was chipped. I simply placed it where the manager could see it after HE ASKED ME TO. I will now be adding screenshots of the owner Amy's replies to my review in the formal complaint to the BBB. I have been coming to this salon for the last 5 months and even referred several people here. I pay close to $200 for manicure & pedicure biweekly and have had to return to the studio less than 24 hours later multiple times due to the quality of the work. I usually do not mind going back for them to fix the small errors, however, the last visit was the final straw as the manager Tony & employee Tia treated me not only rudely, but unprofessionally. I paid for a gel x manicure and they forgot to cut my cuticles- so I reminded them. Tia told me "your cuticles look fine" - My French tip gel pedicure chipped within a day and I asked them to simply fix it. They gave me a hard time when I am the customer and never apologized. Unfortunately, I will not be returning back and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality of the work lately. read more

Service was absolutely amazing! I went in to get my birthday nails and a pedicure, so I got a gel x full set with design and pedicure. I went in with inspo pics since I wasn't sure what I designs I really wanted. Tia helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and definitely made it happen. They came out so beautiful and she took her time with the details and made sure everything was perfect and it didn't take long. My pedicure also came out really pretty. I initially wanted to book with my nail tech Tia, but she wasn't working this particular day I needed my nails done before leaving out of town. Anna was available and did and amazing job!!! I explained how I no longer wanted the gel builder and preferred acrylic...I also wanted my nails extended without using tips and Anna did a fantastic job!! I showed her the design I wanted and she executed it perfectly. Thank you Anna for squeezing me in and doing such a great job! I came here for the first time to get my nails done for my wedding this week. Tia did my gel x nails - short almond with pearl design & Helen did my pedicure. They both did such an amazing job! Tia was so sweet & patient with me. The lobby and treatment room seemed clean and welcoming, and the service for checking in and out was also pleasant. The service itself was unfortunately not great... I got a Brazilian and lower half legs. My sugarista was kind and a good conversationalist, but the technique was just not there. I've been getting sugared since 2018 and this was the most painful experience. It's typical for my legs to twitch as a reflex during the backs of my calves and ankles, but I'm pretty adapted to the sensation of a Brazilian. I was sadly near tears during this service. It also took a long time, but that is understandable for sugaristas who aren't the most experienced. Because of how the service was going, I casually asked her how long she's been sugaring, and I think she answered just under 2 years. During our conversation, I mentioned to her that I sugar my own underarms sometimes to save money/time, and I ended up giving HER tips... I hope my advice at least helped her, lol. For the amount of time it took, I at least expected to have minimal hairs left behind. But my entire "horseshoe" area was still full and I had multiple patches of 6-8 hairs on each leg. To be fair, before checking out, the staff did ask me if everything seemed good, but there were so many patches that I would've felt nit-picky pointing them all out. I ended up touching up the areas myself a few days later with homemade sugar wax; it was too many hairs to tweeze away individually. Overall, I don't regret my visit because I had a wedding that weekend and couldn't get an appointment with an independent sugarista on short notice (which is how I usually get sugared). But I wouldn't recommend it as a regular place to go, especially because the prices are about par for independent estheticians who usually have 5+ years of experience. I absolutely understand that newer estheticians have to work somewhere and practice in order to reach that level of expertise, but maybe the business should have reduced prices for services with the less experienced sugaristas like hair salons do for stylists with different levels of experience.

One visit after my return, I experienced the same issue I had before. A nail broke just a few days after getting them done. I brought it to their attention, and they fixed it the same day. It only took about 10 minutes, and the repair held up really well afterward. On my next visit, I specifically requested Snowy, the technician who had fixed my nail previously. She did my pedicure this time, and I couldn't be happier. I was about to leave for a trip to Italy, and she did such a solid job that my pedicure lasted three weeks. I walked miles every day, wore heels, spent time on the beach, and had no issues at all. Snowy was meticulous and professional, and the results absolutely spoke for themselves.
