I always have such a wonderful experience here at Beyond Nails & Spa, from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff are all friendly and professional, but I especially want to highlight Carol, Mia & Tiffany, they are byfar my GOO TOO!!! Carol is incredibly attentive and makes sure every detail is perfect. She really takes her time and the work just speaks for itself. I am always super excited about the end result. I can literally show her my inspiration and she always exceeds my expectations. Mia is just as wonderful--super gentle, patient, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Both of them made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment. I also have to mention Tiffany, her pedicures are absolutely amazing! She creates such a relaxing experience, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. It all feels like a mini spa treatment, and my feet have never looked or felt better. It's not always easy to find a salon where you feel confident in the service, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. 5 years later I am updating my review because I have continually come to the spa and they have improved greatly. The unprofessional young lady I mentioned before, no longer works at the spa and I have had nothing but good customer service there. I'm also not sure if my review had them look at some of their practices, but I have not come across any unsanitary practices since the incident with the nail dip. Tiffany did my manicure, she was okay. But there were a few minor areas that needed clean up and Nguyen was able to do the touch ups. Overall, it is a decent place. I've been consistently coming for about 5-6 months now, so this review is long overdue. Lol Love it here. Sad to see the negative reviews bcos I've never had a negative experience here. All the ladies are super friendly, even my twin (we have the same name) Mia! Love her. She does a great job. But all the girls here do my nails & they all do a lovely job. Came here to get my acrylic nails removed and had them painfully ripped off, no soaking, just pried off with a flimsy plastic nail and clippers even though I had asked for them to be soaked off. Not sure if this is the standard practice here or my guy was just trying to save time. Also in between clipping off the chunks of thick acrylic bonded to my nails he was clipping his own cuticles right in front of me, pretty sure with the same tool. read more

Normally love this place, but came to get my gel x set filled and the woman who worked on my nails did not know what she was doing. They came out so uneven and messy looking, and that was after her attempt to 'fix it'. After she finished the gel color, she started filing them, removing all the color on the side of my nails, then went back and added more polish and cured it. I went in and had acrylic nails on and asked for gel X nails One of the owners took off my acrylic and gave me builder gel on my nails I asked her why not gel ex and she said I did not need it because my nails were short and that is used for longer Nails My nails have been torn and chipped after less than two weeks and they bend very easily Very poor quality The polished that was used on my nails less than 24 hours later who was chipping off After work, I had to drive back to get them to fix my nails I had originally gotten French tip. All the white was chipping off after less than one day. I asked why this was happening and he said that the meals were not cured in the light long enough I paid almost $80 just to get my nails done and was very dissatisfied with the experience. I've been coming here a while now. After the first time I came and had a bad experience everything improved until yesterday. I went in I asked for a gel x mani pedi since that's what I always get. For my finger nails, I wanted my nails removed but I wanted a structured manicure I wanted my natural nails but I wanted builder gel, she told me powder gel was better, I asked her a few different times would it be acrylic she said no, gel dip powder told me it's better for my natural nails. before I know it she is putting nail tips on my fingers I asked her why she said again for the gel dip powder, long story short acrylics were used, my fingers were burning so bad while they were getting done. she cut my finger, my pedicure came out alright although it wasn't what I asked for and I was there already for 2 hours. I showed them photos and described several times what I wanted and they said they could do it and I got nothing what I asked for. Now today I'm stuck with my finger nails still hurting from this acrylic and stuck with some horrible nail job I didn't ask for. Mind you I came here before and asked for exactly what I asked for and got just that, no clue what went wrong yesterday but I need some remedy for my nails to stop hurting. This is why I don't use acrylic this is why I asked for gel, this is why I always get gel. read more

I just did a walk in since it's just a regular day and the minute I stepped in the salon - I saw that the place is big and set up is nice - not crowded. Staff were very attentive. May did my gel manicure and fixed one broken nail. I followed her recommendation on how to fix my broken nail and she did very good. I forgot the name of the nail tech who did my pedicure but she was also amazing and did great with my toes. It also turned out that the owner Cayla use to own the nail place I go to before! What a small world! Love Cayla! She's so nice and sweet! Very good customer service. This salon is a hidden gem, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Loved our experience! Took my MIL and niece while they were out here visiting. Went in for 3 pedis, 2 of which were classic pedis and one classic with gel, with French mani and my MIL got a classic mani. I had May and she was super attentive and conversational and did my minimalistic French mani to a "T"! My niece loved her baby pink pedi that she had with Leah and really made her toes squared off! My MIL, had 2 ladies, unfortunately I can't remember their names but they did a wonderful job on hers as well. My mom was so excited to get her nails done and unfortunately made the mistake of going to this place. She specifically asked for coffin nails but wanted them a little shorter. The nail technician available said she couldn't do them as short as my mom wanted, so my mom told her to go as short as she was comfortable with for that coffin shape. It ended up looking square rather than coffin-shaped and were long. She also wanted a chrome finish, but after the first nail, my mom decided against it and told the technician she wasn't sure she liked it (in hopes she could change it to a non-chrome finish). Changing that after the first nail shouldn't have been a problem, but the technician responded with, "Well, you still have to pay," and made comments about my mom having weird nails, which I find kind of rude. Additionally, the whole process took an incredibly long time, and my mom's thumb hurts a lot. She ended up paying $75 for nails that turned out not at all what she wanted, for rude service, and a throbbing thumb. She's going to take them off after one day of having them. Overall, a disappointing experience that I don't recommend to anyone. read more
