This is a respond to the Estephany lady! This salon has never offered to work on ingrowns. Nail techs are actually not licensed to do that and you should go see a podiatrist! I was also there the day the whole ordeal happened.I love how you didn't want to share how you caused a terrible thing to happen in this peaceful salon! Please stop hiding behind a no photo profile! This salon is great my work always last more than 4 weeks. I go in for my manicure and then every 6 weeks I return for my pedicure. Everyone is educated. It honestly sounds like you are being a spiteful person. Best of luck for you and I hope you treat people better and animals.

First time here and I have so many good things to say! I've never done a Russian manicure and it was exactly what my stubborn dry cuticles needed! No other manicure or place has ever made my fingers and nails feel so cleaned up since I naturally have dry hands/nails. I'm also excited about how long they're supposed to last me and promote stronger nail growth. I attached some photos of what my nails looked like before coming in and after I got them done. They are actually so pretty and clean now. Also the place was very clean. I got mine done with Kristine, the lovely owner, who made me feel so welcomed and made sure to walk me through everything she was doing. Booking an appointment is really easy, especially if you just give them a call! Mine took about an hour and a half and no one in the place rushed their work at all (like you usually see in other places.) I also think the price was fair for what I was getting. Definitely recommend!

Kristina did an amazing job on my manicure. My nails look clean and polished. Exactly the way I wanted them. You can see the years of experience Kristina has with the quality of her work. She really cares about each client. Ariana has also done my nails and she was great to talk to. Martha did my pedicure and WOW my callus is completely gone! You can tell sanitation is a top priority to them. The salon is very welcoming and inviting. You feel like you're a part of their family.

Amazing amazing!!!!!! This place has the best Russian manicures ever, they know exactly how to clean the cuticle, shape the nail and just have a great environment, with the best service, and I have been to many many places!!!

Tried out Nailuxury Studios and it did not disappoint! Katt was amazing and so meticulous and precise, making sure my nails were absolutely perfect. Russian manicures are life-changing, and I'll definitely be back. The owner is also incredibly sweet, and everyone was so welcoming. The ambiance and music made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a salon that does Russian manicures (which isn't easy!) and they didn't disappoint! The salon was fresh and clean, the staff very friendly. I called and had no problem getting an appointment. I was warmly greeted by Christina who was the one who I spoke with on the phone. I was given a water and some snacks. Cat did a beautiful job on my nails. I will definitely go back. Tip: If you don't see the a gel color you want, ask, and they are able to do a clear gel and put the color over it!

I honestly had the best experience in my life here. It felt like such lux -- I was laying comfortably on the sofa while one girl was doing my pedicure and another - my manicure at the same time. I am so glad I found Nailuxury Studios! I've been getting Russian manicures for a little over 2 years and have traveled from Fullerton all the way to South OC, and LA to find techs. My first visit was amazing. I came in with my existing manicure looking beat up! I was greeted with such a warm and friendly greeting. Kristina and her girls are truly something special. I was offered a delicious coffee and treats (which most salons don't do anymore) and sweet Ms. Kristina got to work in my nails. There was so much attention to detail paid to this manicure. LIFECHANGING EXPERIENCE!! I was DESPERATE to find someone to help me repair my nails after two months of shopping for nail techs who would stop DAMAGING my nails! I called Kristina the same day I got my first "Russian" from someone who was false advertising, layered on the thickest uneven set, injuring my cuticle (yes I was bleeding) where you could still see the errors from the set before-- after she was done. THANKFULLY, Kristina answered the phone and hearing my desperation was able to reassure me that she could help me. I had to wait a week to let my finger heal before I could see her and it was well worth the wait! She drastically exceeded the fragility of my expectations from so many months of disappointment from "reputable" salons. What she was able to accomplish with what was left was nothing short of BREATHTAKIN! Upon walking into the door she greeted me with the WARMEST HUG-- Like... She took her time to listen to my concerns and explanations to the trauma my nails had endured prior to. She educated me on what went wrong, gave me realistic expectations and held my hand (pun intended) the entire way through! She understood the pain of the clients who sit across the bench praying for the service they desire only to be left exploited. She's incredibly passionate about what she does and has ensured that the energy and intentionality she exudes is consistent across not just her work, but her team, her GORGEOUS studio and her customer satisfaction. I cannot express in words alone how beyond grateful I am to have found her! She showed my hands soooo much LOVE ! As a Chiropractic student myself I couldn't be happier that someone could care for my hands with the same intentionality as much as I do. She even let me palpate her to make sure the nails weren't too sharp ‍ I could go on forever, but no matter where you're located you need to try this place! This was my first time at Nailuxury Studios and I have to say I had a wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed in the shop. I was able to call beforehand to schedule an appointment for a pedicure and was excited that they had an opening. Ari was my nail technician and she was awesome! She was very precise and careful during my pedicure and she did an excellent job!! She also took great care in asking if I was feeling any pain along the way and I did not experience any pain which is fantastic!! The rest of the staff there is awesome too, they were all talking to me and interacting with me as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a pedicure and more! The staff is friendly and professional, the shop was super clean and inviting and overall I had an amazing experience! I am so happy I found them! Kristina was so welcoming when I got there. Ariana was amazing too! They both explained the process, since this was my first time doing a Russian mani/pedi. They constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. I was really impressed with the detail into the work on the nailbed and cuticles. The space was well lit, bright and clean. They used new products and everyone was having a good time. Their prices are really good compared to other nail salons. The music was also really good too! I can't wait to go again in a month. Love it! The moment I walked it it was so clean and beautiful. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming! Alyssa provided the best service for me! She waxed my arms and honestly it didn't even hurt, which I was a little worried about since it was my first time. She was patient and very gentle which made me feel so comfortable. I had called and got the Owner Kristina and she immediately booked me an appt and got me into her busy schedule as a LAST client of the day .. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this location. I booked a Russian pedicure based on the great reviews, but my experience was far from it. I scheduled my appointment for 12:00 PM, and they messaged me just 20 minutes before asking to push it 30 minutes later extremely inconvenient since I live far. When I asked about timing due to my tight schedule, I got a vague "Will you be coming at 12:30?" with no apology or accountability. Had my first Russian Manicure in August, and came back after 3 weeks, let me tell you my nails have never felt so long and strong!! This is my second time coming back, I will be coming every 3-4 weeks, and Kristina and the girls never disappoint. I last minute asked if I could do a pedicure and Kristina made it happen within a snap of a finer thanks to Katt! I was anxious to ask for a pedicure cause my toenail had ripped off but is halfway of growing back, but I needed my feet to feel pretty again so Kristina and Katt easily found a way to make it happen that was safe and meticulous for me! I felt no judgment and more relaxed than I have ever felt in a nail salon, I honestly could have taken a nap with my headphones in LOL. Also I was surprised and thought it was so nice Kristina did my nails while Katt did my feet, some nail salons don't do that which makes the time go longer but they definitely did not waste anytime! Kristina is absolutely incredible!! My nails were short, brittle, weak and full of hangnails when I was a new client and now my nails are durable, long, and healthy. I'm an avid weightlifter and my nails never fail to look flawless after leaving the gym or doing work around the house. Her work speaks for itself! I had my first appointment at this nail salon today. And I found out about it from getting gas at the 76 gas station. I went online and read the reviews and viewed the pictures so I thought I'd give it a try. I called to book my appointment and the owner Kristina was the one on the phone assisting me. I could tell she had great customer service over the phone. When I walked in, I was greeted like I was a family member. The ladies there made me feel so comfortable. Katie did my pedicure and Giulie did my manicure. You really feel as if you're their only client, they take their time, they aren't rushing at all and you can tell they take pride in their work. The ladies there are so friendly and easy to talk to. It's a place I will be going back to and I even want to bring my Mom with me as well. I can't thank Kristina, Katie and Giulie enough for today! You ladies are amazing!!! I am so happy with how everything turned out. And for the one bad review, I would have been happy to wait 30 minutes for their service! Kristina is AMAZING she is such a sweetheart, but she is also very professional. I reached out to her and she responded very quickly to all my questions. My gel overlay manicure was great, which I had an appointment for. The pedicure is the issue. They added me in for the pedicure, for which I waited (they notified me that there was going to be a wait, which I was fine with, but I would've been okay without the pedicure if they told me they didn't have room/time.) So I had a classic pedicure with them, removing my previously grown out gel pedicure and asked for a natural pedicure, expecting the usual cut, toe nail filing/ shaping, and cuticle trimming. My nail tech cut the nails, but basically did a hack job on cutting them. It looked like I cut them at home. No filing them even, no shaping whatsoever -- just a messy slather of nail strengthener over my toenails. And this wasn't the first time I didn't get a color polish on my toenails/got a natural pedicure here. I think I already had a feeling when I was leaving that my pedicure wasn't that great but I couldn't really see in the dim lighting, and I was already delayed in needing to pump (breastmilk) so the engorgement/pumping was the more pressing matter on my mind of needing to get out of the nail salon. So I acknowledge it was my fault for not speaking up, but the services provided should be consistent enough that I don't have to be watching my nail tech like a hawk. Edit: when a business owner replies to your review, and basically says it takes time to achieve a "certain look", I think that's ridiculous, and frankly, a problem. Like I said, I've been here plenty of times and have gotten clear polish/pedicures at THIS LOCATION, especially when I came to THIS LOCATION when I was pregnant this past year and couldn't reach my feet. None of those experiences AT THIS LOCATION were bad. This visit just warranted a bad review and they didn't like it and didn't like the photo proof. My toenails were long and grown out (43 days since my last pedicure) so the nail tech had plenty to work with. And like I previously acknowledged, I should've spoken up but gave the reason why it didn't happen. Business owners: stop writing automatic formed responses and be proud of your business and acknowledge when you hire people who don't achieve your vision for your business and cut corners. I got a "pedicure" without a cuticle trim -- I think that's a basic at the very least.

I had to share this experience because it truly meant so much to me. I was originally going to reschedule my appointment since I'm going into labor and knew I wouldn't be able to make my scheduled Tuesday time--and they're closed on Mondays. But instead of rescheduling, my nail artist Kristina went completely above and beyond and came in on her day off, even though the salon was closed, just to make sure I could get my nails done before labor. That kind of care is rare. Kristina was absolutely incredible--she walked me through my first Russian manicure step by step, made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, and paid such close attention to detail. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The final result was exactly what I wanted--clean, beautiful, and perfect. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into such a special and relaxing experience. I'm beyond grateful for Kristina's kindness, flexibility, and exceptional service. Truly a five-star experience in every way. read more
