Just use Uber. This place price gouges because it's next to a jail. Their rates are insane.

We attempted to get an Uber/Lyft at 4:30am Sunday Morning to get to the airport. No one would accept the drive. We were forced to quickly find taxi service to make our flight on time. Google search recommended 24seven taxi. Fee was twice as much as Uber/Lyft. But we needed to get to the airport so we accepted. "Olu" arrived in a reasonable amount of time. He helped load the luggage into the vehicle. He was pleasant to speak with. About half way through the drive he asked if we had and could pay with cash. He said the company would refund the credit card charge after the fact. During the drive I checked my bank statement. The charge "finalized" before we arrived at the airport. He continued to ask for cash and said "the owner will call you". I showed him that the transaction has already gone through. "I'm not going to pay you twice and get no receipt that I paid in cash". BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their phone number immediately hangs up on you. Their social media is spotty at best. I attempted to give them the opportunity to respond before writing this. I received no response. He also had the nerve to ask for a "gift" after attempting to shake me down for cash and credit card payment. Maybe this is a single driver issue? Maybe the driver was the owner? Pay the extra money to schedule an Uber/Lyft ahead of time when needing a ride at a low volume time. ***Update**** Owner called me to apologize about the situation explaining he is attempting to have drivers take payments directly to cut out a middle man (card processors), but the online functionality has not been disabled to allow for clear communication between clients and drivers. If this had been clear ahead of time, we would have had a much better experience. read more

JUST USE UBER IF YOU CAN! ive never heard an Uber driver complain about luggage or try to up charge for it. The ones running the company really cared about customer service, but my driver was more worried about making an extra dollar the wrong way. he Claimed we over loaded his car with luggage when it was three bags that sat on laps for the ride He added 20$ to our original price that I negotiated over the phone. only reason we used this company was because they claimed they could have 2 cars for us at 5:30am which they didn't end up having. read more

I highly recommend Mel and his company given their very reliable service. Working in a consulting company, I travel on a weekly basis. Mel has been picking me up from and to the airport every week for over a year. I am impressed that he had never been late for even once and he would always wait for me when the flight was delayed. Mel is also a nice person whom I enjoy talking with. We often joke about the news and talk about some ideas that he has about his company. This makes my usual 30min ride very enjoyable. Though the rate is a little pricey than Uber, the reliable and problem-free service make it worth the money. Uber used to be good when it came out, but the quality has went down. Many times I still have to deal with a Uber driver after an exhaustive day. The service that Mel and his company provides peace of mind so that I can get home quickly without worrying about any drive issue. read more

Dead watch. Substitute Teacher. Blind chauffeur. All more reliable than this company. Set a reservation two nights prior. Thirty minutes past the reservation time and no one has showed to pick us up. We have a flight to make. Absolute garbage. Then we call their "24/7" line to just hear it ring and ring. Don't waste your time. Currently paying a 4X Uber surge because of these idiots. read more

I'm currently in the back of a standard cab from OIA to a hotel, despite booking a car with 24Seven earlier this afternoon. Why? Because when I landed, the car was still 35 minutes away. My flight was delayed 10 minutes, so if anything, it should have been early. I have no time for their incompetence, especially since it was late at night and I just wanted to get to my hotel and see my family after a long day of work and a delayed flight. Disappointed is an understatement. Also, their website is atrocious, and I couldn't find their supposed app. Try adding a link, maybe. It looks unprofessional at best, sketchy at worst. I'll never use them again or suggest them to any clients. read more

The best taxi service I've ever had. My driver Mel was very nice, his cab was incredibly neat and clean, and he answered every question I had prior to my pickup. I was charged $50 for 18 miles, which sounds pricey, but it is definitely worth it. If you are looking for safety and certainty, 24Seven is really what you need. read more

Highly recommend this company. As an executive business man, I travel often and have been using this company for sometime now and finally decided to make a review. Everytime I contact 24Seven, they are beyond professional and always go out of their way to assist my guest and I who travel here in Florida from around the world. Nearly an hour before our scheduled pick-up time I always receive an automated text with all the information needed for our pick-up to ensure everything is correct from when I made the reservation. Additionally, the drivers that have picked my guest and I up from the airport are not only professional but drive very clean vehicles which is a must for us. A few days ago, I called them with all the information needed for my executives and I to be picked up form the aiport, including the airline, flight number and approx arrival. Upon landing today, I receive an immedia test message that the driver was waiting for us at the pick-up location right outside of our baggage pickup. Like always not only was the driver right in-front but Mel the driver was very professional, had a clean car and treated my executives with amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a ride with a company who is always on time, reliable and professional. I am amazed at the level of service by this taxi company. They went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of amidst Amtrak delays.
