Stay away. We had them scheduled for a pick up from the hotel for a party of 8, confirmed and paid. They did not show up and would not answer our calls/texts.. We scrambled and had to pay again for transportation to the port and missed our check in time for our cruise. When we returned, they apologized and said we would be reimbursed the full amount. Best Luxury Transportation were contracted to pick up my party of 14 after our cruise at Port Canavera at 9:30am on April 19th 2025 and take us to MCO airport. The company called at 8am when we arrived at port to tell us that the driver was stuck in traffic due to an accident. I asked that he keep me posted as we were not debarking for another 1 1/2 & all our flights were in the afternoon. He never called me back I had to keep checking in to see if the driver was free yet and was told no several times. He was unsympathetic to my concerns of funding alternative transportation stating there were several options at the port. I ended up finding a company outside that charged us double what we paid in advance to BLT. I am aware life happens and circumstances beyond a businesses control can be inconvenient for the customer. At the end what matters is how they rectify. This company has not refunded my money for the contract they broke! I would not waste my time leaving negative reviews had the company done the right thing and refunded my money! But they did not so if you want to be stranded and lose your money by all means hire them! read more

Let me start with saying our vehicles and drivers for our 2 day site inspection in Port Canaveral were great. I booked our reservations through Limos.com. Day 1 of service was perfect, great communication and service. Day 2 also great on that front. Following our return to the airport I was invoiced for an extra hour, a toll expense and parking. First we were within our time booked, dropped off 20 minutes at the curb prior to our end time. Tolls, I have no idea but there were none the day prior. Parking on a drop off at the airport isn't a thing, we had a complementary pass for parking at our venue, so this was also a false charge. Totaling $136.30 in additional charges. I have called Limos.com no less that 4 times since mid November to try and resolve this issue. Each time they say they need to reach out to the vendor, Best Luxury Transportation to resolve and that they will call me back. Then they do not. I have diligently followed up on this as we intended to use this company for upcoming business in the area to transport a larger group, thousands of dollars in future business. I am meticulous in tracking our invoices and how I spend our company money. I had hoped that this would be an easy resolve and that I wouldn't have to leave a review like this but, I am left no choice. Book with caution and watch the time and fees. read more

I have ordered and used at least 5 different transport companies in Orlando. All have been for a ride to an even and a return ride from the event. You see, I suffered a spinal injury which causes me to not walk so well and I utilize a cane to walk. Each of these transport companies left me stranded to walk back to my hotel. One was 5 miles. Best Luxury Transportation was ontime and waited for me for the return. Traffic was hell. The police were unforgiving but Jose (our driver) made it a point to get as close to this venue so that my walk was minimal. They still keep insisting that it is a 30 day cancellation policy but according to my email receipt I have 14 days and I cancelled within that time period. See the picture I added. Just a warning too, I called multiple transport companies and everyone was very flexible with their cancellation policy, so for that reason you shouldn't choose these people. Also when I called multiple times to follow up about my cancellation, they never mentioned the 30 day policy only that they would refund me. And of course then I never heard back from them. I spoke to Jose the day before our trip into Orlando International Airport and booked a ride out to Vero Beach very late Thursday night and then a return trip on Sunday afternoon. All communications (live phone, texts, emails) were professional, efficient, and helpful. We changed our plans for Sunday afternoon and requested a different pick-up location 30 minutes later than our initial arrangement. Jose was very flexible! For both trips, we were upgraded to their lovely Escalade SUV. Our driver for both trips, Luis, was friendly and performed his responsibilities with the utmost professionalism. I booked our car service for a ride to take place in less than 48 hours and it was a seamless process. The prices were competitive with other companies I researched but I'm glad I went with Best Luxury Transportation as they had great customer service! Everything worked out like they said - and even when I contacted customer service with questions about the auto charged 20% gratuity to make sure our driver would get all of it, they responded within 30 minutes! This is a DISRUPTABLE COMPANY! I booked transportation from the Orlando airport and back in Feb 2012, for our May 2012 vacation. I specifically booked an SUV due to our large amount of luggage and booked for specific times based on our flights. The airport pick-up went fine. But, when I tried to call Best Luxury Transportation 2 days before our pick-up to confirm our pickup to go to the airport, the phone was never answered and my calls not returned. Finally, one hour before we were due to be picked up, I received a text saying the SUV was stuck in traffic near Jacksonville, and would not arrive for two hours! When I asked if they could send two cars for us and for our luggage, they said cars were not available for 4 hours! We called Mears and they picked us up within 45 minutes and we had good service from Mears. read more
