I had a really challenging experience here and would not recommend it if you are used to going to high-quality places. I thought I could come here and get more affordable injections. What ended up happening was they wanted me to do a much higher amount of Botox that I normally do, which I refused to do. And the Botox they did on me had almost zero effect so I paid for pretty much nothing. I just came in for my check up, and when I showed them that the Botox did not work, there was no accountability, no willingness to finish the job without more pay, and no offer of a refund. Also, The only way they do lip injections is at the top of the lip so they won't put it at the spit line so you end up looking like you've had lip injections and it looks fake. The whole thing for me was a total waste of time and money, and one of those classic lessons: you get what you pay for. Also, the bedside manner of the staff was pretty infuriating. There was a lot of gaslighting, no accountability, no flexibility, not believing me about my experience. So this place is a bit of a cattle call, one-size-fits-all factory, and not at all a high-quality place. read more

Sorry this is a long review but I wanted to sum it all up. I've been to one other place for lip filler and a lip flip. Honestly, I'm not very picky with what I want as far as lip shape goes so I normally leave it to the injectors because they know what they're doing. Here's what makes NakedMD special: Somehow, the numbing cream they use works better than anything I've tried. In fact, it didn't hurt at all but at the last place I went, it was a 8-10 pain level. I do have a very high tolerance for pain, too. Their staff is incredibly kind and they listen to what you want. That last place I went had a few issues. They made me feel bad about my face and tried to upsell me on things I wasn't going there for. The mean girl energy got to me. I'm 44. The women are in their early 20s. I'm going to look different than them and not everyone wants a frozen face. Plus, people think I'm in my early 30s all the time anyways. They also mixed up my appointments not once but 3 times resulting in me going there only to be told they messed up. Mistakes happen, but this happened to me 3 times. The other clinic's injectors are rude. She told me I can't get filler closer to the side of my lip and only in the middle. While I understand they are being as safe as they can but it made my lips uneven. My right top lip was fuller on the left. The women working at the desk as well as the esthetician and injectors are the opposite of what the other place was. The place I went was way overly cautious and it was clear that they have a very, very conservative approach. I can appreciate that, but it felt like a way to get you to spend more. So much so that they wouldn't do a full syringe. I had never had lip filler so my lips were totally fine and no migration. My natural lips are very thin. Before you get your other half of filler, your previous filler is mostly gone because they make you wait 6 months for a touch up . So, instead of adding filler for fullness, each time I went it was like I was starting over again. My lips looked the same, too. One time they didn't even use anything close to a half syringe so it was a waste of money as you can't save the rest of the syringe for your next appointment (this is everyone's policy, so that was not in them per se, but again the overly cautious approach is very extreme) I find their prices to be worth it and generally less than a lot of established places because they are always having deals and discounts. Download their app for easy booking and special pricing. Their services and office would make you think they are they are more expensive than they are. Again, for me it's the vibe of the office and staff that brings me back each time. They also have complementary facials with some services. I plan to only go to NakedMD from here on out. read more

After seeing so many ads for naked Md on my Instagram, I ended up booking an appointment for under eye PRF. I read a lot of great reviews about Anna so I specifically requested to have her perform the procedure. The Glendale location has a lot of street parking and is on the 4th floor. The med spa itself is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and the staff were all lovely. Alma was super sweet and helped me finish my forms, got me settled into a room and talked me through the procedure and happily answered any questions I had I was given lidocaine to numb my eye area, and Anna and another nurse came to draw my blood. Once I was numbed, Anna was so sweet and incredibly gentle! She made the whole experience very comfortable, would let me know ahead of time when she was about to poke the needle, and overall it was a pretty pain free experience I had a bit of swelling afterwards (totally normal) but I healed so quickly and most importantly, THE RESULTS have been amazing! The skin under my eyes feel so soft and smooth, I look much more refreshed and definitely makes me look a little younger and I already have my second appointment booked Thank you ladies for a wonderful first time experience! read more

I went to Naked MD in February. I got Botox and lip fillers. Lilly was my injector and was not happy with her work. It was my first time visiting naked MD. I had asked Lilly if she can add filler to the side of my lips (smile lines) she said no because the area had to be smoother. Which that didn't even make sense. She just brushed me off and didn't explain as if she was rushing. Anyways my lips have lumps still and one side of my top lip is bigger than the other side. I feel like I got botched by Lilly at the Glendale location. When I was in the lobby I heard the receptionist scheduling others a 2 week complementary massage. I was not offered the 2 week massage. I really wanted to like this place for my face. I did get a facial and the girl was so sweet and knowledgeable. I give her 5 stars. read more
