My towed to the dealership after shutting off while driving and would not restart. Service tech calls and wanted to know what was the problem. I was told that during tagging a tech started the vehicle and allegedly drove it for 15 minutes without it shutting off. After approving over $1100 of repairs I picked the vehicle up and after 36 miles the engine threw a rod. This was after I was charged $329.24 for spark plugs and labor. I got the dealer management group involved and Kia approved an engine replacement. Now my service tech is still trying to get more money, said my bottom radiator hose is leaking and when informed that there wasn't any leaks prior to them receiving the vehicle my pickup time moved from Friday to Tuesday and I am currently two days past that with no word from anyone. Draw your own conclusion , I will update this post. Tomorrow will be 30 days without a vehicle and I am 71 retired and either have to catch a ride, ride share or walk to appointments, get groceries or attend church since I am outside the metro area. I had a 10am appointment to simply get a software update to fix a recall for a cruise control problem. They hand you a sheet of paper to fill out the same information you provided them online when you made your appointment. I asked how long it would be (I had no other option but to wait, as I live 20 miles away) and they told me it wouldn't be ready until nearly 1pm. Almost 3 HOURS. Worse yet, it actually took 3.5 HOURS. When I asked my service rep about this, she said the appointment time was just a CHECK IN time, and it routinely will be at least a couple hours before your service might be completed. I will not return to this dealership for any routine service I can get closer to home. They appear to be chronically over scheduled, and virtually everyone in the service waiting room was upset about some aspect of their service visit, whether it was wait time, or not having parts available they knew they would need to complete their scheduled service. read more

Purchased a used Kia from this dealership and didn't have it a week before I started getting "check forward collision assist system error" and one other error. I took the car back to the dealership and the manager told me that they would not repair it because I purchased it as is. Almost $900 to repair. You would think that if you pay $12,000 for a car used or not from a large dealership like Nalley you would have a good running car and not have to pay money for repairs in the 2nd week owning the car. Zero! The experience and so far it has been horrible. I have reached out to the Kia corporate office regarding my concern. Ronnie called me to advise that my car is not covered due to "sludge" in the engine which he has not shown any proof. I think it is a gross conflict of interest for the individuals who benefit from my out of pocket repairs being the decision makers of whether or not my car is covered under warranty. I have given a 1 star review of Kia of Conyers located on Mall Parkway and other detailed complaints because as a customer that has maintained my car (which my normal technician can vouch for and I have receipts to prove) this is not ok. I recently purchased a 2022 Telluride Nightfall edition. The only positive thing about the car buying experience was Brian my sales man and the sales manager Juawn. the rest of the experience was more than terrible, THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY NOT EVEN FOR MAINTENANCE, the finance manager was disrespectful to myself and my wife on several occasion to the point it almost got physical between he and i because as he said "he ain't the one" and corporate nor the General management care. Customer service is obviously not their priority at all, they just want your money. This was the worst car buying experience i've ever experienced after the actual sale. If you dont want to use their financing DONT BUY HERE, if you are a cash customer DONT BUY HERE. Would not recommend unless you have already purchase your car from this exact dealership.Basically does not want any new customers. Would had love to upgrade but could not get any service done. Service department said they are not taking ANY NEW CLIENTS UNTIL JANUARY. Also they will not tell you if anyone else books are open. Figure everything out yourself is the attitude I was given. Had to have my entire engine replaced due to a known issue with the truck. Less than 2 months of being replaced the, the "new engine" was running hot. They would not even look at my vehicle for 3 weeks. They refused to give me a loaner or rental. I requested management and no one would call me back. The people that answered the phone were rude and made me feel like all of this is my fault. This is the worst car and customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I would never recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership. Or any KIA dealership for that matter. read more

Service department at Nalley Kia at Stone Crest is horrible. If you've made an investment in a Kia I suggest you take your car to another dealership. I purchased a new off right off the showroom floor 2015 Kia Sorento from another dealership in ATL. Because Nalley was close to home EVERY service on my car was done at Nalley. What ever they recommended I did it. I put my trust in them. When I learned of the engine issue with the 2015 model I was concerned. I asked at each service appointment that they check to be sure my car was not included in the recall for the engine and each time service assured me that my car was not a part of the recall. At 109,000 miles I started my car and the engine exploded and white smoke came from under the hood and the tail pipe. I backed the car out of my garage as far from my house as it would move and shut it off. It never worked again. My husband spoke to the Service Manager who basically told him "These things happen". We beg to differ this should not happen when zi had every service either early or on time. We asked for pictures and an autopsy of what caused this to happen and they refused to provide me with any pictures, reason why this happened when they performed every service for the 4 years I owned the car. Shortly after I began getting notices from Kia manufacturer that my car was in fact a part of the recall. I also rec'd a letter on the class action suit that my car was a part of. I could not recoup any losses as Nalley would never provide written proof to me of why the car engine blew up. I also later found that rear differential work that they claimed to have done under warranty was never done as well. Stay away from Nalley and save your money....don't buy a Kia. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have my regulator in my window fixed. I dropped my car off the day before the appointment, when I called to check on the status of my car, my advisor didn't even know my car was there! I had to give him my VIN number so that he and his valet could try and locate my car. He said he would call back, but he never did, I tried calling the service department SEVERAL times and Ms. Key walked back there to find out the status of my car. My car was at the dealership for 2 weeks, for something that only took about 2 hours to fix. Customer service is not good, Fitz even told me and another customer that we could take our cars to another dealership if we wanted too. That is NOT good customer service, he didn't do what he said he was going to do. He didn't call back like he said he would, after coming to the dealership to get my car and wait for the part to come in, he said a MIRACLE happened, he would have the part the next day and I could get my car, BUT he forgot to call the warranty company that day, so he called us on the next day to come and pick up the car, but after driving up to the dealership because HE hadn't spoken with the warranty company he couldn't release my car!!!!! The manager Sean came over to talk with us to try to make things right, but by now I am sooo upset at how things were handled, I just wanted to get my car and leave.....I don't like giving bad reviews but this was awful. Customer Service needs lots of work at this dealership. The day that I went to pick up my car Anthony and Sean showed compassion to us. Repairs that were made did not resolve issue with Kia Soul On December 2, 2019 I took my Kia Soul in to Nalley Kia Stonecrest for an issue of a sqealing noise coming from vehicle. After the technician inspected the vehicle he suggested i replace all belts on the vehicle. I informed him i had previously replace all belts. With his recommendation i had all belts replaced except the timing belt.Total cost $206.91 I brought the vehicle back to Nalley Kia Stonecrest on 1/17/20 after getting the car from my daughter and hearing the noise was still an issue. Upon arrival at Nalley Kia Stonecrest at checkin I told the service advisor I was willing to ride with technician to point out the noise, this offer was not accepted. After waiting for about 2 hours Tyler Louis my adviser told me the Technician could not find or recreate the issue. I informed him that I told them at checkin I was willing to ride with tech and point out issue. Tyler told me once tech was finish with the current vehicle he was working on he would ride with me saw I could point issue out. After about 1 hour he comes back and tells me that the tech found the noise and its the timing belts. I informed Tyler I had the timing belt replaced already, I also told him on 12/2/19 I had all the other belts replaced except Timing belt. I informed him I was not willing to pay any additional money because I felt they missed diagnosed the issue in December. What they did in December did not fix the issue. After the manager and master tech looked at the vehicle they now suggested I replace the water pump for a cost of $485.19. I agreed to this based on their professional technical expertise that this would fix the noise issue.. It took until 2pm on 1/18/20 for the vehicle to be ready. Once I picked up vehicle and pulled out of Nalley Kia Stonecrest parking lot on Mall Drive I heard the same noise I brought the vehicle in for in December and on 1/17/20. I took vehicle right back to service department and informed the adviser Tyler. He told the Manger and the manager had the Master tech ride with me to hear the noise. Now the Master tech is telling me the noise I am hearing is a different noise. Its not the same noise I brought the vehicle in for and that they fixed the vehicle original noise issue. We are at a disagreement at this time and I want to speak with the GM of location. The GM, myself and the Service manger met on 1/21/20 and the only thing they will state is they fixed the noise issue and there is a new noise. They are unwilling to refund money for work and we cannot come too resolution. The manager ask me to come in on 1/22/20 to ride with the Master tech so he can tell me what is causing the new noise issue. I am going to take ride with Master tech, but this will not satisfy anything as its an out for them from having to refund my money. I don't want them working on the vehicle any further because I don't feel their competent to base on my current experience with them. read more
