One of our new favorite Indian restaurants! We went between lunch and dinner; just missing the lunch buffet. It was nice and quiet, but enjoyable. The naan was pure perfection. I loved the green chili naan and the garlic cheddar naan. The mint sauce was absolutely my favorite to dip it in. The meat trio I ordered was perfectly cooked and while described as an appetizer, I found it to be perfect sized and came home with leftovers. The service was outstanding. They do have a robot to serve, but we only saw it once. Not a huge fan of that. Oh well! The food made up for a robot! I will absolutely come back!

Such a great spot! I tried their lunch buffet, which meant I could try a variety of items. While I've had a lot of Indian food, it was nice to be able to try some new things! The staff greeted us open arrival and was very kind as well!

Best buffet place where you get everything at one stop. They have veg, non- veg , snacky items, chats , desserts. Namaste also has dosa nights over the week days. Mushroom pepper fry is a must try , I am not a mushroom person but it took me with surprise. They have a nice outdoor seating in summers. The ambience is good and parking lot is huge so we get it with less hassle. Service is good and staff is really friendly.

The food was excellent, spiced perfectly and the service was very hospitable. I was driving through town, craving Indian food and happened to see, on Yelp, that Namaste was close by. I called to check if they had the buffet that day and if it was still open, they confirmed and told me come on in. The food was some of the best Indian food I have had, ever. Considering it was on their lunch buffet makes it even more impressive. I saw a negative review that someone felt like they were not treated well due to not being Indian, I had the opposite experience. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and hospitable. Excellent place!

Got the briyani special and it was SO MUCH FOOD. We did carry out and had plenty of leftovers!

Food was delicious, but if you're not an Indian customer, good luck trying to get the service. This place seems to have a lot of regular customers. My son and I were there on a Saturday night for over 50 minutes before we finally got our food and that's because I yelled at them. They sat 5 Indian customers after us and they all get their food before we did. The server was very apologetic. It's just hard to rate it 4-5stars when you had to watch 5 tables that came after you got their food before you did. If this place gets the service part right, it would definitely have been a 4-4.5 stars for me because the food is delicious and one of the servers very polite.

Been coming here for many years. It's always been great. The latest ownership has done a fantastic job of re-vandalizing. Highly recommended for Indian buffet

The service was great. Very attentive. The food took a little bit longer than I expected but it was very good. The cheese naan with added garlic was perfectly made. The lamb tikka masala was also very good. The samosa appetizer I was ok but I wouldn't order it again. Overall I would come back

I was delighted to discover that the family that runs my favorite Indian to-go place, Cafe India (Franklin, TN), has picked up this place. This particular venue had previously changed hands multiple times in the past 3 yrs. Previously going by Hydrabad Cafe(?) and Persis. The current owner, Uday was busy cooking in the back when I arrived during their Lunch Buffet (11am-2:30pm). As the heart and soul of the place, he's highly involved and keeps standards high. Food: The food was outstanding. A level above in terms of quality. My favorite, outside of the stereotypical Butter Chicken, was the Veg Korma, Roganjosh and this amazing desert called Dudh Dulari, which was lightly milky and had pineapple pieces and other fruits that were shredded. I highly enjoyed it! Service: The staff are all incredibly nice, attentive and work almost *too* hard :p Ambiance: The music and decore were all authentic without being too much. Misc: The bathrooms were clean and smelled good! I highly recommend a visit on a normal time, and definitely to the buffet to get a sample of many of the things they have to offer.

I absolutely love the buffet. The food is a little spicy for me. However it's still really good. I enjoyed all of the dishes.

There are plenty of dining options in our area, but none have been as consistently delicious as The Rutledge. Every visit reminds us why it's become one of our favorite spots. Part of me selfishly wants to keep it a secret, but after five years of great meals and experiences, I felt it was time to let everyone know just how amazing this place really is. Highly recommend!

I was talking up this drink I originally had there, but also had at the sister location in DT Nashville that they called to get the recipe and surprised me at the table with after raving about it (the international) the waitress proceeded to argue that I had the name wrong it was a pretty gross experience. Do not look at any online menus wait until you get to the restaurant. We had a colleague who is celiac we asked about a separate menu (you would have thought I asked if they did brain surgery) because there are no markers on the regular menu, the waitress proceeds to lecture the person on what they should order at restaurants... She was a different individual interacting with the mens end of the table than she was with the lady's side. We opted to share several things. Thankfully the food is still on point. And it is still beautiful. The drinks we ordered were tasty. That is why this review got a 3 and not a 2.

The Pond is a self described dive bar located in a strip mall area in Franklin Tennessee…read more I like to patronize places that aren't chains and aren't super popular spots when I travel, as I enjoy being around common folks in areas that I go to. The Pond doesn't disappoint. It is exactly what one would expect when seeking a dive bar atmosphere. A little ratty, a little rowdy and a whole lot of fun. The coup de grace was they had Guinness on tap, which was completely unexpected. We traveled to Franklin looking for an alternative to Broadway in Nashville on our first night in town. It is worth the trip. Franklin is a very old town with great old architecture and buildings over 200 years old that still look stunning. The Pond was the real reason for my drive down although it was our last stop on our tour of Franklin. The staff was friendly, the Hamburger and fries was delicious, and the beer was cold. They have many options to choose from on tap. They have Darts inside and a couch you'd find down in your friends basement that he found on a tree bank trash day, but that simply adds to the dive bar charm. We stayed for one drink and the burger as we were exhausted from a red eye flight the night before. If you're looking for a dive bar that stays open late and apparently gets packed as the night goes on, this is the spot for you. Most places close early in Franklin, so this is apparently the after hours spot that everyone ends up going to when all other options are closed. The Pond reminded me of a few dive bar spots in Vegas, and I have to recommend you pay them a visit, if for no other reason, just to say you've been there.

Stable Reserve is such a gem in downtown Franklin. We originally stopped in just for a quick drink…read moreand snack as a mid-day reset, but it ended up being one of the highlights of our day. We grabbed one of the small outdoor tables on a warm spring afternoon--perfectly shaded, great temperature, and honestly an ideal people-watching spot. I started with the Black Tie espresso martini. I had my eye on the Sunburnt, but since their espresso martinis typically include dairy (and I'm lactose intolerant), the bartender went above and beyond to accommodate me. They made a dairy-free version of the Black Tie and even added coconut--it was absolutely delicious. Jonathan went with the Summer Mule, which was everything you want in a mule with a tropical twist from the pineapple--light, crisp, and refreshing. But the second round is what completely sold us. Jonathan ordered the Double Oaked Old Fashioned--we were warned it was high proof and spirit-forward, which is exactly our style. It did not disappoint. I went with the Tea Time Old Fashioned, made with tea-infused whiskey, and it was everything I hoped for: reminiscent of a sweet tea bourbon, but more bourbon-forward and not overly sweet. Both drinks were dangerously good--we finished them way too quickly. They were unfortunately out of cheese for the charcuterie board, so we pivoted to the "Main Stream Mix" of nuts. Jonathan's official review: "underrated." Honestly, he's right--it was super flavorful and weirdly addictive for a nut mix. The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was even live music playing inside. It was the perfect volume--more of a background vibe than a full performance--so we could easily carry on a conversation without having to shout over it, which made the experience even better. Overall, such a great experience--we wouldn't hesitate to come back!
