I was also given wipes that I was told were free, but when I got to the counter, I was told I had to pay for them. I felt like I was being charged more without my clear consent or understanding. The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. When I returned and explained what happened, she seemed annoyed and again used an electric file, which caused a burning sensation. When I pulled away, she rolled her eyes at me. I refuse service with her and the relationship with the salon turned sour, guessing because she is the owner lol anyways I've taken my business elsewhere there's hundreds of great nail salons out there and better technicians that would take better care of your nails.
