I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment.
