My friends really liked this place so I was curious as to why. So when we got there I realized it was a smoothie bowl place. It was a bit cold yesterday, but I can always do a smoothie bowl. However I say they had an oatmeal bowl, so I opt for that instead. Well When I got my bowl it was warm which I didn't expect I thought it was gonna be like overnight oats. So I was pleasantly surprised. Bust then I was soon disappointed. I ordered the blueberry/strawberry bowl, and literally that's is what I got no pizzazz or anything not even honey on top. It was the berries and sliced almonds. Not bad right, butbwjen i went to tale my first bite? The oatmeal me just felt stiff. It was steelcut oats but it had ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR! It also was kinda stiff. I then asked for a drizzle of honey to try and soften it up and add some sweetness to it, but it didn't help. Usually oatmeal should be a bit softer not soupy but a bit loose and creamier. This was very stiff. I asked the server in the future could the oatmeal be made with coconut milk or something, she said they normally just use water, which I guess is fine but they dont use enough water so that the oatmeal is a bit more loose. And it has ZERO flavor. The berries did t add much flavor at all. I just figured a place that was steadily busy, would have more to their oatmeal bowl than just oatmeal with berries on top. The should take these bowls off the menu. I said next time I go I amd gonna ask if the can mux in sime coconut milk and honey when they make it and see what they say. So it is worth going back b/c my friend enjoyed her Açai bowl, and I do wanna try one for myself b/c they have so many different smoothie bowls, but unfortunately for me opt for the oatmeal one b/c it was heartier..oh well... So yes I recommend but dont get the oatmeal unless you do what i suggested and ask for some type of milk or even just more hot water amd honey to be added..that is if you don't like stiff unflavored oatmeal.

I stopped in at the coffee shop next door and had planned to work from there for a while until I didn't see any outlets. So I got out of line and scoped out KMC and alas, an outlet. I've only ever had the juices for purposes of cleaning and almost grabbed one of the juices on this visit, but I glanced at the specialty drinks and went for Matcha Latte. The girl behind the counter suggested the Matcha Rose Latte, so I decided to get that instead! I sure am glad I did. It was good! As for my working experience, it was amazing. The music was on point and it was just a lovely ambiance.

I was expecting an açaí bowl with blueberries and strawberries on top (per the menu description). When I asked why they were not there, they told me it was in the blend. Overall I am disappointed with the lack of fruit, volume, and presentation for the açaí bowl. Also I asked for no dates or cashews for the bowl and asked to replace them with chia seeds and goji berries. They accurately removed the dates and cashews but charged me $2 extra for the chia and goji. So...no substitutions I guess. I paid $18 for a rather disappointing (though still tasty) bowl. Looking at it further I realized my mistake. The deluxe açaí bowl would have had the toppings I wanted for just $1 more. Did not realize the cashews and dates and strawberries and blueberries were all just part of the "açaí blend" That serves as the base for both the regular bowl and deluxe bowl. I thought those were toppings.

Located in Little Five Points, this ATL staple is convenient to a quaint neighborhood for shopping, dining, people watching and Atlanta culture immersion. The hot bar is phenomenal - unmatched. I particularly love the spelt biscuits from the weekend breakfast bar. The grits and tofu scramble are also good. If you're familiar with and love Tassili's, but don't love the wait, you can pick up the wraps here as well. And if you're feeling fancy - wanting to try some vegan, premade meals, take a look in the refrigerated case for everything from kale salads, chia pudding, kelp noodles, and vegan spaghetti to sprouted quinoa, collard greens, vegan shrimp and vegan Mac and cheese. The frozen food, nuts and dried fruit sections are also well stocked. I canNOT say enough about this space. If you haven't visited, it's a MUST STOP IN.

If you prefer a more holistic approach to eating, drinking, and overall self care, this place is absolutely worth visiting. They had an impressive selection of products, from wellness drinks and healthy snacks to skincare, body care, and oils for skin and hair. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. One of the main reasons I stopped in was for sea moss, and they had great options available. I also picked up some healthy snacks while I was there and was not disappointed at all. I was only visiting the area, but this is definitely a store I would return to. The only downside was timing. I wish I had more time to browse because I had to rush in and out as they were close to closing. Their hours are something to be mindful of if you want to take your time exploring everything they offer. Parking was very easy since they have their own lot connected to the store. Because it was midweek and close to closing time, it was not busy at all, which made for a calm and easy shopping experience. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking to support their wellness journey with quality, holistic products. I just wish I had more time there and will plan better next visit. As far as pricing point, I would say it is you know comparable to a Whole Foods or a sprouts so if you are more of a bargain shopper, this may not be ideal for you although some things were priced well like some of their skin care I felt like you know may have been definitely compared to like market value.

Definitely a great Kickstarter. Two hours later I had the Hard to beet. This was my favorite! Don't judge me. I love beet drinks. Next I had the green love detox drink, it tasted like other green juices that I have had; very light and refreshing. The last one was the sunshine in a bottle. I was very happy with all 4 and I will go back for a 2-3 day detox. The Monday Motivation was a great Kickstarter!
