Laquita provided excellent professional service and took great care of us. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming while soft music plays in the background. The food is fresh, made to order, and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The experience was great as we were out of town. Decided to do brunch and everyone enjoyed their meals. Everything came fresh cooked to order. I enjoyed my mocktail and I love the option of free accessible parking as I've heard. It is bad in Atlanta. Customer service was very friendly and attentive, and I was also able to use my inKind discount which made this a bonus.

This is our second time at this location, and every experience at Grits and Eggs is a hit. Today, we had the chicken and waffles with a caramel macchiato. Absolutely delicious! This remains a favorite breakfast spot!

Grits and eggs never misses! Customer service is good and they are consistent. Free parking , fast service and bomb food. Their beignets are a must !!! Catfish fried and seasoned to perfection! Yams and Mac n cheese the bomb ! Can't go wrong with anything on their menu !

    French toast breakfast for delivery

Yesss just yesss!! Every single item was seasoned perfectly, cooked well and presented lovely. Even though I ordered delivery, all of my food was cooked and packaged ideally and the food arrived hot. I ordered the French Toast - Bananas Foster style with Home Fries (included onions and peppers) and Eggs fried hard. I opted for no breakfast meat. French Toast - Bananas Foster style came with two brioche bread slices, one slice of strawberry and two blueberries as well as a side of fosters sauce and two syrups. The bread slices were big and thick and with the fosters sauce amazing. I did not even need to use syrup. - Grade A+ Home Fries - although I got very little onions and peppers, they were seasoned and cooked exquisitely. I did not need to add any seasoning, and that is rare for me with potatoes. Bonus note: they supplied every condiment one may need (ketchup, salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter and syrup). Grade - A+ Eggs - fried hard, came with two eggs. They were cooked to perfection and lacked nothing. - Grade A+ I highly look forward to eating from here again, and am glad to know they have multiple locations. Keep up the delicious work Grits and Eggs!

I ordered Grits and Eggs for pickup and maybe that's where I went wrong. It was just okay, nothing special. They put all the ingredients in their omelette on top rather than inside - I'm not the biggest fan of that method. Everything just tasted okay. Overall I wasn't that impressed

4.8/5 Came here for a nice weekend brunch. We were seated immediately upon arrival which I liked. Keep in mind the seating is very close but they do accommodate large parties. I got the blackened salmon and grits, which was really good. I also liked the way the salmon was good. My gf got the chicken wings with two sides, being fries and Mac & cheese. The mimosas were nice and strong in alcohol, but the cranberry ginger wasn't strong in flavor. She has a shellfish allergy so they did let us know they have two separate fryers. Our waitress was really nice and attentive.

The service was good. The presentation was nice. The food was tasty. The downtown location is nice, seating is very tight. The restaurant was not busy , moderate traffic but they sat everyone right on top of each other. No elbow room. It was clean and well maintained. The food was enjoyable.

Grits & Eggs has quickly become one of my favorite spots! The food is consistently amazing--those grits? Chef's kiss. Creamy, flavorful, and downright comforting. Every dish I've tried has been delicious--literally haven't had a single bad bite. What really sets this place apart though is the people. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the owner treats you like family. You can tell they truly care about the experience, and it shows in every plate they serve. If you're looking for good food and even better vibes, this is the place.

I was on the fence of giving this place 4 or 5 stars. I decided to give 5 stars because the service and taste are wonderful. This location is at the back of a strip mall. You cannot see this place from the main street. There is plenty of parking. The venue is on the bottom floor. It is bright, clean, and smells good in here. Bartender was extremely nice. She made a couple of food recommendations and talked with me as I waited for my food. I ordered the fried red snapper with creamy grits and I added blackened shrimp. Adding 6 pieces of shrimp cost $12. The fried red snapper was fried to perfection. I really liked the grits and the creole sauce on the grits. This place serves good food and is a nice spot. I will come back.

The food was decent but just okay. We got here on a Saturday for brunch. I order fish and grits w/French toast and strawberries. While I was charged extra for the strawberries, I only got a slice of one, w/ 2-blueberries. My Son enjoyed the fries but his sandwich was a bit hard for him. The beignets were tasteful and bottle water was extra versus tap. A bit unimpressed especially b/c service lacked too!

My friend and I were in ATL for 24 hours to see Beyoncé, we had just flown in and were starving! We heard great things about Grits and Eggs so we thought we'd give it a try. We got in right before the brunch rush and were seated right away. Chrissy was our server and she was amazing. Very kind and warm! I am an indecisive person and age helped me decided on what to order and she did not steer me wrong! The fried catfish and grits were amazing!!! The best we've had, we also added a side of cheese eggs, Mac and cheese, and finished with the beignets. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely visit again.

One thing I really loved was the photo booth outside in the parking garage--it was such a fun touch and made the visit even more memorable. The only downside was the parking. Unless you're lucky enough to find street parking, you'll have to park in the garage, which wasn't my favorite. Other than that, everything was great. The bartender was incredibly kind and patient, especially since I'm very picky about drinks. She helped me choose one that I ended up loving. The atmosphere inside was also really nice, with a fun and welcoming vibe. I'd definitely come back!

SUPER unimpressed with my visit here…read more Based on the decor, especially the photo area in the parking deck and the fake flower arch outside, my first impression was that this was going to be a "TikTok trap": a restaurant focused more on aesthetics than food or service. Unfortunately, that impression ended up being accurate. It took forever for our food to come out. The parties around us were clearly frustrated as well. I watched one table become visibly irritated, while another guest stopped a server to ask if the food being carried out was theirs because they had apparently been waiting over an hour. As the wait dragged on, I started paying closer attention to the decor, which I personally found tacky and gimmicky, especially the fake greenery hanging across the ceiling. The fried green tomatoes and sweet heat wings were really good, and I started to rethink my initial assessment of the restaurant. Everything went downhill from there. My "Rich Boy" sandwich itself was good, but it came with completely unseasoned fries. When I mentioned that I was supposed to have the "Rolex" fries, the server told me the plain fries were what I got. After clarifying with another server, they brought out the actual "Rolex" fries, which appeared to just be fries with a little parmesan and parsley on top. Supposedly they were truffle fries, but there wasn't even a hint of truffle flavor. My partner ordered the veggie sausage, which was overcooked and dry. Their eggs came out over easy instead of over medium, and the "signature grits" were more like cream cheese with a little bit of grits mixed in. We were told more grits would be brought out, but they never came. Another person in my party ordered the Southern seafood pasta, which had literally one piece of spinach in it. When she asked about it, the server responded that there was "more spinach coming." At that point, it became clear that Barney's is selling the illusion of luxury in order to justify premium prices for subpar food and service. It really was a TikTok trap after all. To make matters worse, when the check came, we were charged an additional $1.50 for eggs that already came with the meal. The explanation was that the eggs "came from the shell." Others in my party were also charged extra for liquor on top of the listed menu price for their drinks. Overall, I absolutely did not enjoy my experience here, and I will not be returning. Oh, and that other party that was visibly irritated with the wait had to wait even longer because there was a hair in their food.

The cucumber mint lemonade was AMAZING. Too bad it's $4 for a small glass with no refills. Now for the rest... they were out of fries, which normally come with the burger, but I was charged an extra $3 to substitute Brussels sprouts. The server never mentioned there would be an upcharge. I only found out when I got the bill. When I questioned it, she basically said she couldn't control the system. My issue isn't even the $3. If you're out of the side that comes with the meal, customers shouldn't have to pay extra for a replacement. And I definitely don't appreciate surprise charges on my bill. I had my child with me, so I wasn't about to go back and forth over $3. I paid it and kept it moving. Another surprise was that they don't offer free water. If you want water, you have to buy a bottle. Between paying for parking, paying for bottled water, and no drink refills, the little charges started adding up. I felt "nickled and dimed." The music couldn't decide what vibe it wanted. One minute we could talk normally, and the next minute we were basically at a concert. There was also a leak in the ceiling, and near the restrooms there was a smell that reminded me of old wet towels. On the positive side, the host was amazing. He was super personable and welcoming. They also turn those tables over FAST. By the time we paid, our dishes were gone and the table was already cleaned and ready for the next group. The food is what saved this review. There were just too many little things that took away from what could've easily been a 5-star experience.
