This food hall has a wealth of selections, although, the price points seem to be a bit high for the quality of food that is served. I ordered from Buzzen Burgers. The burger was quite delicious, and the brussels sprouts were crispy fried. There are a lot of different restaurants to eat at and a bar in the main room. I was surprised that it wasn't super crowded for a Saturday night. We did not eat there but the food looked good and was reasonably priced. We decided to go to Okay Anny's for a drink, which is a super cute cocktail bar at the very back. It is dark and cozy with beautiful, neon decor. The drinks were handcrafted and very tasty, and were about $12-16 each. There was plenty of seating especially for a decently large group of almost 10 people. If you're in the area, this is a great spot to go to for a drink and have great food options right outside of it too. read more

This is like a food depot... several different places to eat at that all share community seating. There is even a big bar area for all in this location. I got a pizza that was done wood fired style and pretty quickly. I looked around first vetted out each spot (a lot of Asian food offerings) and then decided on the pizza. Honestly it was ok. It needed just a few mins more on the cook but the flavors were good. This is a good place to bring a large group! Lots of space, multiple selections for food, a huge bar and then some entertainment too. Wish she had never set up! All of a sudden we got a music trivia deal set up right next to us that just about blasted us out of the location! It was Unnecessarily loud! Way too loud... it for sure cut our party, of over 20 people, time here short! Not a bad location to hang out for a group though.... just lower the volume some on the crazy lady please. read more

Such a cute food hall! I love the decorations, there are so many different areas to sit, gather, and enjoy a lovely meal. There are lots of great restaurants to try, and the unique names give the place so much personality. It's definitely on the pricier side for a food hall, IMO. Although not for everyone, this is a great open space food court style way of comimg together with different eating options under 1 roof and a central fully stocked bar. I tried the soul food restaurant. It's my fav food and when I say I was not disappointed! The food was AMAZING. Like top tier. The guy at the counter recommended the chicken and mac and cheese with the fried green tomatoes and I was in heaven. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The building had many different options and my sister got the Jamaican food and loved it there too. The juice bar ladies were great and my niece loved the juice. This review is for Okay Annie's. So I had no clue that Jojo's Beloved had a sister named Annie in this version of Politan Row and to be honest I think I prefer this sister over the other one, lol. Polite row was a definite vibe. It was honestly my first time there and I would definitely return again and again and again. Nestled in a quant , cool area, I really enjoyed the bar the most. I went with a few friends and when I say we had a great timeeeee, I mean it. The bartenders, all 3, were a blast to be around. We danced, sang oldies and ordered up! We love exploring food halls. This one is super nice to visit but can be on the pricey side. The hall itself is clean and has a very hip vibe, with lots of seating and a beautiful bar inside. No outside seating from what I could see. Very family-friendly, but just as cool for date nights and even group gatherings. The lines weren't terribly long at any of the food choices, and if there was, it moved quickly. On this first trip, we had a little ramen, pad thai, some maduros, and a banh salad. I also ordered a drink from the main bar there. I love that there was so much variety, but I think we were a little disappointed that some staples weren't offered or flavors feel a little short--like the absence of jerk chicken or the authentic banh-salad dressing (fish sauce based). What we had was all good though. The ramen bowls, especially, were large portions. The location great, with a game spot next door and a lot of shops to check out within walking distance. read more

Politan Row is always a vibe! I've been a few times this year and each time - day or night - you get an experience. I typically sit at the bar - Shan always takes care of us. One of the best bartenders on that side of Dunwoody for sure! The last time I visited I actually ate too - I opted for Italian and Bucatini didn't disappoint. I got the Pomodoro with linguini noodles. Three words: Fresh and Filling! This is another food hall, it has two bars one that has a small dance floor behind a curtain. They have several food options: Italian Soul food Pho Thai Japanese Jamaican Etc. After narrowing the options I went with soul food from Delilah's and Italian from Bucatini. I was excited to try Delilah's since I first seen Delilah on BBQ showdown on Netflix. I must say it was well worth the try. Delilah's I had the fish plate with mac and collard greens, at the time they didn't have the yams . Fish was fried to perfection the cashier was funny and confident in the quality and taste of the food! The Mac n cheese super flavorful and the strawberry lemonade I'm currently still thinking about it was not overly sweet or tart! Bucatini had a several pasta options for my fellow pescatarians which is a huge plus for me. I ordered the gamberoni pasta which was like a "pink sauce" tomato creamy pasta with shrimp which I would rate a 7/10. I would go back to try the pizza. This is a review for Okay Anny's, the perfect little bar hidden away at the back of Politan Row. If the Trapper Keeper-bound menus don't give you a hint, the fantastic 80s/90s soundtrack will. Their insanely good cocktail menu (including wine coolers!) is pulled off with finesse from Mara and Blair, and the low lights and neon round out the retro atmosphere. An ideal spot for post-work drinks, celebrations or date night. You'll be well looked after at Okay Anny's and I couldn't recommend it more highly. read more

I love a good food hall and this one is now on my list of favorite ones! We visited the location near Perimeter which has a lot to offer in the area. The food hall has a full service bar. It is several options for food from Thai, Mexican, Greek and my choice of the day soul food. I had a fried chicken sandwich which was just ok but nothing to shout on. Unfortunately they were out a lot of options. I love how clean the food hall was. I would have like to seen a dessert option available. I love being OTP (Outside the Perimeter), because there are so many different options to choose from without worrying about paying for parking or dealing with heavy traffic. One of my favorite OTP spots is Politan Row. If this name sounds familiar, that's because there's also a location in Midtown, which was the first one to open a few years back. Personally, I prefer the Dunwoody location for the convenience and relaxed vibe I mentioned. This area has grown a lot, making it a great space to hang out, people-watch, and enjoy some good food without the crowd. I stop by Politan Row from time to time when I can't decide what I'm craving. This time, I headed to Master Pho. I went with pho because it's filling and reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. I forgot to take a picture before adding the beef broth, but you'll see it in the photo. I ordered pho with thin rice noodles, beef broth, and two servings of filet mignon. I was hoping to add shrimp, but they were out. I also got a side of crab wontons, which were delicious (I forgot to snap a picture of those, too). The food was so filling that it lasted me two days! I ended up with so much broth that I didn't use it all--next time, I'll freeze some for later. Honestly, you don't need to use all the broth they give you. The customer service was great, and the food was just as good. Highly recommend! read more

Not as good as the Colony Square location. The location seems a but smaller than the Midtown counterpart. The restaurant variety is just okay, nothing spectacular (and by the way, this food hall is surrounded by other sit down places, so you have options). That goes for Okay Anne's. When visiting Jo Jo's, there is a host, you are given a table, you have the option to have water, a server checks on you to see if you are okay. At Okay Anne"s this a plabe where you just stand around and order something when you are ready. Yhe service is nonexistent. The 80s vibe is similar, but Jo Jos has a floor for dancing and entertainment. read more

This location seems much smaller than the OG location at Colony Square, and this offers similar stalls. I was solely here for Okay Anny's during this trip though. Our group was able to snag seats and table since we got there early enough. The music was bumping and the place was filling up the later we got there. The clientele that evening was certainly in the older age range. Service was pretty quick at the bar. Some people in our group ordered from the outside bar so one the bartenders asked that we bring those glasses back outside. I saw people bring their food to enjoy inside the bar. Politan row is extremely interesting. Think upscale food hall, there are all kinds of smaller express restaurants inside like Thai 26 etc... I have to review politan row in order to get to what attracted me here and the real place I am telling you to visit which is inside and is OKAY ANNY's. The bar straight to the back and through the curtains. There are NO KIDS allowed in Annies... LOVE THIS. the vibes are different and they are open late. You can bring food from the outside in, but they do not serve food. This is a cute bar/ lounge area were you can grab a very well crafted cocktail that is probably very different than what you are use to seeing on a menu. My suggestion would be to look at the drink menu as well as the ingredients and you will be just as intrigued as I was. The manager here was out bartender and she served us very well. Great cocktails and conversation :). I mention this place to anyone looking to have a different cocktail that is out of the norm. Her bartending looked like alchemy! LOVE! Stop by! Was in Atlanta for a work conference & a bunch of us checked out Politan Row for lunch. It is a great atmosphere in there and a good variety of foods to choose from. I ended up getting Sheesh, the Mediterranean food place. The falafel was just okay but I have pretty high standards for Middle Eastern food. I paid an extra 50 cents to get an additional sauce but I think I should have just went with the harissa aioli and lemon tahini because the tzatziki sauce was a little disappointing. Over I was happy with it but nothing I'd have to go back and get. The service was excellent. Corn tabbouleh was okay but next time I'd probably just get the Sheesh fries. The Politan Row had awesome high top tables and very comfortable nice chairs. All they need is more dessert options! read more

I came here twice during my visit to ATL. The first I tried the hibachi place. The portions are amazing especially for the price. The food was pretty good for quick hibachi style food. My only recommendation would be to add ginger sauce. The second visit was to the pho shop. The gentleman gave a couple of great suggestions as I built my own meal. I did the beef broth, regular noodles, shrimp, and all the fixings. It was SO good! Highly recommend if you are coming here. My companions ordered the tacos and the Alfredo pasta. Specifically, I ate at Pretty Little Taco. 3 stars for PLT. The good: the food. The bad: the service. The ugly: the cook picking his teeth with a fork in the cook area and then rinsing his mouth out with water in the sink for all patrons to see. The young lady that took my order seemed more interested in being on her phone than taking the time to explain to me some of the menu items. Luckily, the cauliflower tacos were amazing and the peach cobbler empanadas were really good. The guacamole was okay but extremely over-priced, $6 for a sample size container. The chips, which were an additional $2, were stale but seasoned well. Not sure if I'd eat at Pretty Little Taco again even though the food was great, because of the disturbing service and behavior of the cook. Overall, this is a really cool place that's like an upscale food court. Several food options and a nice bar. I wasn't sure what to expect when meeting a friend here after work. We met up at the bar and were greeted right away. We both got drinks to start. They were gorgeous drinks AND absolutely wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised. She had a hurricane and I had the margarita with hibiscus. They don't serve food at the bar so you'd be best grabbing a bite from one of the restaurants and then settling in if you're going to have a few drinks. We walked over to Pretty Little Tacos and snagged some birria tacos and brought them back to the bar where we got another drink. Went here the other weekend as it's very close in location to where I was staying and has good parking. I really like the concept of a food hall with lots of options. The seating was spectacular - you could be in groups, and country chairs, or alone at a bar. Seemed like they had some good working spaces/meeting spaces if you were OK with some noise. The place itself was super spotless and had a great system with self service water and cleanup. I did go on Music bingo night, which was a little loud for the space, but I appreciated that they were trying to do an event. Ultimately, I think it's a positive thing but just be prepared for it. The guy working the bar were super friendly and gave nice pours . I like that you can bring the drink to a table. I also had the pizza place and they were super friendly and it tasted delicious.
