In 2007, my husband and I were able to use NanaWall System as the two walls in the construction of our backyard cabana, which opened on to a large Ipe deck which hovered over a portion of the newly constructed pool. Since then, this area of our home has become the place where we entertain family, friends, and hold community events. It is wonderful to be able to open up both NanWalls to the outside and have access to our tables and chairs and often great weather. They really expand the space of the cabana and offer so much flexibility for entertaining. They are easy to open and close, and very substantial. What is interesting, is that we invested in radiant floor heating and have never had to use it because of the insulation that has been provided by the dual pane glass of the NanaWall system. The cabana, which is raised 30" from the outside ground level, is always a comfortable temperature. And yes, in the summer, it is even better when we open the walls and let the warm breeze waft through the building and around the exterior deck area. It's a great product. Recently we specified it for the amenity space of the large condominium and the client loves it. It allows the interior garden to fully open to the exterior portion of the garden. It is a bit expensive but the price is comparable to the price of the regular curtain wall. There is a limit for the height of the panels - For the system where the panels slide laterally (HSW60) we could only go to 3m height without introducing another horizontal mullion. But it is a huge benefit that the panels can be stored away in a closet and they are supported only from the top. There is a solid engineering behind the system and you can always rely on their technical support. We received CAD details for the critical connections and even suggestions for better layouts of the panel parking bays. On another residential project the client made extensive research comparing NanaWall, Movable Glass Walls Inc, and Panda Walls and at the end they selected NanaWall, because of, according to their words, "superior appearance and detail". read more

As owner of an architectural & engineering firm, I was searching for the best sliding/folding door system I could find to put into our zero net energy residential project in cold & snowy Concord, NH. WE LOVE OUR NANAWALL!!!! It has changed our whole house for the better. From beginning to end the experience was great. Mark came out to our house to help me see the potential in what we could do with our old double french doors. Their price was $30,000 cheaper than Clark Adams Renewal by Anderson. We ordered the door, it came in on time, 9 weeks, and their recommended installer, Robert Stutzel did the install. It was a tricky install and took a little longer than expected but Robby is a perfectionist. We are so thrilled with the outcome. Kelly Pub in Rosemont, PA has Nanawall Wall folding window system in wood frame. I noticed that they look a bit sad after a few years: think they would have done better with aluminum finish. Food at Kelly's Pub is very basis: had their burgers and fries - good. But feel it is more suitable as a gathering place for friends who want to socialize over drinks rather than for families who are looking for hearty fare. read more

Our NanaWall system has worked great. I've needed to replace some worn weatherstripping due to the window coming out of adjustment from construction settling. I contacted their service department and they sent out weatherstrip material and installation pointers (I'm a do-it-yourselfer) in less than a week. Solomon in service has been awesome to work with. I have to disagree with those who have posted reviews that are negative about Nana Wall. I have used them for many years. I have had yo maintain them but they still work well. Door closes like a tank hatch ( a good hard pull and slam to get it closed)..oh wait, the installer said this was normal, needs to break in. Otherwise door looks great....when you fork out a couple years mortgage payments for the door...it better well function like you just bought a Ferrari. read more
