My son had no issues laying down on my lap and Dr Nadia to get his teeth brushed. Dr Nadia gave me great advice on fluoride toothpaste and brushing his top teeth since there was some plaque buildup. After the quick toothbrushing and fluoride treatment, the assistant gave my son a cute toy and a goodie bag! He was very happy and played with the toy immediately. He got a baby toothbrush, floss, and mini kid's toothpaste. The assistant scheduled us for the next 6 month appointment and gave my son a token to use for the toy vending machine. He almost took me for a $600 profit, I finally got the right mouthpiece, again after him acting as if he didn't know he gave me some generic mouthpiece. I paid $800 for something that really cost under $500 and that's like the original, after being tricked , I did some due diligence. This office is about money, can't blame them, aren't they all; however, have some finesse or discretion about how you collect or take advantage of your clients... Since when do people like going to the dentist office anyway especially to be taken advantage of blatantly and then treated poorly. Before going here I recommend looking around.
