I came to Nancy because my usual place totally messed up my eyebrows. She is very professional and kind. She also explains what she is doing and gives recommendations until your next threading. I had full, shaped eyebrows. The old place I went to thinned them out and took a notch out of my left. She did have to take a little more off the right to make them even again but they actually semi look like eyebrows now. She said to come back in a month and don't pluck. We'll see how that goes. I have been to Nancy a couple of times now. It has always been a great service every time. She is very patient and stops if you need a break. I'm really sensitive and start to tear up at certain points of the threading. But she is kind and works with your comfort. Even if you have to sneeze, you can tell her to stop. Every person tolerates pain differently. The pain was not too bad for me. At the end, she adds a cooling aloe vera gel to relieve the pain.
