It didn't even meet the standards of their "Standard" tier, let alone the Premium. When I called to address this, the staff offered nothing but empty sympathy. They hid behind a strict "72-hour policy," completely dismissing the fact that I was traveling across time zones. Because I couldn't inspect the flowers the second they landed, they refused to offer a replacement, a partial refund, or any meaningful fix. They were perfectly happy to take my premium tier money, but completely uninterested in delivering a premium product or fixing their own blatant mistakes.
