Not only did we vibe off our shared love for Bad Bunny (she was playing him when I came in) but Michael is also from Chicago. My two bouquets were a big hit (they were stunning) and I intend to make this my go to shop for flowers now. They were pure artistry. I ordered online based solely on the great Yelp reviews and was so glad I trusted fellow Yelpers to steer me in the right direction! I placed the online order Sun. evening and Erica emailed me right away to let me know she received the order and the flowers would be delivered the following morning. I picked the 'designers choice' arrangement because I didn't really care what kind of flowers they were, but since the occasion was not a happy one, wanted something that was more subdued and specifically requested a low vase or container versus a tall vase that would be too tippy. Erica completely understood what I wanted and nailed it! The recipient was beyond thrilled with the flowers, and had a nurse send me a picture. The arrangement was a beautiful and appropriate low square vase with many white roses, green pom poms (?), eucalyptus and other beautiful and fresh greenery. I walked up to the store going off of Yelps posted hours open without heeding warning about checking hours due to Covid. It turned out they were closed that day but I happened to catch the store owner (?) as she was stopping in. I paid for a bouquet online to this business (contact listed is supposedly Erica) and the flower "arrangement" delivered for my aunt's birthday was Vastly Inferior to the picture of the bouquet I purchased!! Not only was it not arranged and simply dumped in a tiny bowl, but the number of flowers was about 20% of the online picture!! This must be a bogus business. I paid $60.45 and do you know what the arrangement looked like? The $3.99 Trader Joe's bouquet!!! Btw, no one answers the number provided, there was NO business card on the "arrangement", and no one has called me back!!! I have already called visa to dispute the charge, and will also call the Better Business Bureau.
