We found this deep in the Yelp results and tried it for the first time tonight. The food was incredible, even better than I expected, and the service even better. When we arrived, it was a little hard to find in the dark, but I am so glad that we did! The owner was very friendly and the server was super helpful. Excellent. Small town restaurant feel, and the food was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. We had a perfect evening. We will be back!

The place was empty when we came for dinner. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised that the food was not heavy, tasted fresh and really exceeded my expectations overall. It definitely left us wanting to try more. Once I took a bite of the spanakopita, I knew this place was special.

My husband and I came by for lunch and we were so impressed by the quality of the food here. This place really hits the spot and transported us back to the amazing food experience we had in Greece! We felt like our Greek uncle served us food straight from his own kitchen. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Lula Kebab Skewer no salt or seasoning, rubbery, it taste like eating old meat that have been reheated.

My husband ordered take out tonight. Greek Salad was fresh and good. Lula and gyro ... disgusting... we couldn't eat it. No flavor and it's like eating rubber. The hummus with bread don't order it. The bread is hard and the hummus just not good. Will never order again.

Sadly, the quality and quantity of food has been going down these past 2 years. Prices keep going up which I understand and that's not my complain. In spite of all that I still went, not as frequently as in the past. But the last time I went on a Monday around noon, the greek salad was probably a day or two old. It was inedible so I had to toss it. I realized it after I got home. The beef kabobs were so thin and small, not worth the price anymore. This place used to be known for having long lines (but it moves fast) but not anymore and I can see why. I get a feeling they are not interested in keeping the place open for much too long. It's bittersweet since I live in the area and it used to be one of my go to places.

Family owned and operated; Corfu specializes in Mediterranean food. This friendly neighborhood restaurant is small and quaint and the staff are warm and welcoming, especially Ryan & Maribel who took excellent care of us during our visit. I was curious to try the Muhammara (a dip made of crushed walnuts & red pepper paste.) I've never had it before, but it was particularly good. The fresh warm pita & Muhammara was a delightful combination. I couldn't stop eating it. The Greek Salad was a generous serving comprised of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, kalamata olives, & feta. It was plenty for us to share and the dressing was light and not overwhelming. They don't have a full bar. My friend tried two beers. One from Lebanon (Almaza) and another from Greece (Hillas). He liked them both. I had a glass of sparkling wine, which paired well with my meal. The background music was enjoyable and added to the ambience. I didn't realize it was coming from musicians who were playing out front. Ryan informed me that they perform Friday, Saturday, & Sunday evenings. Overall, it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. When it came time to pay, I simply asked to confirm whether the cash discount had already been applied. Her response came with a noticeably rude attitude. While I was trying to find the exact change, she seemed visibly impatient. After receiving some coins I didn't need, I placed them in the tip jar. She immediately took them out and said in a very cold tone, "Please take it back, I don't need your tips." Was craving a good sandwich in the Pasadena area and found this place on Yelp. Good reviews so decided to try it. Sorry but sorely disappointed. Got two things: Garlic chicken sandwich and Beef Lule wrap. Garlic chicken sandwich was pretty good. There was a decent amount of the garlic sauce which made it tasty. But after a while the garlic after taste becomes too much. If you try this place this is the sandwich to get. In Yelp photos there are a lot of this sandwich so it's popular. We shred this one so after only half the sandwich, I felt it was enough garlic taste. The other item we got was a Beef Lule wrap. It was pretty messy and the pita bread was incredibly soggy and fell apart. I just don't have wraps come out like that. The meat was ok but the whole thing was dry. It was made like a sandwich but in a wrap and it just didn't work for me. It seems like it needs Tzatziki sauce or something. I just thought it could have been a much better wrap. You need to keep it in the wrapper because it just falls apart. I don't recommend this thing. Stick with the popular items towards the top of the list on the menu.

The Seasoning Alley Mediterranean restaurant in Montrose…read more showed promise but landed somewhere in the middle. Here are some impressions from our visit earlier today. The restaurant is a casual, clean spot and has a welcoming environment. Service was attentive and friendly. Our salad was fresh and delicious and the meal portions were large and plentiful. Good hearty sized plates but low on taste and quality. Unfortunately, the pita was one of many low points. The pita arrived cold and slightly stiff, not warm and soft as we'd hoped. It lacked the toasty, chewy texture that makes pita so comforting and effective for scooping up dips and bites. Another low point was that our rice was barely warm, almost cold. Not good. The worst part of our meal had to be the hummus. It was almost frozen and tasted as if it was just scooped out of the freezer. Terribly disappointing. Our Chicken Kabob had a tender interior with a nicely charred exterior. The spices and marinade showed potential, but the overall flavor profile didn't quite soar beyond the ordinary. Wouldn't call it standout, yet it wasn't bad. It was just barely okay. The falafel tasted fresh, but the exterior could have used a bit more crispness. Interior was moist enough, with chickpea flavor present, though it didn't leave a lasting impression. Our overall impressions were that our meals were just barely okay for a casual dinner, but it didn't move into the "great" category. We were disappointed. We expected better quality. For improvement, heating the pita and rice to perfection and dialing in the falafel crust would elevate the overall experience. A touch more depth in the chicken kabob seasoning or a signature sauce could help distinguish the dishes. If you're in the mood for a low-key Mediterranean option with reliable service, this spot is worth a try. It's a safe bet for an okay meal, with good service and good size portions for a casual night out with friends or family. Considering their prices, for repeat visits, I'd hope to see more consistency across staples like the rice, pita and falafel, and a bolder finish on the kebabs to push the overall rating from "good but not great" to "really good." Pita and rice arrived cold. The Falafel could have been crisper. Chicken kabob flavor could be more distinct. The Hummus was horrible. Next time, I'll pass on this place. Cheers!
